Was a good place years ago, went there with friends and family and oh how it has gone down hill. Service was crap, the young backpacker behind the till hardly spoke English and got our order wrong, over charged us for all three cocktails as well (+$7/cocktail), charged me for a pint not the middy I asked for, didnt kknow what was on the small cocktail drinks menu to begin with. Took 15 minutes to sort that issue out. Why have a trainee foreign language person operating the till during busy lunch period is a huge mistake, let them learn the ropes first before putting them in control of ordering during a busy time?? Our issue caused a backup of customers 10 people deep. I work in a restaurant, behind the till/bar so I'im no stranger to service industry, the person behind the till can make or break a business very quickly.||When the food came out the chips were greatly under cooked, the chicken and pepper sauce was not cooked well either. I left it uneaten for fear of getting ill. My friend had the seafood platter which was just deep fried, greasy supermarket stuff. She left most of hers as well. Her chips were equally under done.||Wont be going back, will go to the cafe's in town instead next time.
