Convenient location to the downtown Broadway bars. Very good breakfast with many hot and cold options. Iced tea, water, cappuccino, coffee free all day in the lobby. Pool area was nice and clean. Parking was $20, which is standard for the area and on-par with other hotels, but they should be transparent about this on their booking pages. Rooms were quiet and clean. I would stay here again without hesitation!

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay at. The pool was nice and cool. The service was very good to great. Water pressure and temperature were not very well regulated. The toilet flush device really was unnerving because of the amount of noise it made. I believe they installed these so they would be using less water. Service was good. However, we arrived 10 minutes before it was time to check in gentleman at the front told us we couldn't check in until 3:00?? Odd. Couldn't just check us in 10 minutes early. Weird

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were treated extremely well by all the staff. When we arrived and checked in we were given a goody bag with water and pretzels. |Our room was amazing. Two queen beds , plenty of room and a lovely bathroom. Plenty of lovely fluffy towels and toiletries in the bathroom .|There was a safe in the room also and a hairdryer and iron.|Breakfast was extremely good with plenty of choice and again we were looked after very well by the staff.|There are two massage chairs in the reception which can be used free of charge, this are amazing.|Nothing has been to much for the staff and the Hotel has everything you need to have the perfect stay. |Towels were provided for the pool also.|We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to nashville , it's the perfect distance from Broadway also but far enough away that it's quiet. |💯 recommendation from us.

We Had a great stay here! Nice/clean rooms, outdoor pool, and 2 free massage chairs! The free breakfast was delicious! Several options like waffles, cereal bar, coffee, milk, and apple juice. Sausage and biscuits and omelet station! The housekeeping did a great job coming by everyday. ( even if we didn't need it, they check on us). All in all, great place to stay, not as expensive as staying downtown but close enough to walk or get cheap Uber. They do charge 20 a day to park in their lot and they will give you a plaque for your window. Weekends the had security guards as well.

We stayed few days at Best Western plus Nashville, and we loved our stay there. Everyone was really nice. The room and the bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with variety of food, even omelet, made by order. We enjoyed the massage chair. In the lobby, they have coffee, cappuccino late machine, just the one they have in Europe, but free. There was security, so we felt safe. We love everything about this place, and highly recommend it We are definitely going to stay there again. Thank you, everyone.

Google
I love staying here. I have stayed here numerous times and usually stay at this hotel when visiting Nashville. It is walkable to downtown if you don't mind walking, and are able to walk the distance. It takes about 35 minutes at a steady pace. They have a good breakfast, nice pool, good breakfast selection, and clean rooms.

Google
Good value for money spent. Rooms were clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Excellent location, within walking distance of downtown and the museums. Dining in the Gulch area was just down the street. (recommend Gumbo Bros) Very friendly staff and good breakfast. We're able to store our bicycles in their storage room during our stay. Paid parking was $20/night but still cheaper than surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Google
Spent 4 days/nights here and the experience was pretty nice, I've stayed in nicer places and worse. Not one the high rise hotels but was conveniently located to everyone tourists to Nashville for. When I stay somewhere my most concerns are breakfast, location, cleanliness and amenities, especially if you are paying $100+ a night. Breakfast- Great the selection was big, MTO omelets, which was a first for me. Biscuits & gravy, cereal, sausage links, diced potato, juices, coffee, waffles, toast the selection was big do I was highly satisfied with that. Location- The city is a headache to navigate and parking is too expensive but lots of stuff are within walking distance. Downtown about a mile and they have ebikes all around. Cleanliness- This was very decent seemed like the employees were always busy keeping things tidy. Rooms were clean and no complaints Amenities- the massage chair was great surprised they offered this. Gym was great and the pool was pretty decent as well. There was very little downside here paying to park on the property which should cost nothing was my major beef. Toiletries were meager, I'd recommend bringing my own. The staff were friendly and its hard to find anything negative here. For a fair price for Nashville, decent location, quiet area, BIG breakfast, comfortable beds and clean pool, I recommend staying here.

