I had a really good stay here. The hotel is super clean( both the rooms and the shared spaces were spotless, which I really appreciate). Cleanliness is always one of the first things I notice when I stay somewhere and they clearly take it seriously here. Props to the maintenance and cleaning crew! The staff was kind and easy to talk to, and check-in was quick and smooth. The whole place has a calm, easygoing vibe. Just a quick tip: even though the area is really quiet, there’s a train that passes nearby. I only heard it twice (around 10 PM and 6 AM), but I’d suggest grabbing the free earplugs they offer at reception when you check in. All in all, it’s a great place for the price. Comfy, and well taken care of. I’d definitely come back.

Just adore the vintage architecture of this true retro roadside lodging. Well kept grounds and the older hotel structure is maintained. Also maintained is old fashioned hospitality and stellar manners by the staff. Very comfortable beds. Your typical Best Western foods available at the complimentary breakfast buffet but served with a touch of class and dining room lighting with ambiance. Staff went out of their way to make our stay extra comfortable. Thank you.

Google
Saw a comment about this place being a hidden gem and it really is! I loved the western decor and the outside area by the pool. My room was very clean, I was a bit worried because I did stay in a designated pet room with my cat but you can tell they really prioritize cleanliness. The breakfast had great options as well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay! My cat really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Google
This is a mid-century motel well-maintained and comfortable. The generous interior park-like grassy space is a big advantage to travelers with kids and pets. Front desk staff at check in and out were helpful, courteous, and efficient. Generous, savory breakfast included.

Best Western Mission Inn – A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home If you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay with genuine hospitality, look no further than Best Western Mission Inn. From check-in to check-out, our experience was top-notch—and honestly, we’re already planning to make this a regular stop on our future trips through the area! The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided exactly what we needed for a restful stay. Check-in was a breeze, which is always a plus when you’ve been on the road and just want to kick back. Especially with 2 kids ans 2 dogs! Now let’s talk about breakfast—because wow. This was the first time I’ve had biscuits and gravy at a hotel’s free breakfast and I was seriously impressed. Fluffy biscuits, savory gravy, and all the usual breakfast favorites rounded it out. Way above your standard continental fare! But what truly makes this place shine is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. You don’t always get that level of warmth and care these days, but they’ve clearly got the hospitality game dialed in. Highly recommend this spot for anyone passing through—you’ll leave rested, full, and smiling. Thanks to the team at Best Western Mission Inn for making it feel like home away from home!

Google
The hotel was perfect for a one night stay on a road trip. The front desk girl was friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The little courtyard was perfect for our evening dinner and morning coffee! Overall, great value, comfortable stay, I would stay again.

Google
Had an unexpected trip to Las Cruces and had no idea where we would stay - the Mission Inn was the right choice! Very, very nice staff, super comfortable bed (didn't want to get up😋), and wonderful breakfast. It was small, quiet and relaxing. Being located within a few streets of stores and restaurants also helped immensely. We'll be returning here for sure in a few months and I look forward to saying Hi to the great people here again.♥️

Google
Let me start by saying I’m a big fan of this location and have stayed here several times over the last few years. The location is off the beaten path but that makes it very quiet. It’s small and the little grassy area in the middle and the pool are very green and shady, a big deal for Las Cruces. The breakfast and the breakfast room are really nice. It’s across the street from the train tracks which I find charming to hear the train. The furniture is rustic southwest. The front staff are nice and actually all staff are friendly. However, I noticed some slips this time around, it’s been a year since I’ve been back. The beds were lumpy and therefore uncomfortable, both of them. They had like a low spot where everyone sleeps but then the rest of the bed was also not comfortable and you rolled back towards the low spot. Also I thought the grounds were not as clean as the past. I saw a lot of trash in the parking lot and under the bushes. Last, the ice machine gave me like no ice. Maybe 1/4 of the bucket. Idk if everyone is loading up on ice but it was at 9:00 at night so I’m not sure. I also had a huge cockroach in the shower. When I was in the shower so it was a moment. I get it - it is hot and they do live in LC, but I’ve been to this same motel several times including during the summer and never had a problem. My room also had mosquitos and ants in the restroom. Hopefully it was an off week but I can’t be alone in noticing this.

Yelp
Loved this place. Had a cozy and homey feel. The rooms had extra decorator touches, like benches at the foot of the bed and nice art work. My favorite was the courtyard of picnic tables and the string of lights over the courtyard.

