My wife & I recently stayed here (09/26-09/28), and let me tell ya. 5 stars is NOT enough. We had an excellent experience. Our room was super clean. The bathroom and shower was perfect. The customer service from the staff was top notch. All the staff we encountered during our stay were super nice, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect as well. With Walmart across the street and local restaurants nearby. One couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely be staying here again, and will recommend that our family and friends stay here when they are in town. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Check in experience was quick and easy. Room was ok, chair in room was dirty and bed furniture had pink marker on it. Carpet around a/c unit was soaking wet our whole stay. Breakfast selection is good. Pool is nice and hot tub has amazing water pressure in the jets! Close to Disney and universals, about 15 min drive. Julienne was friendly, kind, and helpful. He made sure our stay went well. Would stay again!

Please read the reviews before booking. Don’t let the free parking, location or breakfast be the deciding factor like it was for us. I found the staff at this hotel to be both friendly and understanding, which I truly appreciated. They were welcoming and accommodating during check-in, and their professionalism stood out. Unfortunately, my stay was cut short due to a serious cleanliness issue. I discovered a cockroach infestation in my room, which made it impossible to remain comfortable or feel safe. As a result, I had to leave in the middle of the night. While the staff was sympathetic and helpful when I raised the issue, the presence of pests is unacceptable and indicates a need for immediate attention to hygiene and maintenance standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the problem promptly, as the staff deserve to work in a hotel that meets basic cleanliness expectations.

Edited to reflect resolved information..... Check-in and out was fine. Overall, the hotel isn't bad for the price. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. However, they do charge that pesky additional resort fee that had become so popular. The room very much had a mildew smell, but I've found that to sometimes be just a Florida thing.

Room is decent, could really use an update. Couch is color is fading. Wood furniture is dented up with finish coming off, looks second hand. Bed is good and comfy. The room has a strong musty and damp odor. Hallway carpets are stained and dirty as well giving off a musty odor as well. A/C works so no complaints there. Checking in was a breeze and the staff member was very nice. Breakfast was good although they had no fruit only carbs and proteins. Room wise I've stayed in nicer lost cost hotels but this is Orlando so there is a lot vacationers that come here.

My husband and I spent three nights--August 1-3 here. Our room was very clean as were the common areas and the pool. The staff was wonderful--especially Julian who was always helpful with anything we needed. He was very kind and respectful at all times. The short distance from the airport, DisneyWorld and Universal was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Carol

Our stay was great, the customer service could not have been any better. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by Julian, who helped us with check in. We stay a total of 7 days 6 nights and every staff member front end, kitchen, housekeeping we encounter was nothing but pleasantly great. Will definitely recommend BW to friends and family. Thank you all BW Staff for making us feel welcomed.

Google
Positive: Proximity to Disney Parks. Staff was friendly. Negative: A lot. Walls were paper thin. A/C didn’t stay on and you could hear everything the people in the rooms by you were saying and doing. Room was extremely small. Breakfast was just ok. Kids running up and down hallway at 1am.

Yelp
When I walked into the hotel, I could feel the welcoming atmosphere. The staff member was very friendly, and she made check-in a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. We stayed 4 nights, and received daily housekeeping. The room had standard cable tv. One of the highlights of this hotel was the hot breakfast. The spread was delicious and more than enough to start the day right. Scrambled eggs, fresh pancakes made from a machine. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Also, for those who like to stay active, the fitness room is open 24/7. Now, on to the things that weren't quite as perfect. There is a refundable $75 fee, which was not mentioned on the Hotels.com site, and I also had to deal with some extra tax fees that weren't listed upfront. The bathroom door of our room was tricky to lock, and the toilet was a bit on the low side. I had to pull our room door extra hard to get it to lock when leaving. Not a major inconvenience, but worth noting. Additionally, the lamp on the table had a bit of rust on it, which was a little surprising given how otherwise clean and well-kept everything else was. All things considered, these were just minor inconveniences that didn't take away from the overall experience. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent amenities far outweigh these small hiccups. If I ever return to the area, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.

Yelp
Nichole at the front desk when I called was super nice and friendly. Nichole helped my family with a room that would match our needs. We are a Platinum member and very close to Diamond We stay at BWs a lot. We used to stay at Hilton and Hampton Inns. You can't beat some of the Best Western Plus Hotels. We decided to stay an additional night and called it in. Nichole made sure we didn't have to change rooms or check-in the next day. That would have interrupted our day. I highly recommend this hotel and it was the best Best Western we have stayed at and it's very close to the amusement parks Even the stairs to exit are carpeted. Place looks more like a high end Mariott but a much better price. Nicest breakfast morning staff at any hotel stay we have had in a year. Very polite. Fresh and very clean as the staff was present to clean. Two people present as most hotels have one staff member.

