Best Western Hotel Strasser

Very nice hotel. Very clean and perfect location (10/15 minutes walk in center). Staff very polite and friendly. Breakfast excellent. Restaurant amazing. Parking next to hotel . Strongly recommend to stay here.

Staff were friendly and room was clean, but the hotel generally presents itself in a rather dated and worn way. Most unusually for a hotel in this class, the room had only thin curtains as well as a smaller window with no curtain or blinds - so the sunlight floods the room in the morning. I had requested a quiet room, and I believe I had been given the best possible choice, but generally noise insulation is low. I had booked two nights, but decided to switch after one.

Close location to the train station and trams into town. Big and spacious rooms. Nice bathrooms. Decent breakfast, somewhat limited, but it gets you what you need. Grocery store around the corner and many transit options nearby. Great value. Would stay again.

Hotel is in a good location near to the centre. Rooms are very clean and very helpful friendly staff, ready to help any time. Hotel is pet friendly, however with limited parking space.

Nice looking hotel with friendly service. During our stay there was loud construction happening next to us starting at 7am with the access door wide open, so don't expect to sleep in. There was a hiccup with the laundry service as well.

Stayed June 2023. Simple hotel near the train/tram station. Easy access to the rather small parking lot, better yet so close to town you don't need a car to see the Hauptplatz. The tram runs into town regularly if mobility is an issue. The room was small but bright, the hallway was a bit noisy but as long as there isn't a visiting soccer team staying it should be fine. Service was cheery, the price was right, central location and breakfast was OK. I was surprised by a free bottle of sparkling water, probably due to my Best Western membership, but still free is free! I'll be back next time I'm in Graz

Afdordable hotel offering good value for money, close to the main train station.

Nice hotel. Stayed for only one night to visit Graz. Receptionist was speaking croatian so it was really easy do to check in. We had to pay in cash because apparently their card machine was not working what was a little bit strange but fine. It was really easy to get to the city centar because main station was only 4 min away and you just need 10 more minutes by tram. Our room had view on the road so prepare for the noice but that wasn't a big problem for us. It was very clean as well! 👍
