Best Western Plus Hôtel Isidore

My elderly mother and I stayed here while picking up my daughter who had been studying abroad for the past 3 months. From the moment we arrived, Sarah, at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and a desire to make things perfect for us. She even went so far as to walk upstairs with us to see if our room could accommodate one more person so our daughter could spend the night with us in the hotel. We found the room to be very clean and the breakfast buffet to be yummy with lots of choices. It was a great stay but I commend Sarah in particular for being so friendly, warm, and eager to please.

Simply love this hotel, been here couple of times, strongly recommended, for position close to the metro, breakfast, rooms, services.

We stayed for a weekend through staycation. We had a lovely time. Super friendly staff. The room was big and very clean. Quiet area. Walking distance from the subway if needed. We absolutely loved the special touch from staycation (champagne bottle + macaron + face masks). This was a great deal and we will do it again. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna many times during our stay. Great opening hours. The breakfast was great as well. Enough to choose from. The room during breakfast was a little chilly. Free underground parking.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located for new subway into Rennes. Facilities were excellent and staff exceptional could not have been better. Beautiful rooms with good facilities sich as tea/coffee making facilities and lovely thick robes and slippers and bathrooms. Lovely restaurant and breakfast.Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Property is in the business district and the front desk is very efficient. Great room, but TV placement is dangerous. I hit my toes onto the foot of the tv stand! Looking chic and safety of the guests need to considered by the decorators! Clean and modern. The area is quiet, and the staff was very welcoming and professional. Free underground parking, and the access to the (small) SPA is included with the room. Downside was that the spa was very crowded (week-end) and we could bot really enjoy it (there was a queue for the Jacuzzi). Breakfast is good but not really worth the 15€ it costs when not included in the room's price.

We went to Rennes just to have this hotel experience. So we are expecting a lot from this. A weekend vacation from work. I have my boyfriend with me when we checked in. The room we had was beautiful, cozy and cold. However, It was very dusty that seems like they had their last guest a long time already. We enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. We had our private time since there were no other guest on the spa room. Very relaxing and nice experience for us. We had the breakfast buffet also that was very satisfying. They had a lot of choices. It was nice that they have some american breakfast not just french bread and les fromages. A very nice lady was there to assist us. The staffs were nice and hospitable. They are approachable by any chance. It is not on the city center but it is accessible by bus. Nice lighting because of the window but it is not a very good view up there from our room. All was very good. I just dont like how dusty the tables and cabinet were.

If you get off the main tourist area and have schedules a flight out of Rennes France I would recommend this property. Very up to date and modern which is a switch from the traditional older hotels. Very nice location 4 miles for airport. Very well kept and the staff was very helpful |Sometimes you just need a break from traditional and go with a modern well appointed hotel. Certainly an over nighter not close to any tourist areas mostly office buildings.