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - The room is of good size. Clean and modern, etc. Also got a good view of the pool. Too bad we spend almost no time in our room. The lobby is also modern and nice. We also spent some time in the game area playing foosball, darts, etc. Now for breakfast - The first time I have seen self service pancakes, same batter as the waffles. Also, complimentary 24 hour coffee, juice, water, etc. Again, a first experience for us. Omelets are made to order; they give you a ticket when you check in, so you can not abuse (not sure how many omelets you can eat). Overall, a very good breakfast. Atmosphere - See above and pictures. Service - Overall good. The front desk can be a little better at communication. Extra fees for many things. Early check in $30, additional guests $10 per person, per day, etc. Price - $440, so $220 a night. Reasonably priced. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1946 with our 4700+ worldwide locations.

Yelp
Four stars for a great hotel with an awesome location. Very close to all the action in Downtown Nashville- free onsite hotel parking which you cannot find elsewhere. The breakfast was pretty good as well! I'm giving this 4 stars only because the bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the walls were pretty thin. The people staying there that evening were extremely loud in the hallway.

Yelp
After a long hot day of traveling, it was a welcome sight when the BW+ sign came i to my view. Parking is tight upfront but doable. Checking in was a breeze, elevator up. Price is competitive for the neighborhood Top floor (5) King room on the front, quiet and comfortable and the bed was really comfortable. Its Nashville so the room is music themed throughout. Updated amenities and fixtures. The room is well appointed, work station, couch, flat screen, foot seat, fridge, wetbar coffee station with microwave. 4 Stars recommended and will return 01004

Yelp
Went in having low standards and they raised the bar. Hotel is actually really good. Modern rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast, massage chairs, easy parking (for a fee), amazing beds. Probably some of the best sleep I've had in a while staying in a hotel. Hallways, lobby clean and smelling fresh. I would definitely stay here again. You shouldn't be disappointed, if you are, then your bar is way higher than mine. Expedia rating is high, thought it would be the same on Yelp but was surprised it wasn't. Would recommend if you needed a quick find.

Yelp
This place is great! I'm not sure why this place got low reviews on Yelp, the reviews on Hotels.com are much better. Either way, I had a great experience from the check in process all through the checkout process. This place offers little raffles and prizes as you check it. It also has a great omelette bar for breakfast. It's centrally located walking distance from restaurants and bars in either direction. The best feature is the free massage chairs in the lobby, especially after a long day of walking and drinking. Keep up the great work.

Yelp
There was a roach in my room as soon as I was leaving. They stated that they could only give me a $50 refund when my room was 153 this is unacceptable and I will be talking to the district manager.

Yelp
After driving 26hrs from MA to Nashville .we arrived at our Motel The Dive and it was horrible the photos looked nothing like it did online and I have asthma and the rooms smelled like a Musty basement . After telling them we wouldn't stay I searched for another hotel . We found the best western and immediately booked it .when we arrived we asked if we could check in early and they said they would get right on it and when we said we have traveled long they told us to go eat breakfast.i felt human again within 15mins our room was ready ! We went up and it looked and smelled clean and we had such a good sleep we didn't wanna leave !!!

Yelp
My family stayed in this hotel in October 2024. I booked two rooms. However, once we arrived, the hotel informed us we had 4 rooms. We stated we only had 2 rooms and there must be some mix up. The front desk stated they would look into it. On the last day, without any follow up with us, I was charged a $680 cancellation fee for the 2 additional rooms we did not book. The hotel refused to re-credit the account. I will never stay at this hotel again. Awful experience and awful customer service. Please don't stay at this hotel, they will swindle you.

Carla R.

Yelp
Customer service is horrible. Booked room and paid for 4 nights flying in Christmas Eve morning. American Airlines bumped our flight 9 times and then canceled it. Booked another flight only to be bumped twice and canceled. After 14 hrs at the airport notified hotel after trying to find another flight that we could not get there and management would only refund two nights. During the very busy Christmas season I'm sure the room was rebooked. It's sad to take advantage of an already very disappointing circumstance.

Stacy G.