Yelp
Many many things need improvement... it's more like a tear down and start from scratch! Room has musty odor, rugs are sticky feeling , furniture chipped and falling apart! Hallways have dips in floors you could trip over. Beds hard and lumpy. Breakfast was not even barely warm, muffins gooey! Chairs at high tables all stained and mismatched.... Best part... Luke warm water in shower at best! I usually stay at Hampton Inns who are excellent, but last minute trip and this was all we could get for a moderate price... I will spend the extra $150 next time, and never at this atrocity.... Oh don't be fooled by pics!

Yelp
Comfortable enough. But I moved to the Marriott World Center for the rest of the week. It was spectacular. But price points may be a bit off. So if you've got a budget, it's fine. Pool was beautiful but there were no lounge chairs. That was disappointing.

Yelp
We stayed at this hotel for 8 night, I had booked 4 nights before we showed up and another four because I am a glutton for punishment and too lazy to move all of our baggage and souvenirs to another hotel. I picked this solely based on the proximity to Disney World and should have looked at the reviews before I did. Like everyone says they will not clean your room (even after rebooking for additional nights) and you have to get toilet paper and towels from the front desk. The bed was not great either but the stiffness went away with a few Tylenol and walking around the parks. I tried the breakfast once and that cured me of they idea 7-9 is ridiculous for a vacation hotel and the food is awful powdered eggs and the saltiest bacon I have ever had. The real problems began the last 4 days (yes I know I was the idiot who rebooked here!). We had two families on either sode of us with kids who screamed and cried u til 2 am and then were up at 6 am to start all over again. On the second day I turned my tv up to maximum volume to drown them out and let them know how thin the walls were,l. Luckily the family on one side with a child who cried like a couple of cats fighting left that day. That evening my wife went to take a shower before going out to dinner and she comes out of the bathroom and says there is no water to the room, not in the toilet, shower, or sink. We go downstairs and Julian says "sorry we are having a problem and had to turn off the water". We received no warning that there was to be no water no call to the room, no email, nothing. We leave for 5 hours for shopping, dinner, and drinks and come back to water in the room just no hot water. This is a hotel with several hundred guests and you don't have hot water? The next morning I take a shower in luke warm water (by the way I was tired if asking for shampoo, soap, and conditioner every day so we went to the store and bought our own) and I called down to the office to ask for a late checkout, i was told I could have noon for free but any later and I would have to pay. I am the Diamond Plus or whatever the top tier at Best Western is. I am a Diamond Elite at IHG and I can stay until 2pm at almost every location for free. At 10:35 am I get a knock on the door from a woman in house keeping asking if I am checking out today and I let her know that I was but not until noon. At 11:42 a man walks into our room unannounced and stands there while my wife is naked next to the bed and says checkout is at 11:00. I tell him to get out and that we have late checkout and he is still standing in our room so I have to move towards him to get him to back out of the room while my wife is hiding herself beside the bed. I immediately call Customer Relations at Best Western to tell them because I am so livid that I would be unable to speak calmly to anyone at this hotel right now. The woman on the phone lets me vent and does her job and says she will report this immediately and call the management of the hotel. I finish packing and my wife throws her clothes on and we get out of the room before the guy comes back. I dropped my wife's pen that I wrote some notes with next to the bed so I moved the mattress to look for it and thats when I discovered the pubes that were 6" from our heads the last 8 nights on the box spring. I felt ill and was happy I didn't have any powdered eggs to throw up. I check out and the lady at the desk asks "how was your stay" and I say "you don't want to know" so tell her that I called customer relations and they are taking care of it and she says "why did you do that? You should have come to me?" And she keeps pressing so I let her have it. She then starts defending the guy who walked into the room unannounced and stared at my naked wife and then he comes over and stands next to me like he was not 15 mins earlier leering at my wife. It took everything I had to remain calm with the two of them and get out of there. I again called customer relations and updated them and the gentleman that I talked to said that the woman at the desk already called in to give her "side". The lesson here is to always check Yelp and any other reviews I can find before booking a hotel and when I find a crappy one don't be lazy and get the heck out before it gets worse. I wish I would have taken more pictures of the peeling paint in the room, the halls, the freezer that didn't freeze, and all the other little things I was letting slide.

Yelp
Meeting a high school friend who I had not seen for 15 yrs. We choose this hotel based on location and cost. We are Best Western rewards members. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was friendly. The pool did have some small leaves floating it, but they were not a problem. Generally I cannot say the hotel was anything special, but it was good place to stay. The price for area was below other similar one.