Yelp
If you are looking for a location for your next Grindr orgy, this is your place! That's what was going on next door to us the night my family (with little kids) stayed here. I can't understate how horrible our stay was at this motel and that because of this experience, we will never give any Best Western our business ever again! This place is very beat down and old. The tub drain was super slow to drain so you're standing in water while you shower. The location is horrible, with a major freight train railway 100 yards, with at least 3 trains a night blasting through, horns blazing. Everything about this place sucked. We booked it on hotels.com and we were totally duped by the favorable reviews. This place is a dump with some very questionable activities happening within these walls. Families beware!

Yelp
My new favorite place to stop and sleep when traveling from Texas to California. Reasonable rates, pet friendly, and family friendly. The staff was super nice both at check in and at breakfast. The room decorated in southwestern theme, was immaculately clean. Beds are super comfortable and the room has a mini fridge and cable tv. A nice touch was the typed out channel guide they leave by the remote. I highly recommend this motel. It's not new or modern but definitely clean and comfortable.

Yelp
It's conveniently located from the interstate and major highways. I am a Best Western's rewards member and the staff recognized it immediately. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The parking is easy and plentiful. The rooms were clean comfortable, and spacious and had a continental breakfast in the morning it has the usual good stuff of a best western where you make your own waffles and have sausage scrambled egg and fruit things like that I have to say I was very pleased that the attention the staff made to making sure breakfast food was hot plentiful and available. They also suggested a couple of nearby restaurants for both breakfast and supper. I always tip the breakfast person and housekeeping, It's an old school way of thinking and I hope you will consider adopting it. The room's all the space I needed and a Mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Everything was working just fine and very clean. As I said I was impressed with the staff and their willingness to try to help me in any way that it could I have stayed here twice a year usually in January and then later on in April for 4 years usually for at least a couple nights sometimes three each stay. I've had a good experience every time.

Yelp
This is a very well kept mid century motel that you can count on. Super clean and my particular bed in room 111 was excellent. (2 queen beds in the room.). Floor to ceiling window but no view. Parking spots are sufficiently wide if you are in your Roadjet Tracy in the cafe was lovely. Filled my thermos with hot water while I had an unfortunate sub par breakfast. Dry scrambled eggs and bleh sausage Have a bagel and Cream Cheese, you'll be fine. Al in all I would recommend it

Kerri M.

Yelp
The customer service given by Natalie at the front desk was amazing. it's also a great place when traveling through with a dog definitely will stop again

Yelp
It was like coming home. Good, professional service. Beautiful room. Very comfy bed, lovely courtyard setting.

Yelp
We stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of a trip west. The inn is older but very well maintained, clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast is standard okay hotel free breakfast, but thoroughly adequate for budget conscious travelers. The rooms are spacious, the ac and heat works fine, our stay was very quiet and comfortable and the innkeepers very happy and helpful. I would stay here again.

Yelp
Nice and clean room! The accommodations where great since we had a u haul so we got a room where we can see the u haul truck.

Yelp
Check in was a pain because I was told by the front desk person that they don't let locals stay. I explained we live in Albuquerque and drove in from there. We lived in Las Cruces until a few months ago so our DL still says Las Cruces (In NM, you only need to declare it to the MVD and don't have to change the DL every time you move, at least that's what I was told at the MVD). She still said no because the ID says Las Cruces. I asked her if she wants to see our proof of residence in Abq, said no again because of ID. I left and told my partner about it. He went in and got our room keys. She didn't need much convincing probably because he was dressed very formally coming straight from work, as opposed to myself T shirt, jeans and flip flops. I was obviously annoyed. I understand that hotels want to limit locals to prevent excessive partying, myriad of criminal activities, etc. but we are not locals anymore and we were able to prove it so that exchange was so weird. The hotel itself is nice. It's relatively quiet (other than the train, but not like anybody can do much about that). Clean spacious bedroom, bathroom, and nice continental breakfast. The towels felt rough and hard though. That's another tiny minus. Would I come here again? I'm not sure, the hotel itself is great so maybe...

Yelp
Clean beds, clean rooms, and they accept doggies for $20 each per night, not too bad. Breakfast was still being served (seems 90% of hotels have axed b-fast to save money and being able to blame it on covid...same with hotel pools these days). Lady serving breakfast was very nice. Check in process was a bit crappy at 1 am but at least we got a room.