Yelp
No. Just no. As a diamond select member of Best western, I've been to MANY best western hotels. While this is not the worst, it certainly ranks in the bottom. First, they charge to use the coffee machine in the lobby. Really? Coffee should be complementary. Lemonade, tea in the lobby? More of a charge. The iced tea dispenser was gross and so I did not partake in it. It felt like they were nickel and diming the guests. They are proud to offer an omelet bar, but the omelettes are made with a soupy mixture that is clearly not just eggs. Furthermore, if the place is busy, be prepared to wait 45 minutes for your omelette. It's just one staff member taking each order and preparing them, and when we visited there were 22 orders for her to prepare at one time. The rest of the breakfast assortment leaves much to be desired. The $20 parking fee is not outrageous given the location, but there are better places to stay on Music Row. The room itself was clean, but I would not stay there again.

Yelp
Clean, good breakfast. Incredibly nice staff who try really hard to make hotel a fun atmosphere. It is clear they are putting money into the hotel! Great location.

Randi Z.

Yelp
Very clean, good breakfast options with the omelette bar and plenty of restaurant within walking distance The only thing is the beds are too hard. Still recommend this hotel, will stay again

Yelp
Very modern. Very clean. Very comfortable. The front desk staff were amazing. Lots of laughs. Love the games they play at check-in. Makes you feel so welcomed. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh, made to order omelettes. Will stay again. Kudos to this team.

Yelp
I was so surprised how clean this hotel was for only having three stars. The staff was very friendly at check in and at breakfast.

Nate S.

Yelp
Was very happy with this place. Cheapest hotel that is still nice. Everything was clean and they had memory foam beds. Short Uber ride downtown and parking was way cheaper. Be prepared to spend $ in Nashville as almost everything is WAY overpriced, but sometimes you have to pay to play. Great place to visit though!

Yelp
Rude, penny-pinching service, dirty rooms, adding charges for early check-in after telling me that they wouldn't.. the location is the only thing this place has going for it. Also the bed was hard as a rock. There was literally a huge smear on the toilet seat and hair in the bed of my supposedly clean room. I got moved to another room and that one had some hair clips left under the curtain and I stepped on a raisin near the desk. I get a strong feeling that the cleaning crew is understaffed and underpaid

Angela V.

Yelp
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars are the beds are super firm. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Tina, in the kitchenette for breakfast is AMAZING. Always checking food quality, temp and making sure all guests have what they need with a smile. The front desk was very helpful when we had a question and we quick to act when we needed something. Will definitely stay again, but will bring my heavy blanket to lay on top of.

Yelp
Convenient and comfortable We may stop here on our way through again. Close to everything on music row

Yelp
Thinner walls but a nice room overall! Great location and friendly staff! Great price as well for the room we got!

Joe L.

Yelp
Reasonably priced very clean walking distance to Nashville Center. Staff is very kind and courteous.. Breakfast is good. I would definitely come back.

Randy A.

Yelp
5/25/2023 This is a first class, affordable hotel. From the impressive lobby and super friendly receptionists to the room this is definitely NOT the hotel described in 2022 and earlier reviews! At age 75 there are few eateries nearby but they offer a SUPERB breakfast, individually cooked to order. Uber or taxi are highly recommended to get downtown. New owners/management have clearly turned this into a destination hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
google avatar

Karla D.

Yelp
Not a bad place. Looks like it's been recently updated and could use more updates. However, it's extremely clean, very affordable and is located perfectly just outside the heart of the Nashville nightlife. By just outside it's less than five minutes away from all of the known honky tonk hot spots. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Robert R.

Yelp
I think most of the bad reviews must have been before the upgrade as we were perfectly happy with our stay. A real bargain compared to other hotels near downtown. Beautiful lobby/ breakfast area, pleasant, efficient check in/out staff and very nicely decorated room in great condition. Clean and modern bathroom (although no box of tissues). Wonderful, varied, cooked breakfast included. $15 for parking, but other nearby hotels charge double that. Still a bargain compared to other nearby hotels. We usually stay in Best Western hotels, and this one is an especially nice example.

Samantha K.

Yelp
Be sure to check your shoes before putting them on at this hotel. Also check your pillows for blood stains. Don't bother going to the front desk because the best they can offer is $36 off your stay after promising a full refund for the room multiple times. The checked someone into that room the next day and did NOT fumigate the hotel. Enjoy your stay

Yelp
STAY AWAY!!! Staff did not address legitimate safety concerns when I informed them someone had attempted to enter my room over the night, luckily I had the safety latch in place and they could only open the door a few inches. Yes my do not disturb tag was on the door and no it was not during cleaning hours.