Yelp
Bare bones Best Western that doesn't seem to try to make guests at home at all. We were staying here for 5 nights so we asked for a "nicer" room. The receptionist said she will check and look at the available rooms and then gave us a room with a pool view. When we got to our room we noticed the window faced a wall with a sliver of the pool showing through a corner!! We were told that there would be no room cleaning all throughout our stay and we need to go to the front desk if we need anything!!!!! I can understand not needing a room cleaned for a day or 2 stay but no cleaning for 5 days??!! WTF??!! When we got to our room we wanted to ask about the laundry location but the phone in the room did not work, so I called from the cell phone and was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. The laundry didn't work from the day we arrived...which was bad as this was the middle of our 15 day road trip and we were planning to launder our clothes here. The breakfast is barebones - definitely worse than the regular Best Western we stayed at in Titusville and THIS is supposed to be a PLUS!! Eggs from powder, sausages and the nastiest potatoes ever (more than 1/2 were uncooked and some seemed to be spoiled!), an auto pancake maker that makes the driest pancakes ever, a yogurt dispensing machine with some toppings, a few of the cheapest cereals and some bread. The coffee carafes were empty more often than not! In addition they removed all breakfast items (even spoons) PROMPTLY at 9 AM! This is supposed to be a family vacation destination....how do you stop serving breakfast at 9 AM??!! The only good thing is the location and the beds being kinda comfy. And the doors close at 11 PM...and you have to force it open...and then be told to force it shut by the "reception" staff. I would NEVER stay here EVER AGAIN!

Yelp
We stayed at this location this past weekend. At the price point I'm aware that I shouldn't be looking for a 5 star scenario, but basic amenities like towels should be met. We checked in at almost 2 am on Friday after the MK after hours event. The front desk person was nice enough and the inside of the lobby was clean. Our room was basic and clean so we had no problem going right to sleep. In the morning I woke to find out breakfast was only from 7-9 which was never shared with us upon check in. We spilled an entire bottle of water on our bed and when I went to call the front desk we found our room phone was missing half the buttons and not usable. So when we were leaving for our day at the park I informed the front desk person and he said he will have new linens dropped off as there is 0 house keeping services at this time. This seems to be the case at most resorts so it was fine. When we returned over 12 hours later our wet sheets and blanket were still in the hallway and nothing was in our room. I went to the front desk where the agent told me they do not provide any services what so ever and that I was given misinformation. The next morning my husband went down to breakfast where it was your less than stellar free breakfast offerings. He also asked for towel where he was given 4 floor mat size towels and said that's all he is authorized to provide . The outside of the hotel was filled with liter and I didn't see anyone keeping up with the grounds at all. Needless to say as a travel agent I would be hard pressed to recommend this hotel to my guests... the staff seem to do the smallest bit of work to skate by!

Yelp
We had a pleasant stay! My mom, daughters and I were at this hotel for a week due to plumbing issues at our home. Our room was lovely. We stayed in the family suite. The king bed was nice and the separate room with two twin beds was perfect for my girls. We definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub there! We also took advantage of their gym while we were there. They had breakfast every morning and the food was good! The breakfast staff was so nice and kept everything stocked. I want to give a 10 star review to the man at the front desk. His name is Julian. He was there every day that we were, all day long. He only was off for a few hours a day and went right back for the next shift. He was SO nice and such a hard worker. He was so helpful and definitely made or stay a pleasant experience. I don't know why this place has awful reviews because we did not experience one bad thing. They have coffee 24/7, they gave us towels and toiletries when needed, the rooms were clean and not smelly. (We also got to see what two different rooms looked like. My sister and her family were visiting us from VA and had to stay in the hotel. Their room was great too!) We had a wonderful visit. It was our second time at this hotel. We loved it each time. I definitely recommend. Thanks again Julian!

Yelp
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. We spent an hour waiting to talk the manager who refused to see us. They over charged us and refused to adjust had to call credit card company to get it fixed

Yelp
Two stars only for the lady at the desk being so nice. 1.) NO towels down by the pool. We had to ask for towels in the lobby while soaking wet 2.) NO towels what so ever in our bathroom (not even a single wash cloth 3.) bathroom door does not lock 4.) AC only goes low 5.) no hot water in hot chocolate machine in lobby 6.) ice machine broken on our floor 7.) leaking toilet in our room These things may sound petty yes, but it was the lack of towels in our room that lead me to make this review. How could they mess that up? Unbelievable Just a poorly ran place. Good thing we are only staying here for one night.

