We loved staying here! Rooms were quiet and comfortable, beautifully appointed. The location was perfect for exploring the shops, restaurants and other attractions, all within a short walk. And, an easy drive to the national and state parks nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Such wonderful hospitality. I loved the salt water pool and hot tub, especially on a quiet morning. But, the best thing about this hotel? Outdoor seating for breakfast (the seating area is actually available 24 hours a day). We started each day slowly with coffee and good food from the breakfast buffet, watching the changing the light on the red rocks that surround the town. It was cool and peaceful. I wouldn't say quiet, because the town starts bustling pretty early, but it was quiet enough and a memory that will stay with me for a long time. We didn't stay up late enough to catch the sunset, but I bet that's stunning too -- and plenty of comfortable seating on the patio.

Google
Hotel was nice. It was in a good location. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good. I appreciated that they put us on the ground floor. We had young kids. It was nice not to worry that their movement wouldn't disturb guests below us. Really no complaints.

Google
A very well located hotel for all the main attractions the area has to offer. Comfortable rooms. A very nice pool. Breakfast on the upstairs terrace inside or out.|Pleasant staff. A laundry which was useful. Our only complaint is the use of plastic cutlery and cardboard bowls which just seemed to cheapen the experience. Whats wrong with having a dishwasher. Is the cutlery recyclable? as if not it's hardly eco friendly!

We stayed here one night after visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The location is excellent—within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and the large hot tub, which were both well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn in Moab, Utah was fantastic! The location was almost perfect - right in the middle of town with restaurants in easy walking distance. Of course, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. The included breakfast was fine in an inviting atmosphere upstairs; the waiter was extremely nice. All parts of the hotel were very clean and inviting. This was the best hotel overall on our 11 day trip for 10 family members ranging in age from young to old.

Google
I was very impressed with this best western. The breakfast was really yummy and the hot tub was huge. There’s a nice balcony on the top to eat breakfast or hangout in which is super nice. The rooms were nice and had a nice coffee machine in the lobby and mints. It’s also very central so you can walk to a lot of places!

We loved our stay at this motel, located in the heart of Moab, UT. The room was so well designed - great lighting (multiple spots), a comfy stuffed reading chair and footstool, & excellent temp controls. Lovely carpet on floor to soften footsteps. Loved the large window's rolling shade and the draw curtains. We could draw the net curtains with shade open to let in the light and view, or pull down the shade for room darkening to sleep. It also had a window that opened to a screen so fresh air could waft into the room at night! Really loved that! (So many motels don't permit window opening, or if they do, don't provide screens to keep insects out.) Parking was easy and available the entire 3 days we stayed. The pillows were a little hard and this "princess and the pea" gal wished they were softer to prevent neck aching. The bathroom was well designed with a separate toilet/shower/sink area that could be closed off from a second sink/closet, permitting use of a sink by one person when the other was using the toilet/shower room. The staff was great, and the breakfasts offered a wide choice of options with a lovely outdoor sitting patio to enjoy the meal or snacks. Thanks Best Western for a great stay!

Google
Great location, rooms were spacious and relatively clean. Check in was seamless and friendly, and she did a great job balancing people coming in and the phone ringing. The breakfast staff were cheery and welcoming but the breakfast was not great, especially the eggs. maybe the egg whites were OK but the hard-boiled eggs were stiff as boards and the omelette was stale and oily. Nice patio to have a sunny breakfast. tesla chargers located here.

Yelp
Nice hotel, located in downtown Moab, within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed their pool area and hot tub. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel has a fitness center and complimentary breakfast in the morning, it will help you save a few dollars.

Joan M.

Yelp
Clean well appointed large rooms right in the heart of downtown Moab. Easy walking distance to everything you could ever want. The lobby is beautiful and cozy. Breakfast available from 0600 every day Plenty of parking right outside the door. The staff are wonderful. Absolutely amazing stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
This was a well groomed hotel with the friendliest staff from the front desk to the breakfast table! A gentleman who was overlooking breakfast ensured we still got hot food even though we were rushing in 20 minutes before they were closing it down! Our only qualm was the pillows. if you like super squishy tiny pillows then it's no biggie but i'd bring my own next time!

Jill M.