Josh R.

Yelp
This is the worst best western I've ever stayed at. It is not nice. The breakfast is not good. I do not recommend it and would not stay again. Booked a king room. Get to the hotel they have no king rooms available. I got frustrated. The owner comped the room we'll see if I get the refund back from the booking company and who knows how long that will take if it does. Either way would never stay again

MaryEllen S.

Yelp
Nicely appointed room with Mexican style furniture was very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was the best we've had in a long time at a BW. Say Hi to Tracy at breakfast, she is a gem. Breakfast is served in a room that could be a restaurant. Definitely going back.
google avatar

Saul L.

Yelp
If I could leave a leave a 0 stars I would granted yes it's my fault for misplacing my key but I should not had to go get another room because the emergency number didn't work or not having a night clerk as I was sitting outside for a couple hrs trying to get ahold of them a stranger walked up to my truck threw something on top of it was walking around with a fire extinguisher most likely on drugs smdh it's ridiculous

Yelp
Rented two rooms at the Inn this last week for is and some friends traveling with us. I used Hotels.com which may have been a mistake. I elected to NOT pay for the rooms until arrival, though had to give them my credit card info to guarantee the room. When we arrived to check in we were pleased with the spacious site with plenty of parking. When we checked in the agent behind the counter seemed very confused and had to ask for help from a co-worker. After about 20 minutes we finally got checked in. Our rooms were both upstairs though the hotel couldn't have been even 1/2 full, so that must be the consequences of the reduced rate, you don't get a ground floor room. The rooms were nice and spacious, clean and neat. The only thing we didn't like was our bed made a nasty creaking sound, and was raised way too high. My wife had to use a chair to crawl up onto the bed. The shower and bathrooms were ice, everything worked well. When we went to check out the next day our companions gave the folks at the desk their credit card to pay for the room, but I ended up getting charged for it anyway. You'd think they could have said something when checking out. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc. Really nice in this pandemic era where many hotels give you a couple of muffins and send you on your way. The lady who looked after the buffet was super-nice and took great care of us. Overall, I recommend the place if you are looking for a reasonably priced room and don't mind staying in an older facility. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Yelp
I usually stay in standard business hotels, but since I was traveling with a dog, I gave the Best Western Mission Inn a try. What a great surprise: the rates are quite reasonable, the folks are friendly and the hotel is totally charming. This is an older hotel, very reminiscent of the places I stayed in on road trips with my family as a kid. The furniture is eclectic and fun. There are beamed ceilings throughout. The room was clean and comfortable and the lawn between the wings was really pretty and pleasant. (The dog loved it.). Even the clientele was nice. Several nice conversations with the dog folks. This was just an overnight stay, but I am seriously considering driving back sometime to spend more time here.

Yelp
Excellent. Clean, updated, and pet friendly. We stayed two nights in November, on our way to Albuquerque.

Yelp
Little older property...pet friendly room was amazingly fresh clean smelling and very quite...great pet area and pool area..friendly staff and accommodating to requests!! Definitely will stay her again!!

Yelp
I stayed there one night, room 108 on June 8, 2021 and was bitten by bedbugs. When I called they said they'd called an exterminator as the people after me were bitten too. They did not refund my room. I have even emailed best western corporate and got no assistance. I was traveling with my new born son fortunately he did not get bit but I had a ton of stuff with me that had to be treated and washed when I got home.

Lauri T.

Yelp
If you want a clean room, a huge free breakfast, and people that REALLY care about you and love you, this is the place to stay. Reminds me of the road motels we used to stay at when I was a kid but even better. I would definitely come here again!
google avatar

Yelp
So i should have checked Yelp before booking this motel type of place. I checked trip adviser and it was rated top #3 for value hotels. Well%%%let ,e tell you it looks like a motel and smells like one too, There was this strong odor upon opening the door. I went to front desk to ask for Lysol or fabreeze spray which they had. I sprayed the crap out of the room and smell is still there. Luckily staying only one night so sucking it up and will leave early in the morning. I've stayed at various best western in the past and they were all decent. Guess first time for everything. Would not recommend this place. Staff were nit wearing masks. Thought description said they were taking CDC suggestion regarding masks. They had hand sanitizer machine but it was empty. Anyways, save your money and pay little more to stay somewhere else.