Yelp
Very clean, comfy, nice/helpful team! We spent two nights here while visiting in the Orlando area, not for parks. This was a lovely BW Plus, attractive outside and in. We were checked in by the lovely Miryam who surprised us by upgrading us to a suite because we were Diamond Club members; she was pleasant and efficient. Our room, actually the whole hotel, was very modernistic in decor, and the bathroom was sparkling clean with nice fluffy absorbent towels. I had trouble figuring out the tub's hot water but my husband did it for me. The bed was very comfy, and we had a quiet night's sleep. Appreciated the in-room safe; very few BW's have them. The business center worked great, and Heta at desk pleasantly lent me her stapler, and noted our green initiative so we got 500 pts for declining housekeeping. Did not use the pool or gym. The breakfast was average for a BW, but I appreciate it being complimentary. Also appreciated Shelton at checkout who was pleasant, efficient, and just as welcoming as everyone on the team I met. I look forward to returning here next year! Great job!Show less

Yelp
Overall, my stay was very good, front desk staff (Julian) was friendly, helpful with a few issues and overall cleanliness of the facility. I did have a few issues with my room that I did leave a note for maintenance ....i.e. Broken drawers for placing clothes. Maintenance came in to repair, but as soon as he left, the top drawer broke again figured it was not going to get repaired again. There was a hole or rip in the headboard, the sink in the bathroom needed to be plunged, drained very slowly. There was a constant dripping from the tub faucet that needed to be repaired. The bathroom door stuck open was scraping the tile floor, and when you go to partially close it, it would open wide and get stuck in the open position. The light to the right of bed as you are looking at it, would turn on and off by itself. It would take about 2 min and about every 30 seconds, it would go out, then turn itself back on, over and over, was not able to use that light. I would return, but I would check other hotels around the area as I would do my due diligence for the best price and reviews.

Yelp
Do not stay at this hotel! I will never stay at a Best Western again. I pre-paid for one night through AAA. I drove three hours to see friends of 56 years that were there from upstate New York. I arrived at noon. I asked if my room was ready and they said yes however it would be an extra $50 to use it before 3 PM. This is ridiculous. The room is ready and empty. So in front of Julian at the front desk, my friends asked me to come up to their room until I could check in. Julian said no! No guests are allowed in any rooms. When I questioned this, he told me to call corporate, which I stepped outside and called. Corporate put me on hold and said that they called the hotel. She said that they are unable to make an exception, this is absolutely absurd! Do they think the three of us and our mid to late 60s are going to throw a party at noon? Upon check out I was charge an extra $4.98 for booking through a third-party. At least a $50 pending charge that they made me do for security deposit dropped from my charge account. The bed was hard as a rock! And just to let you know that if you want your room cleaned, you need to put this blue card on your outside door knob. If you don't do this, you don't get any fresh towels unless you go to the front desk. My room didn't have a blue card, luckily, I was only staying one night.

Collette B.

Yelp
This hotel was not clean. There was no buffet breakfast. Just a person who brought you a plate of cold potatoes and sausage out with an attitude! Signs posted to wear mask but the staff was not even wearing mask. The towels were dirty, the AC didn't work well and the water backed up in the tub when taking a shower. Just a very bad experience!

Yelp
I booked this hotel for a trip to the parks to celebrate my birthday. At first I was a bit nervous about staying in this hotel since I hadn't stayed at a Best Western before. The reviews were positive, but I was still a bit anxious, because on previous Orlando trips I've visited hotels with positive reviews that were actually lacking in a lot of areas. Thankfully, this was not the case with this property. I believe this is a newer hotel and it definitely shows. The hotel is modern and the lobby is stylish and clean. They placed us in a room near the elevators, which made me nervous at first, but thankfully, there wasn't a lot of hallway noise during our stay and I don't recall hearing the elevators either. This could have been because of the time of year so it may be a different story during the summer. The hotel is also located close to a lot of fast food restaurants as well as a Publix and a Walmart. Our drive to Disney was usually about 11-15 minutes depending on the traffic. There was some construction going on around the hotel, but I didn't hear it. The room was comfortable and had the features I enjoy at a hotel (mini-fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, and a coffee maker). The breakfast was also pretty good, but I was disappointed that they had a pancake maker instead of waffles. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd probably stay here again for the right price.

Yelp
The hotel was adequate for a hotel we had to stay in for one night since our flight was rescheduled. The hallways were disgusting and had stains all over them. The vending machines didn't even have cold drinks. The room was okay not a lot of walking space. Breakfast was good in the morning and made up for the lack of everything else wrong.

Yelp
This place is honestly the worst. I am never staying here again. The first night, our AC broke and poured water all over our stuff and all over the floor. We went down to the desk and the guy working goes "well did you want to switch rooms? I don't know what to tell you". We had to switch rooms at 2 in the morning. Then the hot water broke. When we told them about it, they were rude again! The lady literally said "the maintenance man is off the clock, I don't know what you want me to do about it. We can switch you rooms". What is switching rooms going to do about hot water? They could've informed us the day it broke so we could've went somewhere else that had a hot shower. Especially being in the parks all day. Also, all of our towels had someone else's hair on them and have black smudges on them. I have tried to contact the manager multiple times during our stay and it was a different excuse Every-time. Then at check out, we wanted to talk face to face to the manager and we got told that the manager is to busy to talk. We will not be back here.

