A large, diverse, tidy and integrated store that serves Al-Qassim in a remarkable manner with conscious, planned management. *The store is divided into a very convenient division. *Its diversity is clear in terms of multiple types, shapes and varieties. * The service is as you like and want from the moment you enter. *Prices are reasonable. *The format is visually noticeable. * You can also order from the online store. I previously ordered and received the order.. and I received the items intact.

The meeting room as well is amazing, the sales team is very much dedicated. Big thanks to Miss Maram for her collaboration and kindness.

The staff was responsive, attentive, and understanding. I had an urgent circumstance that prevented me from staying at the property. Upon contacting them, Sara was very helpful—she picked up right away and kept me updated through WhatsApp and Booking messages until the issue was resolved. They also waived the penalty fees, which was very generous. I have stayed at other Best Western locations but had never been to this one before. Now, I will definitely make sure to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

They gave me stay invoice less than what I paid through booking.com saying back to booking.com to collect the invoice match what you paid I never hear such thing in my life non of the hotels I used this year or previous years did this!!!!

Very good place to sleep in, the room is big and comfortable and the mattress of the bed is priceless! Stayed for one night! Will go back!

Reservation - on bookings.com. Got a great deal. Chechi-in : smooth as butter. The Executive on the front desk, Mr.Ramy Abdou, was extremely helpful. The fact that they wear a smile when speaking with customers makes such a deep impression. Thank you Ramy. Room : Got a standard double room. Was super clean. Room was pretty decent sized and well appointed. There was no hot water in the taps. Had to call room service a couple of times to have it fixed. Only one Bath towel and room slippers was provided. Had to request for an extra pair. Breakfast: we were offered a complimentary breakfast, despite the reservation said we need to pay for the breakfast. Came as a pleasant surprise. The spread was really good, with a live counter. Excellent food. Summary : overall an excellent stay. Highly recommended. Will surely come back.

Hotel is clean and breakfast is average... staff are really helpful... no basement parking