Janine C.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay here on 4/8/23. I enjoyed the interior design very much! The breakfast was great with plenty of choices including omelettes to your design. The complimentary massage chairs were so nice!! I loved waking up in room 412 where I had a view in the morning of dogs playing in the park nextdoor! It was only 20 minutes from the Grand Ol' Opry (which I thoroughly enjoyed too)and also 20 minutes away from the airport.

Yelp
The room was spacious and neat but not clean. I found a quarter at the end of the bed we carried no coins with us and the tv didn't work I'm glad we were too tired to watch. The shower liner was all torn up. The breakfast options saved them cause the eating area was clean and Lots of food to offer. I won't visit again unless it's 50% off

Yelp
We stayed at The Best Western Plus Music Row for a few nights earlier this month. Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience. The hotel was recently remodeled with updated furnishings and contemporary interior design. Our room was small but featured two queen beds, a small writing desk, a comfortable chair, and a bathroom. The beds had a firm and VERY uncomfortable memory foam mattress. I could not get comfortable and didn't sleep well. The bed frames were also very squeaky. While we're on the topic of the noise, the hotel itself was also VERY noisy. It was hard to sleep because there was so much noise outside our room every night. The hallways echoed loudly with the sounds of other guests coming and going, doors closed loudly, and voices carried down the hall. Our first night, Saturday, people were coming and going until past 2 am and we woke-up repeatedly because of the noise. The view outside our room looked over construction materials, and shipping containers, and rundown looking houses. About the only positive of the Best Western Plus Music Row was it's proximity to the Gulch. We were within walking distance of several new and popular restaurants, including Biscuit Love, Whiskey Kitchen, and Milk & Honey. It was convenient to be a short walk from these places and not need a car to get around. If you're staying in Nashville, I'd consider one of the other nearby hotel options.
google avatar

Joleen M.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at The Best Western Music Row in a room with a king size bed on the fifth floor. The room was recently remodeled and had a modern music theme. The layout and storage within the room was very well thought out. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was just slightly to far to walk to touristy areas. The gulch area was a reasonable walk. The parking lot was safe and convenient and they even had a security guard at night as a precaution. The area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking at night. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was fine. An omelette station was a nice touch that I have not seen at Other Best Westerns. I found this hotel to be a good choice for the price point. I definitely would recommend!

Yelp
STAY AWAY! We actually paid over $400 for new years eve to stay the one night. The smell of urine hit us as we opened the room door. Thinking it will get better, we stayed for a bit. we put the AC on. It is right by the crummy looking curtains that smell like they are seldom vacuumed and almost never dry cleaned. the Urine smell got worse. We checked out just after 9. I told thd guy at the front desk why we were leaving so abruptly, and he could not care less. 'sorry to hear that .. goodbye'. If you don't like a room to smell like old dry urine, you may want to avoid this hotel. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!

Jennifer O.

Yelp
I was traveling back to New York but I had to stop and stay here to get some rest, first thing I noticed was missing towels and the toilet was up, it seemed strange but then upon further inspection of the room it was terrible!! the bed wasn't done right and it smelled terrible as soon as I pulled the sheets out I noticed what looked like to be ants but then I got my phone light and it was indeed a freaking bed bug! I immediately phoned the front desk and they tried to accommodate me with another room but I refused to stay there I had to leave, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here spend your money elsewhere. The cleaning crew is definitely overworked and underpaid seems like.

Steve J.

Yelp
This hotel is disgusting. We checked into a room with no AC. It was sweltering. The number of smokers right outside the main doors made it feel like you needed to walk through a smoke lounge before going into the hotel. The room had an odd smell. Coem to find out that there was dried dog poop on one side of the bed near the window so ou could not see it, Disgusting. They gave me $50.00 on an over $300 bill. Hardly enough to endure the filth.
google avatar

Susi J.

Yelp
This was a very nice hotel and recently remodeled . It is close to Music Row and restraints. We walked to Broadway and hit all the bars and live music. The only issue we had was with our room heating and air conditioning unit. When we returned to our room in the evening we could not turn on off the air and switch on the heat. So we unplugged the whole thing. They did have limited parking for trucks pulling trailers. Also made to order omelets are gone do to covid.