Yelp
Pros: Clean, safe place....off the main road of Hotels/Motels.they have a nice pool but we didn't take advantage of it...very good value for money, under $90 we stayed Sunday to Monday..... Cons: dated motel, no elevators( older motel turned into BW) enter from outside, firm beds( IMO) old bathroom fixtures, showers if I was an 8 year old child, the toilet was perfect, but I'm not, I prefer my toilets above ground.....I felt like I was still in primary. Since we were traveling on the road, we didn't get there until late and all the ground floor rooms were taken. Evening personnel was great, courteous and professional ...she didn't force us to wear a mask, she did'nt say a thing....... Aaron - morning staff insisted I wore a mask.....!!!! But its New Mexico .......lots of rules that are inconsistant ! We had stayed in Moriarty, New Mexico at a Best Western a few days earlier and no mask was required

Yelp
If you are looking for a place to show up and just stay there, this is a solid place. There are lots of food joints a short drive away and a solid walk away (Around 1 mile). The staff was good. Place is clean other than one thing I noticed (in photo). The decor in the room is really nice. The pool is great and the outdoor seating is really welcoming.

John S.

Yelp
From the outside this hotel might be a little deceiving as it isn't in the better part of town, however, the service was great and the rooms are clean. We had an issue with the shower valve and fluctuating water temperature from very cold to boiling hot water especially when the adjacent rooms would use the water. Also very low pressure. Aside from that, the hotel room was very nice for a middle of the line establishment. The walls are adobe which helps soundproof the room. The room had a connecting door and at times conversations were heard coming from the adjacent room. Next time I will ask for a room without a connecting door. This hotel is much better than the competition I stayed at. The breakfast had fruit, waffles, biscuits, sausage, meat patties, toast, and a few other things. Nothing to write home about but a good selection. If you are vegan there will be something to eat. The parking lot is a little dark but it feels safe. The hotel grounds are well kept. The room decor is simple Southwestern, but much more pronounced in the the lobby and restaurant. The properties right around the hotel are questionable but they are hard to see unless you open the bathroom window. Should you open your bathroom window you might feel as you are in a middle of a combat zone in Afghanistan I gave it a 5 star but it is more of a 4.5. It really is a good place. Nothing is perfect but it is obvious the owner and staff care. Not trashy, dilapidated, or full of degenerates who are often found in cheaper hotels. I stayed 4 days.

Yelp
Older property, but cared for and very clean! Good price. Staff was amazingly friendly and professional. Definitely plan to stay here again on the next trip to LC!
google avatar

Erika J.

Yelp
A dead roach under the sink. Gross!!! The room is cold and smelly and pretty much everything is broken. Stay away from this place!

Cariann L.

Yelp
Despite the old structure I am amazed with the cleanliness. They had a super clean room when we stayed one night here. No smell, sheets were clean. Staff are very friendly. Would recommend this if you want to stay overnight from Cali to Texas.
google avatar

Carianne C.

Yelp
I would not hesitate to stay here again, it was perfect for our needs! After 2 nights at a really crappy BW in Santa Fe (at twice the price) - this was a nice way to wrap up an epic road trip. King room - nice and clean, nice decor. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotel booked 100% for July 4th weekend. The pool was surprisingly nice and we enjoyed evening swimming and beverages.

Yelp
I cancelled another hotel because it was filthy and had dead bugs and stains. Came here, and Aaron at the desk not only gave me the cleanest room I have been in on the entire trip, but he also made a very stressful night a good one. The next day, I extended my stay for the week. The manager Surya and I had a wholesome conversation about music and the arts, as well as he told me all about what to do in town and where to go. This was a proper welcome to Las Cruces, and I was very thankful to find this place. Also, the rooms themselves were very clean, cozy, and comfortable. My cat ran under the bed and I had to lift the mattress, and even under the mattress was SPOTLESS. Bravo! I love this place! If I ever need a place in Las Cruces, I won't even think to go elsewhere.
google avatar

Teresa G.

