Best Western Hotel Trollhattan

Room was good, clean and spacious but bathroom needs updating and modernizing. Hot water shut off in evening (later learned it was entire hotel) but due to the hotel being physically unmanned after evening, there was nothing to do other than call a number for someone at a central board handling other hotels too. We couldn’t Shower at all until morning and no word from them on this when we checked out. Breakfast was bit disappointing compared to other similar chains in the area with more limited options. Location is perfect and in the middle of town with a pay car park right beside it.

All you need for a business travel in one package. Rooms are minimalistic but comfortable. Not new but decent and tidy. Nice travel bag for my early morning depature. Thanks to the front desk crew.

The service was excellent. They helped us finding parking and suggested places to eat and look at. ||||Only minus was that the top mattress of the double bed was split, so we had to readjust it every night. And the internet was a bit unstable.||||All over a good hotel worth its price. Tasty breakfast in a cozy atmosphere.||

The staff were friendly and inviting. The room served its function. The cleanliness was what dropped some stars. Wrappers under the bed and our family that stayed in the next room had tons of wrappers and garbage in the drawers. Sheets were clean, bathroom neat and fresh towels saved this hotel. Nice location in central Trollhättan. Breakfast didn't stick out, but tasted fine. Thought it was a little steep in price (1200 kr dubbelsäng one night sat-sun) for what was served.

Hotel was fantastic, very modern and the room was very spacious with a very good sized bathroom. Felicia at the reception desk was super nice and very warm and friendly. This is my third time staying here and it never fails.

Really liked the room! We had a family room which had 2x2 beds and one bed sofa. The room was quite large, enough space and was kinda... cozy! Breakfast tasted good, standard hotel breakfast. The only thing I can think of was the parking availabilities. There are, as far as I know, no parking areas for the hotel guests so I chose to park in a parking garage just 100m from the hotel but that was expensive. One toilet on 4 persons might be a bit difficult but luckily there is a "general" toilet available on the first floor. Thanks for a great stay!

Location: 1 km from the train/bus station. Meteres away from the pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Nevertheless fairly quiet. Facing a park. Few meteres also to the river and nice walking paths. No hotel parking. Certain posssibilities for free overnight parking in the street. Expensive parking facility across the street (20 usd per by approx)||||Rooms: Wooden floor. Bed a bit soft, however nevertheless quite comfortable. Table and 2 chairs, however soft chairs would have been more comfortable. Bathroom wth a good shower. Seemed clean and well kept.||||Food: Breakfast is sufficient, however a bit boring. Mostly light bread, cheeses, cold cuts, müsli, fruit and boiled eggs. Coffe tasted asphalt. Restaurant (tapas) /bar open till late in the weekend, kitchen til 10 pm. Did not try this, however looked popular||||Staff: Friendly and quick check-in, smiling staff.||||Dog friendly ! And convenient as there are parks and green areas near by for a walk with our 4legged friends