Yelp
Book a reservation on southwest hotels for July 6-11 2023. Had emergency surgery for retinal detachment and had gas put in my eye so I can't fly for 8 weeks. Canceled my reservation and they refuse to refund. They said my stay was not refundable. Sorry for having a medical emergency

Yelp
Perfect stay on Music Row! Although I only stayed for one night, I couldn't have had a better experience. From the polite greeting and speedy check in, from making sure my friend was given a parking pass, to the delicious breakfast in the morning, and drinks in the evening. This place was a gem! Compared to other Best Westerns I have stayed at, this was the fanciest, although the rooms were simple, the lobby, exterior, and parking area were very well kept. During breakfast, there was a lady making omelettes, but the real star was the woman going around making sure you had everything you needed. I wish I remembered her name, but I did leave her with a good review. I will be staying here again when I visit Nashville.
google avatar

Yelp
The hardest bed I have ever slept, or attempted to sleep, on in my life. Little, hard, square charcoal briquette pillows. Lights that don't work. Noisy, both inside and out. An air conditioner that cycles on and off and on and off. "Walking distance" means halfway between The Gulch and Broadway. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful. I would choose somewhere else next time.
google avatar

Thomas R.

Yelp
More like "Next-Best Western". Only 1 packet of coffee???? No blankets for the bed??? Charge for parking??? Not kidding, yall!

Yelp
Unfortionately, even after talking to the front desk multiple times to try and resolve the issues and have my concerns addressed, they were not and my first night staying in Tennessee for the first time ever being there, was not a good one. I had booked my hotel online through hotels.com whom I use on the regular. When I arrived to the hotel to check in there was no one at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes. No one came. I cleared my throat. I leaned around the counter and no one was there. I said "excuse me" at two different times but to no avail. Finally another hotel guest walked through the front door and noticed just by walking by that no one was at the front desk and I was clearly waiting and she said "ill take a look for them" and a few moments later came back saying she "found someone who works there." When the employee arrived back behind the check in desk she did not apologize or anything just said "Checking in?" to which I gave her my information and was able to get my room key and parking pass. I brought my luggage upstairs and found the room very close to the elevators and saw and heard children running through the hall as I opened my door. Children will be children, not a big deal but it was after 9pm at this point that I was arriving to my room after 8 hours of travel. I was looking forward to just relaxing and a good nights sleep. Well upon entering I noticed right away that there were 3 light bulbs out on 2 different light fixtures... Not the end of the world but not great to find either. I got situated and jump onto the bed, like belly first and I literally yelped in pain as it felt like I had bruised my pelvic bones. I sat up and realized the bed was the HARDEST bed I have ever felt in my life... After taking a couple videos to show how hard the bed was I then laid down on it to relax and as I laid there looking around the room I noticed that there were cords... hanging out of the wall... A hole in the wall (drywall) with loose wires completely hanging out of it and spots /dents on the paint where something was clearly hung "before" and no longer there. At this point I am not thrilled with this room AT ALL as the wires seemed to be a huge safety hazard in addition to light bulbs being out and a rock hard bed. I decide I will call the front desk and ask if they were aware of the loose/exposed wires hanging out the wall and ripped off paint area next to it. As I went to call the front desk I realize that the phone (which is VERY dated) is flashing as if it has a voicemail. Had this room even been inspected before sending a customer to stay here? This is a large hotel and it was a week night, surely there were other rooms that I could have been put in that would have working light fixtures, wires not hanging out of the wall and missing decor that left paint chipped and a phone that was flashing bright red every 2 seconds. I called and asked first how to clear the voicemail that was clearly on this phone prior to my arrival. I asked if the room had been inspected prior to my arrival/check in, to which I was assured it was. I informed her that 3 lightbulbs were out and she tried to tell me that the fixtures were suppose to be like that.. making no sense at all... Lamps have lightbulbs in them to make.. Light when turned on. I asked her if she was aware that there was wall decor missing from the wall and a hole in the wall which had loose exposed wires hanging out of it to which she informed me they were "remodeling." I asked if that was normal to put guests in rooms with wires exposed especially when I knew they had many open rooms available I could have been placed in. Lastly I asked if they had a mattress pillowtopper or something to help make the bed not so hard which she repeatedly said she did not know what I meant and I nicely said the bed is like a rock and asked if they had any type of topper to make it softer which she said no and then went on to say that the beds were "Tempur Pedic" and that they "took some time for them to get use to your body but thats how they were suppose to be... This bed was not tempur pedic and my back the next morning can attest to it never "warmed up to me." Lastly when I went into the bathroom later I noted that the toilet paper roll was less that 1/4 left and the sides of it were dirty. I went to wash my face before bed and there was long dark hair on the towels that were stacked neatly as "new/clean." I was not happy AT ALL with my experience at this hotel and I felt that the customer service was horrible and did not care to resolve the problems or even address the problems, instead justifying them. Parking was not free. (I've seen other posts say it was) And the hallways echo tremendously making even a door closing many rooms down VERY loud.