Yelp
Let's start by saying the 'hotel' looks like a motel and I would've rather stayed at the Motel 6 than here. The beds were filthy! There were stains on both bedsheets and bedspreads. The beds felt like they were ready to be thrown out! The mix matching unfinished furniture looked so tacky. I'll just leave the pics to do all the talking but needless to say, we will NOT return!!!
google avatar

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise this motel was. It was good in every way. The room was so clean that it smelled like it had just been cleaned and everything was taken care of in the room. The room was large and the bed was the most comfortable bed we had on our trip. We had four pillows for each double bed. Though there was a railroad across the street, we could not hear it at all. It was a quiet room. The air conditioner was cold. The breakfast had all kinds of nice things that would not be expected for a motel this size. Waffles were made to order and all kinds of breads, muffins, rolls and little cakes. There was sausage and another entree that I can not remember. There were scrambled eggs made fresh and cereal. Milk, orange juice and apple juice in containers. All kinds of things were there to put on the waffles. Also oat meal. This is only a partial list of what is available for breakfast. We left the place full from breakfast and rested from a good night sleep. I rarely review motels. Usually only when there is a problem. This motel was so good that I had to share my good experience of staying there.

Yelp
I was going on a road trip to Texas and my boyfriend and I stayed our first night at this hotel in New Mexico. The area was kind of sketchy but once we got out the car and was greeted by a nice lady that feeling of being "scared" went away. She was very nice and helpful. We got to our room which was a good size room with a tv, mini frig and microwave. In the morning, we went to have breakfast which they had tons of food such as eggs potatoes sausage waffles cereal bagels and peanut butter! Thank you for a great stay during our trip! Just an fyi. My last stay from the entire trip was 156$ a night at the Sheraton and I have received the worst customer service ever. Thank you Best Western.

Yelp
Stayed one night here on our SW USA trip. The room was quaint and comfortable. The staff was friendly and they had a nice grassy area for our Yorkie to do her business. They had just opened up a hot breakfast dining room and had great breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, etc). Nice place to stay.

Danny A.

Yelp
Everything about this hotel is outdated and badly in need of repairs. The fridge did not work, the phones were not plugged in, and the ceiling fan was filthy from what looked like weeks of not being dusted. The room has a number of outlets with black electrical tape on them, I assume it is because they don't work. The carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed in a while. The only redeeming grace is the staff, who are super friendly. We booked this hotel because of the two-room suite, but I think I'll book AirBnB next time.

Trisha C.

Yelp
Las Cruces is a great stopping point when you're coming from Southern Arizona on your way east. My husband and I like to stay at Best Westerns when we travel so we chose the Mission Inn and we were not disappointed. The area surrounding the hotel gave us pause (it's pretty deserted and across from a train track) but the property was quiet and well maintained. The woman who checked us in was great. Friendly, efficient and provided us with a list of restaurants in the area and a map. Our room was on the bottom floor of the building along the back of the property. It was very spacious, clean and well appointed. I loved seeing all the people out waking their dogs while we were there! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was wonderful as well. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt. A first class breakfast in my book! All in all we'd be happy to stay there again and would recommend the place to any road weary traveler. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the property is slightly older and the surrounding area isn't exactly walkable but don't let that deter you!
google avatar

Eric R.

Yelp
All the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Grounds were well kept. Overall, this was a comfortable, affordable, and welcoming place to stay for me on my road trip to Texas. Would stay here again.

D D.

Yelp
This is a very nice motel, with a good location near I-10. The room was clean & comforatble. Breakfast was served and was typical, but good.

Jennifer O.

Yelp
I've stayed at this hotel several times, in fact every time I pass through the area. The staff, including housekeeping are great! Very kind, very polite, very accommodating. While this is an older hotel, it is loved and taken care of. If you can get a room with a mountain view (second floor) do it! Both sunrise and sunsets are absolutely amazing! We look forward to our future stays with the Mission Inn Team!
google avatar

Rich S.

Yelp
Thank you Suzzana, Cynthia, and Nancy for our introduction to Las Cruces. From the initial phone to confirm our reservation to check-in to check-out the staff was very hospitable and accommodating. Thanks for your suggestions on where to go and visit in the local community.
google avatar

Yelp
Wonderful stay! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious.
google avatar

Yelp
We purchased a room at this location online and we were pleasantly surprised. Large room and bathroom, was very clean. The lady that checked us in was super nice and gave us a list of local restaurants. Overall excellent for the price.
google avatar

Victoria G.

Yelp
The hotel itself was not bad. The staff was fantastic and the rooms were okay! I knew it was older from the pictures and the reviews I looked at beforehand. However, people were not kidding about the musty smell in the rooms. It was rather overwhelming! I know they are trying to upgrade which is great but I think it's time to remove that old carpet and put some new carpet down. I'd like to say that I would stay here again but that smell was just too much!
google avatar

Tatumn S.