Yelp
Stayed here for a night when my girlfriend and I headed down to Orlando to go to Medieval Times. Perfect hotel in terms of price, proximity to Medieval Times (only about a ten minute drive) and overall experience. Except for one thing; the shower didn't work in my room, so that was kind of lame. Otherwise, it was alright.

Skyler S.

Yelp
If I could put a zero I would. The room smelled like mold/mildew and only got worse when you turned the air conditioner on. It was making everyone in the room sick. I called the front desk to switch rooms and she said they didn't have anything else available. So we packed our things and went to check out. Magically they had a room available because they didn't want us to leave. The next room they put us in still had a mild mold smell but not as bad as the other room. Come to find out they charged me for the extra room which I will be getting refunded for. The rooms were mediocre clean. They also had extremely expired snacks for sale by the front desk.

Yelp
My family (wife, myself, and two children, 16 and 10) stayed for 4 nights. I am a Diamond Executive member and stayed at BW I think 250 days last year alone. When we checked in we were immediately told they would not clean our room, but if we required it, they would do it only once during the visit if we asked prior to 11am. They said if we need anything we have to get it ourselves at the front desk. They would not bring anything to the room. They supplied 2 thin cheap towels for the room. No hand towels, nothing for the floor. They had one small bottle of shampoo and one conditioner. We called and asked for more towels, pillows, and a blanket for one of the kids. They told us we need to come get them. We went to the desk and there was nothing there for us. They went and got us one pillow, 10 cases for the one pillow, and a fitted sheet that we were supposed to use as a blanket. I went to the desk in the morning and asked for the manager. There was no one to speak with. The person asked what the issues were. I told her the room was tiny, I told them COVID was not a pandemic anymore and the rooms are serviced at all the other BWs I stay in. I told her the coffee machine didn't work and I asked for a replacement the night before and was told there was nothing they could do. I shouldn't have to get my own towels. I advised her the towels for the pool were small thin hand towels. They were useless in drying yourself off. She said she would take care of everything. We got back that evening and nothing was done. The breakfast was the cheapest items you can imagine. The eggs were powdered mix. They told us we could only make one pancake (it was 6") and then had to go to the back of the line and wait again. Breakfast was only 2 hours. Its 3 hours in every hotel I have stayed in. This was basically the cheapest run hotel I have ever stayed in and I basically have lived in BW hotels for years. Please read the reviews for this place. It is a pathetically run business that believes you run it as cheap as you can and you make money. My family had a terrible time and we stay at a lot of hotels on vacations. They were so disappointed and couldn't believe how this place could be run this bad. One last item, while at the desk a gentleman came up and said he forgot his toothpaste, did they have any. There is a sign in the room advising if you forgot anything please ask at the desk. He was told no. Need I say more?

Yelp
The Best Western Plus Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South Inn & Suites (3484 Polynesian Isles Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL 34746) is the WORST HOTEL I've ever stayed at my whole entire life! It's godly terrible enough for me to have to me to give it 1 star to be able to write this review! For starters, the hotel room is dirty, the wifi doesn't work, the water knob for bathtub doesn't work well, there are NO cold water from the sink - to which are things I understand I can't control. But, the air conditioning generator (and people in next rooms) are super loud that you can't sleep. What did it for us is their walls are super thin, so you can vividly hear people in the next room. We were sandwiched in between two rooms who were making loud noises as late as 11pm into the night. This along with their generator, we could NOT get a ounce of sleep! So, the next morning I called the front desk and speak with JULIEN who said he'll see what can be done and will call back in 30 minutes. Never Happened! So, I directly went down to the front desk 1 hour later and met him. He lied and said the rooms are all sold out but wouldn't give us a credit back for our last night, so we can go somewhere else? 10 minutes later and after speaking Spanish to someone on his cell phone (the staff are rude like that and unprofessionally speaks Spanish in front of you like you're not there) Then, he said they magically have a room available for us to move to the third floor. Little did we know that spending our last night in this new room was worst than hell compare to the last room. He put us next to a group of LOUD Party animals who was essentially screaming through our walls all night into the next morning until we checked out! Throughout this night, I've made 3 complaint calls to the front desk but they didn't do enough as you can see! I don't know if Julien did this on purpose to take revenge on me being fussy about his rooms, but we essentially could NOT get an ounce of sleep during the 3 nights we stayed here!! Like everyone else, we come here to relax and exhausted ourselves all day at Universal Studio Parks that a night's rest is essential for us. Is that so much to ask? That's not all folks! Before we checked out, Julien charged us $14.94 for some safe deposit box fees that we DON'T even use in the room , when I explicitly, conveniently heard him waive this fee for the gentlemen in front of me ( whose apparently is happier with Julien and must had a few great, restful nights of sleep!) Mind you, I paid 127.92/night (including all taxes and fees) to stay here. So, we more than deserve our restful nights of sleep! So it's not the monetary aspect of this fee, but the principle of it! I can't believe he actually has a nerve to ask me to write a nice review for his hotel before I heatedly left the hotel?! Well Julien, here is your REVIEW!! I hope you and your hotel thoroughly read it and try harder.