Yelp
Easy to make reservation, cheaper than others and nice & clean. 1. Comparable price I had a good stay in this hotel. During the week I visited Nashville, none of the downtown hotels had any room available and was over $450 per night. At this hotel, rate was $200 per night. It's 5 minutes drive away from downtown Nashville, which will cost you about $8 with uber ride. It was worth staying here considering the price difference. 2. Free breakfast They have good breakfast with eggs, bacon, tea, coffee, cereal, baked goods, yoghurt.. Whatever you may desire. 3. Clean It was clean, had no issue. Towels and sheets were clean and were changed everyday. It's not a fancy hotel, but has everything you need especially if you're here for work and not staying in your room all day. 4. Courteous staff My plane arrived early and I asked if I could check in 4 hours earlier and they let me as there was a room available even though check in time was 3 pm. 5. Conference/ business room For your business needs, they have small but functional printer and business room. Also, you can use the conference room, which is very convenient if you're traveling as a team. 5. Luggage stow away Check out time is 12 pm. But my flight was later in the day and upon request, you can leave your luggage for hours after checking out. Found it very helpful.

Grant G.

Yelp
Terrible. Reserved a month in advance for them to charge my card randomly two days before check in. They told me they would charge at check in so when the transaction was declined for fraud by my bank they cancelled my reservation without contacting me. They scam for more money anyway possible and choose to ignore the bug infestation. Stay at Comfort Inn across the street!

Renee R.

Yelp
Horrible. Checked in on 5/26/23. Two females. We noticed the hotel was not in top shape (holes in linens and not as clean as it could be). However, we understand the service industry and how hard it is for hotels. The problem is that I had blood on my sheets the first night from a female issue. I advised the staff and requested new sheets. I put out the cleaning tag to request room cleaning. Did not get new sheets and did not get the room cleaned (never cleaned the entire stay). At check out I was informed that there was blood on the sheet and towel. I stared and said, yes... you already know that and explained the situation and that nothing was damaged or done out of intent. The room was tidy (in fact the sheets and towels were put together to make room cleaning easy and I used my face cloths instead of their towels to avoid make up stains). Just a few days ago I got a $50 charge from the hotel. I called and they advised it was for the blood on the sheet and towel. I was astonished. In all of my 30 years of traveling this has never happened. A proper hotel can clean and disinfect a hotel properly. I asked for a receipt to show they had to buy new towels and sheets and they did not reply. I told them, once again, that it was unreasonable to charge $50. If this happened in my own home we would have cleaned the sheet right away to get the stains out. Bodily fluids should not stain sheets and towels. If using proper cleaning methods you should be able to get that out. It is scary that they said they could NOT clean them and opted to charge me instead. I believe that they wanted to sneak in the charge and hope I would not notice it on my credit card. I am contacting Corporate to advise them and hope no one else is treated the way I was. Please sort through the reviews and consider another hotel. Nashville has many hotels and so many are WAY better than Best Western. Trust me!!

Yelp
I understand they're renovating so this will all hopefully be changing but for now August 2019 I wouldn't stay here. Our room had a very musty smell which probably had a lot to do with the fact that the air conditioning wasn't on despite it being 90 out. The pool had a strange smell to the water sort of sewer like. There's a workout room which was my deciding factor but there was only a handful of mismatched dumbbells in addition to the treadmill. Each day when departing we'd leave our AC unit running to help alleviate the damp feeling to the room and so that we'd return to a moderately cool room at the end of the day, but each time we returned the maid had turned it off. The location and parking are convenient but there are certainly a lot of turn offs.