Yelp
Beautiful western/rustic theme in the rooms, beds are a little stiff, saw a bug, but an overall okay experience! would come back.

Hugh K.

Yelp
Bottom line first here: I would not stay at this hotel again. On the plus side, the room was clean and generally comfortable. That's the end of the good news about this particular Best Western. On the minus side: 1. Check-in was slow. S-L-O-W. Really, really slow. After a day of traveling, about the last thing that anyone wants to deal with is a check-in process that takes close to half an hour. 2. This hotel is located directly on a busy railroad line. There was an extremely loud (as in room-shaking loud) train that passed by right around midnight. 3. The wifi at this hotel works very poorly. My 1996 dial-up service was faster than this hotel's wifi. 4. The television service interrupted twice during the evening--just completely stopped working. When we reported this to the front desk, the answer we got was "Well, that happens around here. Just wait and eventually it will come back." That was true, mind you, but who wants to wait for 10-20 minutes for the TV to come back on?! 5. Much of the clientele of this hotel, at least on the night was REALLY trashy. People were sitting on fold-out chairs in the middle of the parking lot, actually drinking beer, just to pass time. Management seems to think that this is acceptable. As a guest of this property, I do not.

Yelp
I touched base with this hotel a few times before we ever came and was treated so kindly! When we came in today the front desk clerk recognized my name and I was glad to thank her in person. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were given a list and a few recommendations, one of which we went to for dinner as it was dog-friendly. Great decision! Our room is nice sized and rustic with a huge, comfortable king bed and pillows. It was a bit musty smelling but started the AC and the smell dissipated. I really like the sink area separate from the toilet and bath. All are up-to-date. This is an older hotel but we find it quite charming with good outdoor areas for our dog. We would definitely return.

Carlos L.

Yelp
Five star location all around from the front desk, nightly rates, room, house keeping staff. Excellent job management and owners. Nice crisp linens , newer towels and wash rags. The beds are comfortable and fluffy soft pillows and the carpets/floors are clean as well. I've stayed at this location at least 6 times over a two year period and the service is always consistent all around.

Andrew P.

Yelp
I fancy myself a mostly open-minded traveler; neither too picky nor squeamish under most conditions. With that said, though I wouldn't drop this spot all the way down to "Jesus Christ get me out of here," that's mostly only due to the receptionist and his delightful manner. (Aaron, I think his name was?) Between the bathtub that cannot hold water, the shower with water pressure the strength of a Death Valley riverbed, the vague aroma of... is that sewage?, and the room-rattling proximity to a set of freight train tracks, I cannot recommend this as a first choice. The Little Miss Sunshine car alarm stuttering like George VI at 6:18 am, the motorcycle rally that pulled in around 4 am, and the persistently thin walls - so useless that our neighbor could hear my "bless you" after she sneezed - only drove the point home.

Yelp
We stayed here for 3 night's with work. This hotel is not brand new. However it is well taken care of and run top notch. The rooms are very large with quality amenities. The breakfast in the morning is run quasi-resturant style. They have staff serving coffee and answering questions. The food was very good. The style was great....it didn't feel like so many other breakfasts from a hotel...."here it'll make a turd". My wife enjoyed the room and the food....for me.....that is gold. If your passing through and looking for a great place...stop in. Plan on the breakfast , it is well worth your time! Get its included...so enjoy.

Yelp
Very friendly staff awaits you and are to assist you in any way you need. The room is very spacious and is pretty modern. The shower temperature is well temperament. Be careful it will go from comfortable to either freezing or scalding! As for the night's sleep - the bed is extremely hard, if that's your likes then you'll enjoy. I would avoid the breakfast - was not as good as what you can get at a local restaurant or fast food chain.

Yelp
We stayed here last night. We stayed at a Best Western in Albuquerque the previous 3 nights so I felt like sticking with them here in Las Cruces. 2 Queen room was only $71.00. This hotel is a bit older, but it has a charming Southwestern feel to it. Beds were comfy. Shower pressure sucked, just like at our other BW. Staff was friendly. The pool was refreshing. About that.......the front desk makes you check out pool towels and fill out a sheet and sign for them. These pool towels are so small, thin and old, I swear they would cost about a dollar to replace. Not sure why they treat them as precious commodities! Free breakfast was decent...waffle maker was on point! My wife woke up with a bunch of bug bites on her feet/ankles...spider or something. Would I stay here again? Yeah probably. It was an ok hotel.