Yelp
15 +minute line to check in. With nary a hello, my cards were grabbed. No offer of hey is there anything we can you for you? Any special request? Got to room and it smelled odd, almost moldy? Found pubic hairs in the bathroom. Gross. There were also stains in the hallways. World smallest offering of shampoo and conditioner of one item of each. Every sound is heard in the hotel. Walking across the floor above is very loud. Went to be bed only to be woken but people coming in and out next door Very loud. Then repeatedly trying to get in our room through the suite door. Kept awake all night by their voices and could even hear them sneeze . Paper thin walls. I had asked for a noise machine and were offer an ice maker? Wth What there was of breakfast was lukewarm and gross. Best of all**small electronic was left behind when we checked our that remains on unless I shut it off. It was fully charged so I know it wouldn't be off. I contacted the hotel shortly after we left and they CLAIM they don't have it. Look online to track it myself and it's powered off. I know they STOLE it. LIARS with terrible customer service.

Yelp
Just read the other reviews. My experience mirrored those. Dirty, no staff, rude front desk agents, at least the male ones. The ladies were very nice. My tub did not work correctly so they switched me out of another room. My blow dryer didn't even work. I was bullied out of a fee to have an envelope delivered to the hotel, which I was never told about and I even told the front desk gentleman that I was expecting an envelope from Amazon that next day. He said okay. Never said a word about a $5 charge to get the envelope from him. I hope this $5 was worth the reviews I'm leaving in numerous places. This appearance of this property is simply lipstick on a pig. If your rate for this place, seems a little too low, remember you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a guest friendly, details tended to option, this is not your place. If you don't care where you stay and you don't care about your room being dirty, then this is the place for you. I wouldn't have my worst enemy stay here.

Yelp
The hotel is very clean & well maintained. Friendly staff & very well stocked & impressive breakfast spread. A 20 min drive to Magic Kingdom Park. Has a lot of food options close by. Definitely a thumbs up for the price & in the midst of the crappy hotels we are finding in the mid range.

Yelp
Experience at Best Western Plus Kissimmee was awful. We arrived at 11 pm after a 4 hours drive from Miami, upon arrival the lady at the front desk was giving us a hard time, she was trying to push a rate for PPP in our already paid and fix rate so the system was not letting her. She trying a couple of times, then she called her manager which told her to leave it like that and just charge us the inconvenience fee. At the front desk there is a sign that said that fee will be of 10-15 % of the dollar amount pod for my stay. I had paid $73.13 with taxes and she was going to charge $50.00. I understand it is a refundable fee but what she was charging did not matched what was written on the sign so I asked her why we were going to be charged more. She was not able to give an answer neither the manager was. All this happened while we were talking to someone form the Concierge T-mobile Team. While I was talking to the representative from T-mobile, the lady at the front desk randomly told me that she had cancelled our reservation and we can no longer stay there. Basically she left us with nowhere to stay after a 4 hours drive and almost midnight. This is UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. We were not even notified they were going to cancel it, they just did it. This have been the most inhuman and despicable treatment me and my family received at a hotel. Never ever in my life I will put a feet inside a Best Western Hotel.

Yelp
Moved to this hotel after staying one night at a dirty and disgusting hotel at International Drive. The property and building itself was well lighted and impressive from the outside. Check in was quick and the front desk agent was very good and helpful. Hotel lobby was impressive, room was very clean, carpet new and bathroom really clean. I recommend this hotel and visiting the Disney area. 5 stars to this hotel!!!

Yelp
There was something disgusting stuck on the inside of the toilet. I went down to the front desk, and spoke with someone that said his name was Lucas. He told me the price I paid for the room did not include housekeeping. They don't clean rooms when people are staying in them. I told him I didn't want the room cleaned, just the toilet. The toilet should have been cleaned before i was given the room. They refused to clean it. I called the corporate office and reported them. I will continue to pursue this as it's unacceptable behavior! This place has severe sanitary issues, and poor customer service. Absolutely disgusting!

