Best Western Plus Congress Hotel

There are some good things and some bad things about this hotel. The worst thing was rooms. which were so small and old fashioned. Also in our room there were no fans in the toilet and there was no air circulation. The fresh juice for sale in the bar was so expensive. Although they did not put enough tea and coffee in the rooms, the breakfast was amazing. everyday u could see some hot new meels. Also the pool was so clean and great. There were many beds and it was so chill. The location of the hotel is good but a bit of walking to the center which is nice also. The toilet beside the pool was clean and equipped. The lobby is so nice and full of sofas that I think they are a bit more than I need. The bars beside the pool are also fantastic and well designed and not so fast but good in service. Also there is a massage space and gym in the hotel. In general I enjoyed staying in this hotel, but the design, space and quality of the rooms can improve.

Bang in the middle of the city. Close to almost everything you will ever need. Our room is not very much sound proofed so it can be noisy at times. All things considered, the best thing is that you can just walk to many parks, including Republic Square, markets, restaurants and small parks. Breakfast is also decent, and bar is open round the clock.

Don’t choose another hotel. This one deserves every single star given. Amazing hospitality (and I travel a lot!), great gym, sauna, outdoor pool, healthy breakfast and very central.

I just wanted express my profound gratitude for the superb service these guys have displaced. My wife has been staying at the hotel for few days and she will fly out to US after midnight tonight. These guys are amazing... apart from being extremely hospitable and all, they realized she has a long trip ahead of her and will be extremely tired. So instead of charging her for an additional day, they let her stay in the room until 4:00 p.m. free of charge and then hang around the lobby until later on tonight before she will get a cab to the airport. To me that is an exceptional customer service and we can't be happier. So thank you very much you guys and keep up the great job! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! God bless you all!

The only good thing about the place is its location and the breakfast. We told them we need a three bed room and they charged us for two rooms but gave us this 18 m room with an extra bed which was absolutely uncomfortable. The price was unrealistic but we had to settle down because we had an elder family member with us.

This hotel is very well located, across the Fountain Square and only minutes on foot from Republic Square. This is one of its best features. The rooms are the average international size, functional, clean with firm beds. However, since it is in one of the main intersections of the city, if the room faces the street, one will be bothered by the traffic noise. Fortunately, in the evening, the noise diminishes and it is possible to have a good night's sleep, but bring ear plugs just in case. By the way, the breakfast is very good.

I stayed in the hotel from 20 to 29 October 2024. The hotel is in very convenient location in Yerevan, near to everything you need. Hotel staff particularly the dinning room and restaurant are fantastic. I like the variety of breakfast served very fresh and hot.

Everything was great. All the servant were very helpful they all smiling and greeting us every single day especially Anna who always smiling and hugging us she is very humble. We are very thankful for her and we are planing to come back soon for their smiles. 💙❤️🥰💐🙏