Yelp
First off, the staff was incredible. We went on our honeymoon throughout Utah and this was one of our many stops. They decorated the room and made our stay so memorable. This hotel is super clean. The hot tub and pool are so nice. The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Yelp
We have stayed in many different Best Western motels. Best Western Canyonlands is definitely among the best of the bunch. We stayed at this one for 3 nights in late August 2022. Our room had 2 queen beds and was on the second floor, just around the corner from the elevator and overlooking the pool. We loved the room because it was clean, spacious and had plenty of places to work and store our belongings. The bathroom included a fully equipped room and an extra sink just outside of it. A fridge and microwave are available in the room. Breakfast, both the food and the setting, was outstanding. The selection of both hot and cold items was great. Among the hot items were scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, fried potatoes, and a breakfast meat. There's a pancake machine (somewhat slow), hard-cooked eggs, breads, cereal, yogurt, and freshly-prepared fruit. Attendants make sure items are available throughout the breakfast timeframe. Unlike most places, breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. Tables are available both indoors and in a wrap-around outdoor terrace (which is open into the evening). No smoking is permitted. There is coffee and cold water available in the lobby 24/7. A few things about this motel bothered us: 1) while smoking isn't permitted on the 2nd floor terrace, there's a smoking area just outside the front lobby door and smoke wafts up 2) quite a few electrical outlets were so loose as to be unusable 3) the room safe is located beneath a luggage surface, almost at floor level 4) in the breakfast room, plastic utensils were individually plastic-wrapped, a very wasteful practice 5) the A/C seemed to go off at night; we awoke a few times feeling very warm. 6) some 2nd floor rooms appear to be located in an area requiring access via half a flight of stairs All in all, though, we had an excellent stay and would definitely return if pricing remains as competitive as it was this visit.

Yelp
Another stay here, another great experience! Wonderful clean facility with great staff, can't recommend it enough.

Kevin B.

Yelp
This is a great hotel! We stopped at many hotels on our road trip throughout Colorado and Utah and this was probably our favorite. The location is great and it's easy to get to most things in Moab. The rates for a room in August were also very good and very affordable. The continental breakfast was one of the best we've had at a chain hotel and their breakfast potatoes were actually very delicious. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Moab and it's a great hotel overall.

Vern D.

Yelp
I'm not going to make this a long post. Suffice it to say this is a really nice BW+. If you're looking for a place to stay in Moab, don't pass this one up. Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nuff said.

Nicole V.

Yelp
Excellent stay. You will not be disappointed. Everything about our room is "thumbs up".. way up. We really enjoyed our stay here. The free breakfast is an added bonus!

Georgie R.

Yelp
Absolutely loved it here. The room was very nice and clean, the hot tub and pool were open, it was awesome. The breakfast... I could go on and on about it! It was delicious. Easy check in and check out, plenty of parking, perfect location to walk to dinner (do NOT go to pasta jays it was awful) and around shops and only 8 minutes from Arches national park. The only con was that when we entered our room we saw 2 different black hairs on the coffee machine and the bathroom sink, kind of gross but compared to how much we loved it, it was nothing.

Miranda G.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western in downtown Moab! Wonderful location within walking distance of many restaurants and gift shops. The breakfast was delicious and the other amenities looked great (wish we could've taken advantage of the pool, but we forgot our bathing suits!) Our room was well equipped and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Moab and the local national parks!

Yelp
We travel with our dog and made a reservation for the Best Western Motel in Moab, UT, online while on the road. In making that reservation we were transferred from the Best Western site to an alternative "reservation center" site. When we got to the motel, we were informed that pets were not accepted. We asked for a refund, but apparently because their reservation people are off-shore, the person at the desk could not help us and we were given a number to call. After about 30 minutes of being transferred around, we were informed that we would not be refunded, despite the fact that the motel was about 3/4 empty, because the original website stated pets were not allowed. In addition, just for the pleasure of talking to their "reservation center," we were additionally upcharged another $12. Yes, we made an honest mistake because the previous night we stayed at another Best Western that did accept pets. Needless to say, we view this practice as an excuse to steal from us and we will never stay at another Best Western again.

Linda R.

Yelp
We spent 2 nights here in May 2024. The best hotel on our 6 day tour. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The gentleman who hosted breakfast each morning was very accommodating and the food was delicious. A perfect start to a very long day. We highly recommend this property. The scenery at the hotel was so pretty too. You could sit on the balcony while eating breakfast and enjoy the awesome view.

