Best Western Plus La Demeure

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western La Demeure in Paris. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always friendly, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city. The location was excellent — close to public transportation and situated in a charming neighborhood with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and sights within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious with a nice selection, giving us the perfect start to each day. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Best Western La Demeure to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Paris. We would be more than happy to return!

We spent 7 days at this hotel and loved it. When you walk in, the lobby is clean and offers fresh, high quality refreshments. The staff and friendly and helpful and there is constantly someone there to greet you as you come "home" - giving an even safer feel. The housekeeping staff is friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful of your belongings. When you look out the windows you "feel" Paris. The neighborhood is wonderful with grocery stores, bus stops and other amenities steps away. There is a "foodie" area nearby with very affordable yet high quality fast food and also sit down restaurants. We didn't try the TV as we were out and about quite a bit, but we came back to comfortable beds, a large, quiet room with windows that open all the way and consistently hot showers in an immaculately clean bathroom. There is a bar fridge in the room (so obviously not cold enough to store perishable foods for days) and the shower is as most in Paris - meaning it doesn't close fully, but a small adjustment to showering habits (turning the shower head slightly towards the wall and standing more under the stream instead of ahead of it) makes it easy not to get water all over the floor. Clean towels and plush duvets. Front desk was more than willing to assist when I asked about public transportation and even showed me the way they use it themselves. We didn't have breakfast on site but it's available for an extra charge. We didn't use the gym amenities but the entire place appears clean and well maintained. Had minor difficulties with the booking system but after that it was smooth sailing. Highly recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at BEST WESTERN PLUS La Demeure in Paris. Charlotte and her team truly took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived. I was traveling with my mother, and we immediately felt at home. The hotel is intimate and has a warm, homely atmosphere, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with lovely variety from day to day, which we really appreciated. The location is also excellent, within comfortable walking distance to many of the main sights and charming neighborhoods of Paris. All in all, they have my highest recommendation. We will definitely return the next time we visit Paris.

My children and I staying here for a week. Staff were always nice and helpful. Loved the view of the charming buildings across the street from the big, opening windows.. Huge bathtub in the bathroom. Small fridge to keep their bottled water cool. It did have air conditioning however, as an American, it was not cold enough in 90 F summer heat. so we had to buy a room fan to sleep at night. But the room was relaxing and pleasant during the day. They do have electric adapters you can borrow and I would recommend they offer room fans as well, during 90 + F (33 C) summer days. The hotel is located a few blocks away from the 7 metro and several bus lines. We used the metro every day to get to many sites and neighborhoods and out to Disneyland. There are also several restaurants very close by. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely stay. Comfortable, clean and bright rooms. All of the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best that I have had in a hotel. So many choices. Hot and cold items, various jams and other spreads. A variety of pastries. Yogurt and a variety of fruit. Appreciated local French items like the yogurt and applesauce (just like homemade). The neighborhood was full of restaurants and there is a bus stop very near.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip to Paris. La Demeure is a perfectly quaint, and beautiful hotel in the Latin Quarter. The staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and could see it sparkle at night. The adjoining family rooms were perfect, as each room had two single beds, that could be separated, and a 3 piece washroom for each room. The two rooms are attached thru a common entry door. This hotel is in a beautiful area of Paris. It’s on the main bus routes, and a short 5-10 min walk to the Metro. There is a grocery store, and liquor store just down the street. A couple cafe’s, restaurants and pharmacies are all within steps of the hotel. When we come back to Paris, we will be staying here again!

I enjoyed staying here. The room was nice and had lots of amenities like a kettle and a lovely bathroom, although the room wasn't that spacious.|Good breakfast!|Location is OK, you can use public transport nearby.|The price is slightly on the high side.|Overall pretty good.

We had a fantastic experience at Best Western Plus La Demeure. The hotel has a super stylish design and a really cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely amazing – delicious with lots of variety. Our room had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, which made the stay even more special. The staff were kind and helpful, and it was a big plus with access to the sauna and fitness area. We’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

We stayed here because everything else in Paris has gotten so expensive. The hotel itself is clean, our room was very nice, obviously small, and housekeeping kept us clean. There is a nice little breakfast buffet that is either €16 or sometimes included in the price. They have great air conditioning although the shower is tiny and leaks water everywhere. The staff was all super welcoming and highly accommodating. They really make this place stand out. I will say if you're looking for bellhops and valet and all that stuff this is not the place because they don't have them but if you could be self-sufficient, then it's a really cute hotel. Don't get a room on the top floors because their elevator is having issues.

Hotel La Demeure had the location we were looking for: close to the metro, near grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants, patisseries, and even a bank, yet not in a touristy area. Although our room was tiny with their definition of a "double bed" being two twin beds pushed together, it had the cozy feeling of staying in your friends' guest room. We also opted for an "Eiffel Tower" room which has a tiny balcony with a table and chairs for sitting, which was a great move. We spent most of our time at the hotel sitting outside, gazing at the Eiffel Tower in the distance and watching the people below us on the sidewalk. The staff were, for the most part, incredibly helpful and cheerful and would even give us advice on the best way to get to different parts of the city with the metro. A good, clean, cozy place to stay while in Paris.

This hotel is perfect for someone who wants to stay in a quiet area and only require the basics. Check in was easy. My room was ready after 2PM. I left my bag with the front desk and left the hotel to sightsee. I returned later in the evening when the room was ready. Don't expect any frills. The hotel provides towels, toiletries, a safe, clean and comfy bed, etc. Turn on the TV if you get bored. Somehow you cannot turn the tv up past a certain volume. I think this is a courtesy to fellow neighbors. My phone was not working but I did not care to get it fixed because I only stayed for one night. Wifi is free in the room. Just ask front desk for the login and password. Hand over your room key when you leave the hotel. Check out was easy. Just give them the room key and be on your way. There is a Carrefoure fairly nearby and plenty of cafe shops with outdoor seating.
