Best Western Parkhotel Weingarten

Can't say anything about the rooms, didn't stay there. Went there for a meal with friends and the food wasn't much to write home about 🙁. The meal of the day was a poultry leg that was not crispy and didn't look very appetizing. The accompanying pasta with tomato sauce and broccoli was ok. I had potato soup and it should have been creamy, but was more of a broth and no idea what it had to do with potato. So overall it was very disappointing, although the service was friendly and very apologetic about the food and explained how difficult it is to get a good chef these days!

Nice time spent in this hotel. It is very near my company, bus station just outside hotel hall and at 5 minutes walk from Weingarten center. The room was very clean and confortable and wifi service quite good. The best skill of this hotel was the restaurant. Very good and big dishes of traditional and typical baden food. Rösti was wonderfull. Breakfast was good, I prefer sweet breakfast with pie or croissant instead of international one with eggs, ham or sausages. I suggest this hotel at 100%.

The hotel is clean and centrally located near the old town. Check-in was smooth and so was checkout. I had a very unpleasant experience with the room. During the booking I asked for a quiet room. What I got was a room on the 3rd floor on top of the entrance to the conference and party facilities. There was a wedding for 300 people and guests were talking loud and smoking non-stop outside. I couldn't close the window as there is no airco in the room and it was hot outside. The party and loud music lasted until 2 am. I contacted reception but received no help, just "we hope it will be quiet after 30 min...". I believe I should have been warned upon check-in. This hotel does*t care about their guests; obviously the income from party room rental outweighs usual guests. In addition my car was damaged by some somebody in the parking garage. I have no doubt from where these people came from.

This was a wonderful hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and most spoke English. The breakfast was good. I was going to a concert in Ravensburg, so this hotel was in the perfect location--only a short 10 minute drive away. The one thing that was a bit unusual about this European hotel is that they had washcloths. Most European hotels do not. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Ravensburg area.

Very clean and comfortable. Although some elements like the elevator are almost vintage, our room and bathroom were nice and modern. Our room was large and the king-size bed very comfortable. I did miss that there was no conditioner provided, only shampoo, but it was no big deal.

All in all a pleasant experience. Hotel location is nothing special, but it is fine, if you come here by car. Parking garage is very close to the hotel (cost not included).Hotel room and bathroom a little bit dated, but in good condition and clean.We didn't eat there, so I can't say anything about that.Staff was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here in the past years each time before our annual ski holiday in Austria. The hotel is located near the German/Austrian border, about 20 km from the Highway. We also stayed here last week and it will probably be our last time. For two reasons.||||1)The hotels is starting to show its age. The interiour of the rooms is a become dated. Wallpaper is damaged, the bathroom can use some new tiles and the rooms have no airco (which was no issue now, can be an issue during summer). Good thing is that the family rooms are spacious, and as family room therefore attractive as they have two beds of 160 cm. These sizes you do not often find in Europe.||||2) Very rude service at checkout. The lady presented the invoice and the amount was higher as expected as she had included breakfast. I made a reservation about 5 months back and I was 100% sure the rate was including breakfast. That was also confirmed by e-mail. However the attidude of the women at the reception was unbelievable. Very, very rude and no compasion at all. She was 100% sure, the rate I booked was excluding breakfast.||||So I opened my laptop and showed her the e-mail. Aha, no denial possible as of that moment. But no excuse, no apologize, nothing. She could only say (in German) that I was lucky and that I got the breakfast for free...?? What do you mean for free, I booked a rate including breakfast so her comment did not make any sense. Bah, what a nasty women this was with an Ice Age attitude.||||I do about 100 nights a year in hotel and I have to think deep when the last time was that I was treated like this. Just unbelievable. We will not come here again.

Below average service as desk was sparsely supported. Rooms are dated and tub did not drain well. Room is spacious and bed is quite firm. Bar was limited and slow in service. Unlikely to return here in business as there are other hotels from which to choose.
