Best Western Hotell Karlshamn Spa & Relax

Cold rooms no thermostat. High prices for a small hotel. No cleaning in the room in spite of staying two nights. Limited lactose free and gluten free options. Advertised as a Spa hotel but the spa is not included in the room price. I do not recommend.

Strange hotel, price change everyday , also verry loud people there with drinking alcohol screaming and slamming Doors.

By far easiest check in & check out friendly service no hassle I have experienced from any chain hotels. Comfortable convenience location restaurant bar and breakfast just perfect. Family friendly clean plenty of free parkings and electric charging station

Spent four nights in five weeks here. Rooms were very different, but okay. Restaurant has splendid food, but is very dark.

We spent our two day visit here. Clean rooms, nice staff. The beds were very bad, the spa made up for it. Good spa, clean and cute! Good for family’s with older children/couples/elderly. The breakfast was also good but nothing exceptional. Location wise it’s a bit off, but good if your by car. There’s a big supermarket in walking distance if you need anything. Price wise it’s fair.

Very good location when you are travelling and just want to stay for a night. If you look close, the rooms are not on a level like a new or newer hotel. Expect the traditional BW charme and you‘ll be happy.

When we came in this Hotel (we had reservation) reseption worker (2 ladies make us waiting and start to charging more money for dog and baby.) In BAR it's empty! ( don’t have any barmen) reseption lady fill up for me bear ( first one i plan order NEGRONI) But i will see there it was problem with cocktail making because she will start too look at the book how to make it. Rooms: good. But in sommer period was hot. Just bath and toilet looks like a made in 1999. (because I use in this age. 😀) Door close very loud. Now about food: (frokost) same like all in Scandinavia. Egg bacon and etc. (SO MUCH SALT) restaurant arena looks like 4 star. We use vaffel makker and that's was a best in frokost!

The hotel provided great service and hospitality. I enjoyed the dining area and the room was clean and of a good standard. The location could be better.
