Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza

close to harbour, local tavernas. Short walk to old town. Taxi back from old town if needed 7 euros. Can't fault this hotel! Breakfast caters for all dietary needs - continental, cooked, etc. Rooms immaculate and cleaned daily if required. Pool area bar very good with adequate menu. So good we booked again as soon as we returned home!

Stayed here as part of a walking group. Hotel is in a good location. Our room had everything we needed, including a balcony. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Had buffet dinner twice and there was a good choice. No complaints at all. Special mention of woman in bar who mixes a great G and T!

We stayed in another hotel nearby and when exploring the neighbourhood saw BestWesten advertising Lunch and Dinner Buffets. The restaurant area is very attractive, modern, clean, spacious. The buffet offers an enormous variety of dishes, attractively presented, very tasty. Service is friendly, fast and efficient. And the price for Dinner Buffet of EUR 22 per person excluding drinks is very acceptable.

If I could give 0 I would! Went on holiday for a week worst holiday I have ever been on and it was all down to the hotel stay! First of all I had requested 2 rooms next to each other which didn’t happen. I was then greeted by a massive cockroach to which the hotel said it happens and said speak to TUI who we had booked it through! How the cleanliness has anything to do with TUI I don’t know! We then had to complain about one of the kitchen staff as he was sneezing without covering his nose and then dropped a load of cups on the floor and picked them back up and put on the side for the guests to use in the morning! Also squashed another cockroach we spotted in the kitchen area! Disgusting! Not only that but 2nd night our party of 4 all got sick from the food most recovered quickly after not eating anymore at the hotel which incurred extra costs! But I had to go to a pharmacy to get prescription medication for my sister who was that ill! I kept speaking to different staff and all said the same we all eat here and speak to a manager! However no one actually admitted to being a manager when wanting to speak! No one took liability it’s an absolute disgrace

Well situated in the centre of town with easy access to both coasts. You cannot access the hotel by coach so they drop you off at the end of the road. The walk from here takes you through a refugee village, which was completely unexpected, but they were very polite and well behaved.|Ou room on the 5th floor had great views of the harbour and cruise ships. The staff in the restaurant and the chamber maids were very friendly and helpful.|Both my husband and I had stomach issues whilst here and we were told that there is a lot of this around. The hotel’s procedures for this were sadly lacking. We only found one hand sanitizer, on 5th floor by lift. There was none provided at reception, at the ground floor lift or in the dining room!!|There are 2 lifts but they were both very small and you couldn’t get a family and their luggage in together. Although there were notices to not share a lift with a different family, people often ignored this and just barged in with us.|So a mixed review, could do better.

What a great hotel. I have only ever used it when making the trip from the UK to the distant Dodecanese, when it's wise to get to Rhodes then break your long day's travel with a recuperative night here before you get the ferry onwards, and the same on the return. The staff could not be more helpful and understanding. The rooms vary, of course, according to what you pay but are all scrupulously clean, and it's possible, if you're clever, to get a room at the back overlooking the pool and palms without breaking any bank. Quiet (in the right room), relaxed, and the breakfast buffet is astonishing, perfect even for us vegans. A real haven, and very central

Exellent holiday. Lovely staff very friendly. Maradonna on the animation team is so lovely and friendly and always smiling and welcomes everyone. The food is very good and the restaurant staff are lovely . Also the bar staff are lovely. A brilliant hotel. Will definately return

Excellent location for shops, Old Town and beach. Good breakfast and evening meal with lots of choice. All staff were friendly and excellent service. Room well cleaned daily with fresh towels and complimentary coffee and water. Would definitely recommend.