Yelp
I write my review as I sit in our hotel room, feeling rather irritated. I will start with the positives which is easy because there aren't many. The building looks nice from outside as well as our room (#524). The decor feels fresh and the bathroom is nicely updated. The negatives, the elevators are...questionable. They shake noticeably when you reach your floor, which made both my husband and daughter uneasy. We jumped off the elevator as quickly as the door opened. No lie! In the morning I will strongly be considering taking the stairs. Our room (#524) smells like cat urine, I honestly thought it was just me so I didn't comment in front of my daughter but less than an hour in the room and we all broke the silence and each said the same thing. After much searching we have pinpointed the problem are. We brought it to the attention of the manager on shift and they would not offer any kind of refund but offered to switch rooms. We are on day 3 of road trip with 2 young kids and I don't have the energy to switch rooms so cat urine perfume it is, I will tell myself it is sandalwood and leave before the sun rises I guess. Up for question is the shower, it does look nice but looks can be deceiving. I will find out in the morning. Conclusion, the building looks nice and the room looks nice but everything else is bad.

Yelp
Perfect for us! Big rooms, clean and attractive. Remodeled and modern. Includes a huge breakfast with everything you can think of. Price was right and a block off music row. Oh and the lady who manages the breakfast was so awesome.

Yelp
I have stayed here twice now in the past year. Both times they have been undergoing construction so I'm sure once it's finished (by year end 2019) it'll be even better. If you've been to Nashville you know the accommodations can be pricey. And on top of the parking is ridiculous. Best Western Music row offers free parking which is a huge perk and it's a quick uber or Lyft to the downtown Broadway area (we paid about $7 and never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a ride) This hotel is pretty reasonable for the area and is actually quite nice. Situated on music row it's a short ride to Broadway and there are a few bars and restaurants right down the street that offer food, drinks and of course live music. The rooms are a step up from an average Best Western room and are comfortable and safe. The beds were great! One of the other perks of staying here is the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The lounge area is inviting and there are a variety of food choices the best one being the egg and omelette station. They have a waffle maker, pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, breads and bagels, fruits and yogurts. It was a pleasant surprise after spending almost $100 on breakfast downtown the day before. The front desk was helpful and friendly. They offered suggestions and helped with questions we had. Check in and out were not quick and efficient.

Yelp
Very shady owners. My car was booted and held ransom for $50 (cash only). I parked at the far end of the parking lot, right next to a neighboring restaurant. The sign posted said "For Customers Only". As it was next to the restaurant building, and there was a sidewalk leading to the restaurant building, I assumed the "Customer's Only" referred to that establishment. I returned to my car to find it booted with a note to go to the front desk, which was quite a walk. I asked why it was not specified customers of what business and was told I should have known. There were over 10 cars in the row I parked in booted, so apparently these people had the same conclusion about which customers the sign referred to. Of course they accepted cash only, and conveniently had a ATM with a fee right there to get that cash! Clearly a trap for extortion. Shame on you!!

Yelp
My husband and I hv stayed here 4 times in last year. The front desk staff isn't the best but the other times were okay. This last trip was horrible. We had someone walk in our room twice during our stay. Complained to front desk- was told that he had never heard of that. Again- why would I make that up!!!!!! Manager checked tapes next morning- and guess what someone just waltzed in our room the night before!!!!!!!!! They comped us one night but I think they should comped the whole stay. I asked them to check the other day it happened and I haven't heard anything. If you stay here- make sure you lock up your belonging and lock room when you are there!!!! Also, our car window was smashed- along with 5 or 6 other cars. I understand that this isn't hotel's fault. But manager never spoke to us about it even after we complained to corporate about it. First words from corporate were- we aren't liable. How about- we are sorry that happened. On good note- breakfast is good and lady that works breakfast is very sweet.

Yelp
If you are expecting the Atlantis for 150 or less keep on moving! However we've stayed here several times and the rooms are so unique steam punk or up cycled. We love the clean rooms and the staff is so awesome when you are traveling for the hospital and having test they've been great we have had early test and we e went back to rest between appointments. They have a later checkout time so it works out perfectly. $10.00 parking is great. We will continue to stay in all of our visits in the future.