Kelly M.

Yelp
The hotel was fine, breakfast was reasonable, location was good. The staff was terrible. We checked in, went to our room, and found out they had moved us into a handicapped room. Normally I would say "whatever," but there was no door on the bathroom. I don't want to be making eye contact with anyone while I'm on the toilet. Not ever! We went back to reception to get a different room. That started a 2 1/2 hour ordeal. It shouldn't be that hard.

Sarah G.

Yelp
This hotel truly felt like a resort to me. Great location within walking distance of food and shopping. Hot beverage station in the lobby. Outdoor patio for guest use with fire tables and views. Very clean and friendly staff. Excellent big hot and cold breakfast options with labels for allergy foods and options. Well worth it for location and amenities.

Megan J.

Yelp
This is an awesome hotel if you're looking to visit Moab. We stayed in the off season and the price was ridiculously affordable. The property is huge and very clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and staff is very friendly. They have a great free breakfast. The staff in there clearly took pride in their job and were constantly refreshing things and cleaning up. They have bike storage. Room was huge and felt brand new. The location can't be beat- its located in the very center of downtown Moab. Perfect place to be able to walk around and not worry about driving if you're spending some time in town.

Geneva W.

Yelp
Stay was been perfect no issues with parking, check in, room etc we were greeted as soon as we walked in we were the only ones checking in at the time so we had her full attention. She checked us in explained where our room was provided us with some restaurant selections and off we went to unload our bags and go eat The hotel is located in a small town on their Main Street plenty of places to eat within walking distance plus during their open seasons their are plenty of little town shops to buy some great stuff. They were closed when we went in February some signs said closed for the season so winter must be a slow time here or covid not sure Our king suite was big enough for two of us with room to social distance the bathroom was kinda small the shower worked good but the toilet sink and bathtub is just to right in the space it's in the bed was comfortable but we o my had 4 small pillows which when you put together it may make 1 pillow. We did ask for extra pillows towels which was not honored and we did not ask again for them Pool / hot tub area looks nice small but nice small is what I like less people can jump in perfect. Plenty of lounge chairs around the area who Hes it was open we may have took advantage of it

Diana L.

Yelp
Fine but not wonderful and def not worth $400 for the night. It's an older hotel and the hallway and room had a musty smell to it. Found the room to be on the dark side; could use some more cheer. Our room faced the pool and could hear traffic going by until at least 1 am. Staff did cover the pool by 10:15 pm. Wouldn't recommend if you're expecting a modern super quiet stay. Pillows could be replaced as well. It was clean and walking distance to everything though. "Free" (pre-paid) breakfast options were omelets, fruit, and yogurt, pancakes, sausage, and potatoes. I put free in quotations because you know they factor that into the base rate. Overpriced but demand is high in Moab.

Jeff W.

Yelp
Great location. People are super friendly. The pool area is nice & the breakfast very good.

Allie R.

Yelp
Never thought I would be giving a Best Western 5 stars. But Moab is mainly made up of 2 and 3 star class hotels. The workers at this hotel were very pleasant and hooked us up with a king room instead of two queen beds which I greatly appreciated. The rooms are updated and very clean. The location of this hotel is ideal. It is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful pool and outside terrace to relax on. We would happily stay here again.

Chasity H.

Yelp
My sister and I loved staying at this hotel. We visited Canyonlands and Arches while staying at this hotel and the amenities were perfect. It's so close to great dining for a quick bite between hikes and also has a great breakfast lounge. We would highly recommend this spot for hikers looking for a great spot to stay.

Dianne K.

Yelp
Yuck!! Old dirty. Someone previously wrote' needs a refresh'. Needs a renovation!! This place got left behind when the 80's turned the page. How this place is rated a Best Western Plus, IDK??!! Go to the Best Western Plus across the street. $100 more, but you won't regret it!!

Tyler P.

Yelp
Terrible. Booked two rooms together Ava when we arrived one was on the first floor and the other on the second floor at the other end of the hotel. Rooms were dirty and we found items from the previous stay. The noise in the room on the first floor started immediately and went all night and all day for two nights. We asked the front counter to all the people above us to quiet down and she told us there was nothing she could do. The front counter was rude and not helpful Breakfast kitchen was the one positive to this place. So they get one star Save your money!