Yelp
Do not stay here. Tiny dark rooms. Breakfast bar in microwaved bacon and pancakes everyday. Stayed here for 28 days and room wouldn't be serviced for 48 hrs (no do not disturb on the door) and I call the front desk for towels and the mini shampoo/conditioner. She gives me 2 towels and 2 shampoo conditioner after complaining about how my husband and I need each 1 per shower bc so tiny come on we are there a flipping month! And furthermore makes u go walk to the front to get it yourself! The manager didn't do anything! Just excuses. And finally gets serviced @5pm after 2days. What a joke! Oh and guess what 2 days before we are to check out I come back to the room and the lamp is hanging over the side of the desk, on but broken. Clearly the cleaning staff knocked it over and they had the guts to bill us 2weeks later an extra $300 for a broken lamp which we didn't have even do. Please pay more and stay at a Hilton or gosh downgrade to a motel and you'd prob be more satisfied!

Yelp
This hotel was clean and was surprised how close it was to restaurants, Walmart and publix. It is about 15 minutes to Disney. They do have shuttles that take you to the park so you don't have to pay for parking at the theme parks. Our room was clean and included extra pillows which I loved. The breakfast was ok....I did like the self serve pancakes...but not so much the sausage gravy. All in all, I would most likely return when I go back

Yelp
Stayed here 12/31/21-1/2/22 Front desk is friendly and helpful but when checking in they gave us our key card and told us the room number and what time breakfast was but did not say where our room was located, we had to ask. No other information was provided. Usually when you check in at a hotel they give you more of a rundown. There was no wait and it was not busy in the lobby. The hallways do have stains as you have to put your trash outside your door because housekeeping only cleans once you check out of your room due to covid. The ice machine on our floor (level 4) did not work. The microwave made a loud rattling noise when in use, it worked but not as well as it should I think it needs to be repaired. No TV guide so you have to flip through every channel. Paper thin walls, we could hear our neighbors on our left talking and the neighbors on our right coughing & sneezing you can hear both neighbors doors closing: bathroom & front door. We had a view of the pool and could also hear people down at the pool. Breakfast was ok, can't complain, it was free.

Yelp
STAY FAR AWAY!!! My husband and I were recently there about a month ago. We checked in on September 15th. the night we checked in we were told they have no hot water, to bare with them they are getting it resolved. We decided to "bare" with them, unfortunately. The 3 days we did stay there, we had no hot or even Luke warm water, we got woken up nightly (to the point of pounding on walls) because of how thin it was we heard other couples throughout the hotel! on top of that, everywhere besides the lobby looked disgusting and smelled and was so outdated. They also say they are affiliated with Disney, which they are not! After 3 days of no hot water or again even luke warm water, we decided to check out and find another hotel to finally enjoy our honeymoon. We didn't even leave out of the parking lot and I was already on the phone with Expedia starting our ticket for a refund. I called the hotel which seemed like daily to talk to the manager, Heta. Well needless to say, everytime I called, Heta, had a family emergency. She denied my refund and her excuse was that we lied! they had warm water. This went on for a month. During this month of trying to get ahold of her, the front desk could never give me an email or send me to her voicemail so she could call me back. Until just the other day! After I finally lost my cool, I was given an email address. I was again told to call back the next day, that she would be in from 10am to 2pm. I called at 10:15am and she wasn't in yet. I called back around 2:30pm and was told she's there and they sent me to a voicemail that was full! I had to call back 5 times to which they are screening my number because they didnt answer until the 6th time to which I was put on hold for ten minutes for her to answer and instantly hang up. I then called back once again to be sent to a non-full voicemail! I still have yet to hear back! Horrible service, horrible management, and horrible establishment.

Yelp
This was a great stay!! My wife and I had a fabulous time they went ahead and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom with early check in and late check out, they also gave us all COVID-19 rundown. We got free WiFi and free garage parking. The hotel employees were very nice and courteous to us especially Logan the pool attendant he gave us many great ideas for restaurants and fun things to do around orlando. The pirate ship and the pool was a great time. The food and drinks at the bar were also fabulous I really suggest the Fully Loaded nachos at the bar. This was an amazing and fabulous time and I we will be coming back to this resort soon. 5/5 stars thank you so much lake Buena vista staff and family!

Yelp
Would be a zero star if an option. Per covid this room would have been considered dirty. Upon arrival into room, found fries on floor, hair and pee stains around toliet and bugs in bathroom. Night clerk didn't offer to exchange rooms, so ended up wiping everything down myself. Management didn't care only offered to send housekeeping back into room, which didn't help considering I already cleaned everything and with covid why would I want extra people in my room that obviously didn't care enough about their guest to clean the room correctly the first time. Worst experience in all my years. I am amazed on reviews that claim hotel clean but it is just the opposite.

