Best Western Oceanfront

This by far is one of the best, Best Westerns!! The room was clean and cozy with an extremely comfortable bed!! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! The staff I can’t same enough great things about, Katie’s hospitality was exceptional to say the least! Sophia was kind enough to personally go search our room for a lost item after we left. Highly recommend Jacksonville Beach Best Western! 10 out of 10 for sure! We will be back!

This location is amazing. We have stayed a few different times. Each time service was excellent. Jaime, Melissa, Silvia all went above and beyond. This hotel offers a full breakfast. Hot and Cold food options. They do have Ocean Front and Partial Ocean view rooms at this hotel. The rooms each visit/stay were clean. There is only 1 entrance into the hotel making it more safe. Only steps away to the beach. Paid self parking. There was a safe in our rooms to lock up anything if needed while away from the room. Lots of restaurants and shops close around. We will be back.

This is my second time staying here. Nice location. Competitive rates. The service is okay. They seem to be making an effort. However in room 308 after 10pm I experienced loud music, and people singling loudly. There was also vibrations so much so that I thought the noise was coming from above me. But when i called there was no other floor above me. It was as if someone was running or jumping and it took me a while to fall asleep when all I wanted was some rest.

We booked a staycation over the phone because we had remodeling going on. Once we arrived they said they could get my husband who’s a veteran a better rate, no biggie. They charge our card. We get home and they still double charged us. He tried disputing the charges however they kept the money and would not refund him. Nearly $1,000 for a 3 nights stay we didn’t get. Months later still nothing. No offer to book other nights nothing!

I was sceptical about booking this hotel seeing as it is a Best Western but was pleasantly surprised. It is right by the beach, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast, though limited in options, was good. There was always plenty of parking in the parking garage and compared to other oceanfront hotels nearby, was only $12/night. We also ended up with a partial ocean view from our balcony without paying the ocean view premium. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I took off 1 star due to the A/C unit being very loud and not doing enough to cool down the room. I can't imagine how hot the room would be if we had stayed here during the summer. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is very weak. Overall, this place gives you the best bang for your buck. I would definitely return.

This hotel was great, and right on the beachfront, overlooking the ocean. The room was sizeable, comfy and included various amenities like a small refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to enjoy the morning sunrise, and a glass of wine with the early evening sunset. Breakfast choices were good too, and parking was included.

The room smells like waste water. The water pressure is bad now I have a rush on me. I will say go to the hotel next door as it’s more better next time I will. I will never put from this hotel again Including the parking come up to $51 for four nights it’s not worth to stay at this hotel but the services are good. The room is decent. The balcony with the ocean view was really good, but still I will book the next door hotel