Larry D.

Yelp
Great location in town, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The pool is very nice with plenty of chairs and loungers. Beautiful hotel and the free breakfast is amazing. Great people, great service, great hotel.

T L.

Yelp
Like others, we were surprised by this hotel. Well maintained, helpful staff, a nice (small) pool area, and central location make this a good choice. Excellent COVID protocol by staff. The queen suite gave us enough room (good for families) and had everything you would need. Breakfast was sufficient before heading out. Really could not find a fault with this place. We were unsure about staying in the middle of downtown, though we did not hear any noise in our room. Being able to walk to dinner and just a short ride to Arches was the best of both.

Nicole W.

Yelp
We loved staying here! The rooms and entire property were very clean. The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The location is intimate and we will definitely be back!!

Josh W.

Yelp
This hotel was the perfect spot for a family on vacation! The front desk was welcoming and kindly helped us with any questions or problems that we had. When we went to our room the towels where tied in nice bows and the room was set up very neatly. The breakfast there was freshly made and the staff was helpful and friendly. Jorge and Diego (two of the breakfast servers) were hard workers and social with all people staying. The spacious and luxurious outdoor hot tub was a nice finish for an active day of hiking or mountain biking. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an enjoyable and comfortable stay!

M M.

Yelp
This was truly one of the best hotel stays we've had, and we travel a lot! Usually stick with Hilton or Marriott brands, but this hotel's price & the availability of a roomy suite turned my head. Man, am I so glad we gave it a shot! First, the front desk staff was top notch. Morgan is who we dealt with the most. She checked us in & later provided us with a map of Arches National Park & some suggestions for other terrific sights nearby. We got the Presidential Suite for less than a standard room at any of the other 3+ star hotels in the area. The room was superb. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, extremely roomy, & the bathroom was updated to feel like a spa. I loved the pebble floor in the shower stall, which acted like a foot massage. There were ample extra pillows & bedding for the pull-out sofa bed that the kids slept on. The AC worked perfectly & kept us very comfortable. Usually I don't utilize tubs at hotels, but since the room felt so clean, the huge soaking tub was too inviting after a day of rock-crawling in a UTV, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The toiletries were nice. We used the shampoo as bubble bath. The double sinks in the bedroom were super helpful, as one was located outside the bathroom so more than one of us at a time could get ready. The room had several mirrors, including a full-length. We didn't use the room safe, or the kitchen other than the fridge. The bed & bedding was extremely comfortable, and the size of the bedroom made for an airy feeling. I really appreciated the lounge chair/footstool in the bedroom, which faced the large window with a shady tree & those red cliffs in the background. The room was a true oasis. The breakfast was one of the best "free" hotel breakfasts we've had. There was fresh cut fruit each day, really good eggs & burritos, and lots of other vegan & vegetarian choices that were kept well stocked. The orange juice was very good, too! The servers here were so pleasant & helpful, and the area was very clean. The views from the breakfast area were awesome. We dined outdoors in the shade each morning, serenaded by birds and surrounded by those beautiful blue skies & orange hills. What a wonderful experience! There are many terrific restaurants, pubs and ice cream/sweets shops within very close walking distance, as well as a lot of little shops & boutiques. Downtown Moab is quaint and we very much enjoyed strolling around to see the sights. We actually wished we had booked more time in Moab, if only for longer to enjoy the Best Western Canyonlands! Well done to the staff & management at this hotel.

Scott D.

Yelp
I am a Hilton guy with more than 70 nights a year but the prices for hotels in Moab during the summer are ridiculous. That said I've found a few best westerns here in Utah that are by my standards amazing. This is one if them. Even when prices fall during the off peak season, this will be my new choice. The rooms are updated, comfy, quiet, and clean. The breakfast is hot with amazing views for seating inside or out on different balconies. Very of all the staff from the front desk, maid service, and kitchen were all extremely friendly and helpful. I don't have a Tesla, but they even have charging stations. The location is perfect for many great restaurants and shops in the center of town. Great place to stay at a reasonable price even during the summer. The pictures posted by the hotel are a good representation of the hotel.

Marvin E.

Yelp
Ive been here for 5 days and I'm not going to lie this place is pretty good. I've stayed in tons of Hotels and this is one of the best. Staff is very nice and approachable they will answer all questions and even give you recommendations on where to go. They have an awesome complementary breakfast and great views at from my room i could see the mountains and a great sunset

Katrina H.