Yelp
Screw this place. 3 times (after working overnight) I have attempted to get some mfn food. Besides the too many people the trays have been empty each time i have gone, get back in my truck and go out for food! I have traveled and stayed sll over the country and have never seen this If you run out of food every ten effing minutes get bigger effing pans!!! Its simple math. Along with the food being gone I have noticed while watching the people trying to get coffee and all 3 regular coffees blowing coffee farts while 3 ( least used im sure) decaf in the back row! Make 1 decaf and 5 reg. Wtf. Its not rocket science. Smfh. Place blows

Yelp
This hotel seemed to look okay on the outside, appearance wise, but it was so dirty my child and I literally got sick. As soon as we arrived we both began sneezing, but chalked it up to regular allergies. The air filter must've been severely filthy because we both have dust allergies that are very mild so to have a reaction means the place was severely filthy. As the night when on my child and I sneezed incessantly and by morning by daughter was on the verge of an asthma attack. We had to check out at 7am and head straight to urgent care. I have never had something like this occur before and would seriously encourage any potentials patrons to book another hotel. There are so many in the area - don't bother wasting your money.

Yelp
At this point, I would give it zero stars! I was in my room for no more than an hour and saw 3 huge cockroaches. I went to contact the front desk via the phone in my room. Well, that didn't work because there is no cord on the phone. So, I looked up the number and spoke with the front desk. I was told that I needed to take photos of the roaches for them to do anything. We tried to get photos but the darn things are too fast and obviously aren't feeling very photogenic. Yes, I am being funny because that is the only way to handle the situation at this point. It is now almost midnight and I can't find another hotel at this hour. So, I am forced to stay in this roach motel. I am SO not happy. I have been told by hotels.com, where I booked through, that the hotel is sold out and that is part of the reason why we can't be moved. I am seriously disappointed!!!! To top it all off, my son has autism and is terrified of bugs of any kind. So, I am sure we won't be sleeping tonight....

Yelp
In one of my recent trip to Walt DisneyWorld I stayed in this hotel with my family. We didn't have good experience during our stay in that hotel . Starting from the moment we checked in till we checked out we faced one issue or the other and the hotel staff were very rude and not particularly helpful. Though our request for an early check-in was refused, the room wasn't even ready half hour past the usual check in time. Our room wasn't cleaned properly; there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom; bathroom faucets were leaking constantly; TV remote in one of the rooms were not functioning and on top of these issues the room phone wasn't even working. The staff were least worried about it. The morning breakfast was a joke. There was a queue for every item in the buffet and the staff wasn't even refilling the items on a timely manner. All the hot items were either cold or like warm. We had a horrible experience at this place and will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Yelp
I've stayed here twice already and it's an amazing hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless and surprisingly very clean. I expected this to be a whatever hotel however it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Just had the absolute worst customer experience in my life at this hotel. After a 9+ hour drive, with two sleeping kids in the car at 1am, I went in to check in while my husband waited in the car with the kids. Catalina wouldn't even look up from her computer at me as I attempted to check in. She rudely told me she needed my husband to physically come in with his ID. Didn't even ask or care that I had his ID, our credit card and our confirmation number. When he went in to discuss with her, she was even worse, and cancelled our reservation. So we had nowhere to go at 1am. I couldn't be more disgusted and will never stay at a Best Western again.

Yelp
Our family had a horrific experience at this hotel. We arrived later at night after traveling all day. When we walked into the room is smelled moldy/musty. The air conditioning was not working appropriately. There was water damage by the shower that had just been painted over instead of repaired. The walls are paper thin. We heard crying from next door, stomping for hours above us, and light coming in from hallway through the door. We were going to be going to the parks so we knew that we were not going to be in the room often so we decided we would suck it up and deal with it. After being in the room though for a couple of hours we all started to feel ill. Our daughter woke up the next morning with fever and body aches. (She was completely fine the day before.) We called Expedia and told them that we would need to cancel the next two nights as we had to get medical attention for our child and needed to get home. Expedia called the front desk and was initially hung up on. They called back and were told that they needed to speak to a manager. The front desk person put down the phone and then picked it back up and said that she was the manager. She denied any cancellation of the reservation. It just continued to get worse after that. We were told that there was not a manager there at all. Then was told she was out of the country for another few days. Then was told she was just off on Saturdays. The front desk could not get her story straight. Our daughter did go to urgent care and was diagnosed with the flu. They have refused to refund the money for the two nights that we did not stay there. The pictures on the website are Not accurate. Another guest reported that their air conditioning was not working while we were at the front desk as well.
