Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House

This is the 2nd summer we’ve spent as a family at Noble House. This is a fantastic boutique hotel, the location is unbeatable, close proximity to shopping, restaurants, cafes and public transportation. We are a family of 4 and we booked a family room which was spacious, with 2 separate rooms, a double bed and bunk beds for our girls. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection to choose from. The hotel lobby is so cozy with lots of areas to relax and the ping pong room was a big hit with us. The staff (all of them) were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel with 5 stars.

Stuffed puppies in the room are a nice touch. Oddly, the in-room safe was not bolted down, so what's the point of having one? Noisy outside the room window with ventilation fans and ducts, no view except onto another roof. Poor air flow in the room and especially the bathroom. Nice to have coffee and some sweet/bakery treats out most of the day. Bathroom lighting is terrible with one flickering light. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. Cozy lobby/lounge area. I would consider staying here again.

Wonderful hotel for families! They have a cute little play area in the restaurant so parents can eat in peace as kids play. Good location with lots of parks within walking distance. Reasonable kids menu. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was full when we arrived but we could park down the street in a covered garage. My only feedback is they put 3 stuffed dogs in the room which are available for purchase- great idea when arriving, not so much when leaving. My poor daughter cried for hours after falling in love with the dogs and not understanding why they could t come (I wasn’t prepared to spend 600kr on stuffed toys 😜), seems a bit like a money grab from the hotel which is sad when kids are involved

Service was excellent. They helped us get to the beach. The breakfast was quite extensive as well. Rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again particularly for the price point.

Like most Best Westerns the prices are good as are the rooms and everything you need in place and working. This Noble House was great location but was let down by sewage smells in the room. Front desk staff excellent and moved us immediately. They need to fix this KNOWN problem.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Room was very nice albeit smallish. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was great and the hotel was decorated well. Loved the ginger breakfast shots. Great selection of herbal tea. Cozy hours with discounted drinks is a great idea however we didn't have time to take advantage. We loved the free tea and coffee and biscuits in the lobby. Nice touch. Sauna was closed for refurbishment unfortunately but we knew that in advance.

Best located hotel in Malmö in my opinion. (You have access to any attractions/activities and restaurants without having to walk too far). The staff were super helpful and friendly, big assortment of food for breakfast (Swedish tables). The only thing that bothered me was lack of lights in the room and limited window openings. (night lamps worked fine but I'd also welcome some ceiling lights too.)

Stayed here for NFC. Staff was super nice! The hotel itself got a pretty unique style. The room was very clean, and had enough space. The breakfast was really good as well. I really liked the waffle machine!

Location Nobel House is located in the middle of Malmö the walking distance to nearly everything is short. It is slightly hidden in a side street and therefore also sort of hidden from the trafficated streets of the city giving it a quiet and relaxed feel. The rooms We had the pleassure of staying in a double room superior. What differenciate it from a normal double room is not clear to me but maybe the extra arm chairs or the mini bar? Nevertheless! It was a nice and clean room. Very comfy bed and linnens! The one thing I was missing though was more electric outlets for phone charger and so on. I had to disconnect the tv just in order to charge my phone. A little inconvenient. The breakfast The first thing I noticed was the waffle maker. Oh heaven! What a buffet! I nearly did not know where to start (ended up with the waffles and cream off course though) and was running around like a crazy person trying to get a small taste of all the lovely things. Absolutely my favorite part of the hotel. And for those who wants local food, this is the place. Nearly everything was marked with "Skånsk" (local). Service The check in and out went very quickly and the staff was friendly and helful. All in all it was a great stay. A cosy and small hotel with a good location.