Yelp
We try to use Best Westerns as we travel...rooms are usually comfortable and clean, and staff is almost always accommodating. This particular Best Western has risen to the top for me. They offered us an upgrade to one of the family suites (which...was amazing ) for one night. The staff went above and beyond for my family on two occasions. The first was that we had to do some quick rearranging of plans (my son got pretty sick while traveling, and we weren't sure where we were going to hunker down). I did communicate with this hotel from the get-go (important to do if one hopes for flexibility) and they worked it all out with us. (Thank you!!!). The second amazing thing that they did was give a small gift for my son for his birthday. They made a card, gave him a small token of Moab, and decorated a bag for him. Thank you, Morgan and Quincy...you brought a huge smile to our family's face this week!!! This is a win if you are staying in Moab. We were able to walk to most places in town, the Slickrock trail was easy access, and the pool (while heavily chlorinated...bring goggles) was nice to relax in (so says my child and husband....I was out shopping, so I didn't join them!).

Melanie D.

Yelp
Rude rude rude - great location but owners are horrible- loud and took forever to check in.

Julie K.

Yelp
Stayed here 3 nights on our first visit to Moab. The location was great. Right in the center and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. We parked our truck and trailered jeep in the attached parking lot with no problem. Rooms were very nice and the breakfast was great. We will stay here next time we visit.

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
There are two Best Westerns in Moab, so first things first, make sure you're looking at the right Yelp listing, the right hotel page, and the right booking info. Also, make sure that when you roll up into town and are road-weary and want to crash, that you're at the right Best Western. The thing is, they are about a block apart is all, just on opposite sides of the street. This Best Western is on the corner, and is probably a much nicer property than the other one. Technically speaking, it's a "Best Western Plus" an I have no idea what that means, only that it sounds like something fancier. I actually really love the other one (reviewed separately) but it's got a much more budget feel. However, I've not been since they remodeled it, so I can't say now. What I can say is that this one is a fine, fine property. With a nicer, rounder list of amenities. Scroll through those photos and you'll see what I mean--you've got a really nice pool and hot tub area, which is perfection after you've been out on a dusty hike all day. I also scrolled through the photos just now (I take my own advice) and noticed the Tesla electric charging stations. I hadn't noticed that when I was here a few weeks ago, but la-dee-dah, that's pretty fancy. Onsite laundry, a kids area, and even a bike room. I had heard about the bike room, but again, just saw the photos. There's a lot to this place. As for the rooms themselves, it appears that they've been remodeled recently as well. You have several options. I'm a normal Queen or King room guy, so I can't comment on the other ones. But when booking I noticed they have several suites, like 1/2/3 room suites with more beds. the Queen room is comfortable, well-decorated, simple, air-conditioned (AMEN! in the 110-degree summer heat!) and even though I don't spend a ton of time in the room in Moab, you'll appreciate the comfort. Really, it's as much about amenities as it is about location. This thing is smack dab in the middle of town. Right there in the middle of everything. Walk to restaurants, walk to coffee, walk anywhere you want. It's super convenient, and for that reason alone the BW Plus here deserves a look.

Katy S.

Yelp
I've never stayed at a Best Western in my life and this place blew me away. I'm a hotel snob. The rooms are very clean breakfast was great and the overall atmosphere was spot on with this little town. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend anyone to choose this hotel you will not be disappointed!

Barbara M.

Yelp
Delightful one night stay. Room was well maintained, neat, and very clean. Nice decor. ALL the employees were pleasant and welcoming. Ice machine was a hike from our room. Breakfast was good - variety of choices - excellent biscuits and gravy. Ate outside on the porch watching the town wake up. Will stay here again if we go back to Moab

Jimmy K.

Yelp
We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Monument Valley, Dead Horse Point State Park and Arches. We loved the location! It was close to several restaurants and shops in the area that we walked to. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Hot tub was very large, could fit 12 -14 comfortably. The breakfast patio was awesome. The indoor/outdoor seating was enjoyable. The room was very comfortable. Lots of space, comfortable bed and very quiet. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip back.

Erica R.

