Nice service. Checkin and out was smooth. Inroom service was decent. Bonus points for breakfast and the service during the breakfast. Note : Pancake they serve is kind of dosa in India, so never miss it. If you would like to have Indian omelette, they will try best to satisfy you.

Delicious Dining, Clean and Convenient I recently stayed at Best western and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The culinary offerings were exceptional. Every meal was a delightful surprise, with flavors that were both familiar and innovative. The breakfast buffet, while lacking a bit of variety, still provided ample options to start the day off right. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. Everything was in order, and the bed was comfortable. The proximity to the hotel's amenities and attractions was a major plus. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a hotel with excellent food and comfortable accommodations.

So we were just passing by and we had a cat with us, they offered us a pet friendly room. From the very start to end it was just so lovely to stay here. Our cat was super happy too. Hes very emotional yet he was so quiet. slept and ate some fresh chicken we brought and stored in the fridge. Perfect road trip hotel and the breakfast was just perfect.

I always enjoy Best Western Hotel chains. Better than others that my colleagues use. This was surprisingly great. Rooms, service, and everything. What was more great was the number of play tables like billiards and Foosball. I have never seen anything like this before. It also has probably the best lobby of any hotels I stayed it. The only downside is that the hotel is on the edge of the city with no shops nearby. So on Sunday when their restaurant is closed, you have to order food from outside.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had a pleasant experience. It is conveniently located near my office but is approximately 3 km from the city center.Stores are available within 1-1.5 kms.

Despite the hotel’s central location, the available parking options were neither mentioned on the website nor communicated during the booking process.||Upon arrival, I faced significant challenges finding a place to park. The situation was exacerbated by the hotel’s staff, who were fully aware of the parking issues but chose to ignore them instead of providing assistance or guidance. This disregard for guest convenience is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s customer service standards.||I strongly urge future guests to reconsider their stay at Best Western Plus Park City Lund unless the hotel takes immediate action to improve transparency and communication about parking facilities. This aspect of my stay caused unnecessary stress and frustration, overshadowing what could have been an enjoyable visit.

The good: -friendly check in -able to exchange rooms for better beds -teapot and tea cups in room. -front desk was able to provide us with extra toothbrushes. Thanks! The not-so-good: -at Sunday breakfast they ran out of COFFEE! How is that possible in a large hotel? Many upset customers in the restaurant. This brought down our impression of the hotel measurably -hotel is located outside of town, only served by Uber or taxi.

Nice rooms with all the necessarities. Gym and sauna could be better, otherwise nice place to stay.
