Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza

We were in BW Plaza hotel 25.08.-04.09.2025. and we had great time visiting Rhodes. Hotel is very clean, sheets and towels changed daily, rooms are spacious, bed comfortable. Our room 210 is on the second floor and we had a nice view on the street, hotel entrance and a little piece of sea. Rooms on higher floors must have vonderful view. We had HB - breakfast and dinner were delicious, various, every day something new. Staff in the hotel - reception desk, cleaning ladies and restaurant staff are really very very kind, helpful, always smiling. |Location of the hotel is great - Elli beach is 10 minutes walk, as well as windy beach. Old town, Marina Mandraki are also 5-10minutes walk. Within 10 minutes distance any way you go - left, right, east, west you will find a lot of tavernas, restaurants, shops...|I recommend Best WesternPlus Plaza hotel - do come and you will really enjoy your holiday.

BW Plus Plaza Hotel in Rhodes is very well positioned in the New Town: 5 minutes walk from the bus station (very convenient, for buses to/from the airport), and less than 10 minutes walk from the Medieval Town (very convenient for sightseeing).||In October 2025 I was at Plaza twice: the first time for three nights, and the second time for four nights. In both cases I had a very good room on the back of the hotel. My rooms had comfortable beds, efficient and quiet A/C. Bathroom was very good in both cases.|Insulation in the rooms from outside noise was not very good, but being on the back side there were virtually no noises from outside.||Breakfast was outstanding, with many choices available, and everything was very good.||Staff were very helpful. Wi-fi was also very good.

Probably a bit overpriced for what you get. And there are only 2 parking spaces for the whole hotel so you will have to pay for parking on the street as the free spaces are really limited. I Would stay again,but not at the same price. Pros - Lots of seats at the pool. Staff at the pool, bar and breakfast are extremely nice. Really nice breakfast selection and it's a fantastic location for exploring old town. Food at pool was decent and cocktails were nice in bar

As always the accommodation is excellent and spotlessly clean. Staff are welcoming and many familiar year on year. Bar service excellent. Breakfast brilliant. Pool well used and again spotlessly clean. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Rhodes.

I'll give this hotel a 5 because it did everything we needed, which was a not too expensive place to stay overnight in Rhodes between a flight and a ferry. Certainly staying in the historic old town would have been more charming, but much less efficient given that cars mostly can't enter. I'm not sure I'd want to make a full vacation staying at The Plaza, but it is easy walking distance to the old town and has a nice pool so if that's what you want it would be fine. There are also some city beaches you can walk to. There are many eating/drinking options right near the hotel but it manages to be quiet. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast spread is good. The rooms have no charm but were perfectly functional. All in all, a good well-managed convenient mosern hotel.

The service is fantastic! Breakfast buffet was outstanding. We came with our family and children, the ladies in the cafe were so kind with our kids and the gentleman at the bar was also very good. Room service was fantastic! Pool is great, drinks and food are wonderful, great time to chill and enjoy Greece! Thanks to the entire staff for making our experience so wonderful!

The location is perfect, no need for any public transportation. Many beaches 7min walk, port, shopping, good coffee, new city and old city... Service and communication with the team was great. They were available for us all the time before and during our stay. We were a big group. The food in the restaurant lobby was tasty, highly recommended (same kitchen as the pool restaurant). Also at night, a place to have a drink inside or nearby. Good solution if you want to enjoy other activities in the city.

If you are looking for a central location, very close to the ‘old city region’ and also within walking distance to most main attractions, then this is an excellent choice. The staff were very friendly, the service was good and the rooms are clean and quite spacious. The breakfast dining area was fantastic with a wide selection of food items to choose from. Overall, this was a terrific place to stay and we would be happy to stay here again.