Yelp
I really loved my stay here! The room was spotless! Super clean! And I forgot my babies portable bassinet and when I asked if they had anything for the baby they gave me a portable one! Thought that was nice! The pool was nice! I loved it! I also liked how they had hot water available at all times! I needed it to heat up my babies breastmilk. I would honestly give it five stars but there was one complaint I had! The walls must of been super thin! My husband went to get ice and he said he could hear me down the hall baby talking to our baby! That made me super nervous because well we were there with my 4 month old! I didn't want to disturb other guests! The second time I realized the walls were thin was when I woke up to nurse my son I could hear the person next door snoring lol.

Steve O.

Yelp
We came here because of the reviews and found them to be true. COVID diminished the stay a bit but the staff did everything right to try and lessen the inconvenience. Nice bright and helpful staff, very clean, good location, nice room amenities, and premium tv channels. Oh, nice pool area also.

Lauren S.

Yelp
What an awesome stay - they make it really easy for bikers since they have a free bike storage area that's open 24/7, but can only be unlocked by staff. Just don't lose your tag! They also serve a fantastic breakfast, nice big croissants, southwestern omelettes, and plenty of bacon! And of course, all the coffee and juice you could ask for. It was so much better than most other complimentary breakfasts. Our room was very clean. My only complaint is it was located right near the hallway trash receptacles. So it was a bit stinky in the hallway. But can't be too picky since we got a great deal through a third-party booking site. I'd for sure stay here again, especially for a bike trip. They even have a hot tub to relax in after a long day of riding.

David B.

Yelp
Only OK if you have kids. A bit of a nightmare room near the pool and stairs left us with no options to rest after a day of hiking. The rooms are a cut above for a Best Western, so you get ok value there. The walls are thin and the staff was not really helpful with information other than where the Arches were, both the park and McDonalds. McD's was suggested 2x as a dinner destination. I understand the summer money grab rates, but expected more for $250 for a motel.

Keoni B.

Yelp
Great rooms with all the amenities excellent staff the grounds and the interior are super clean excellent upper-level breakfast area for interior and exterior dining nice views of the mountains as well

Sarah H.

Yelp
Great place to stay. Convenient to everything. The staff was well trained. I've stayed at much more expensive places (and did on our trip) but these people were the best. The room was large, well maintained and comfortable. We had car problems and they were able to accommodate us staying another night. I would definitely stay here again.

Lety G.

Yelp
This hotel was a highlight in our vacation. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable beds, and spacious clean rooms. Paulo the breakfast attendant was so sweet and helped us pack an early lunch for our visit to Arches National Park. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Janet S.

Yelp
Noisy!!!! You hear every step taken. We kept looking out the door to see who was stomping up and down the hall and steps. It was other guests just walking in the hall/stairs. We spent three weeks touring the southwest. We stayed in some beautiful hotels which cost us 1/3-1/2 of what it cost to stay at this place. For the cost we expected at least the quality of the other hotels. When people just walking keep you awake at night. We filled out a survey and got a reply from assistant manager stating she has gotten this complaint before and they are planning to replace the floors. One would wonder what they're waiting for and in the meantime they should not be charging outrageous rates (we paid $300/night). I have no idea what other best western plus hotels are like but this one has really turned me off!

Yelp
Clean rooms, in nice distance to things. The walls are paper thin, we were on the first floor and the tenant above me kept stomping across the floor into the wee hours of the night. When we checked out, the older lady at the front desk was very unfriendly.

Yelp
Really friendly staff members that were very accommodating for showing up without a previous reservation. We ended up snagging the last room which was the nicest hotel for the cheapest price in Moab. They were two queen size beds with another pull out bed. Everything was super clean and they had a wonderful heated pool and hot tub. They have a nice fire pit lounging area which was great for relaxing outside your room. The hot breakfast was probably one of the best I've had at a restaurant. When we left we ended up forgetting some food in our fridge. The staff called us that if we wanted to keep it they would save it for us at the front desk. Incredible customer service! Highly recommend this hotel above all the others in Moab!

Yelp
Just want to start out by saying Nathan is the best employee in the world. He helped us out so much and saved our trip! So kind thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is also very nice super clean and has a complimentary breakfast which is always nice!

Yelp
For the price it was decent. The bed was fairly comfortable. The pool area was pretty nice. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. Check in staff was amazing but our room smelled terrible! We ended up opening the window and hanging a dryer sheet from the vent of our air conditioner to make it more tolerable.
