This hotel was perfect for a Disney trip. Even though it was an older property, it was actively being renovated while we were there. The rooms were spotless and every single member of the team was amazing. From the valet, to the cleaner, to the front desk staff, everyone was giving Disney Magic like they themselves worked for the resort. I have never ever had as good of service as I did at this hotel. Plus it's a 2 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot which takes you directly to the park. They even do security in the parking lot so once you're on the bus, you are good to go.

I visit Disneyland regularly. I stay here every time. The hotel is within walking distance of a free shuttle to Disneyland. (You go through the security lines before getting on the bus and it’s always shorter than at the park.) The staff is friendly and always remembers me. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I love the breakfast, especially the bacon! I would recommend this place to anyone. In my experience, management has been very responsive to any issue I have had. The office staff has gone out of their way to help me with reservations (and anything on the website I don’t understand). In addition, during my last stay, I brought my grandson for his birthday. I mentioned this to the office staff when I made the reservation. When we arrived (and it was several months later), they not only remembered that it was his birthday, but had decorated the room with a banner and even had a gift for him. You can’t buy this kind of caring.

If you're looking for a less expensive, family friendly option near Disneyland, this is the one! We walked to Disney in about 15 minutes (walked with teenage kids, though...little feet would take a little longer). Our room was very nice - clean, comfortable, and updated. A lovely outdoor pool and hot tub to relax in. The best part was the breakfast! So much variety, and the staff taking care of the guests there were exemplary! Continually making sure everything was filled and asking guests if they needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel! They are in the midst of renovating all of the rooms and the check-in area. Would love to go back and see it when they are done! It's obvious they care about their business and the customers they serve.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. Even though the property is older, they were actively doing construction to update it. The rooms were spotless. It was a super close walk to the Toy Story Parking Lot for Disney and every single member of the team was amazing. From the valet, to the cleaner, to the front desk staff, everyone was giving Disney Magic like they themselves worked for the resort. I have never ever had as good of service as I did at this hotel.

We're staying here right now and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels near Disneyland. The staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms are huge and spotless, giving us plenty of space to relax after a long day at the parks. We also love the convenience of the cart rentals, which makes getting around so much easier. One of our favorite perks is the free hot breakfast, which has a fantastic selection to get us energized for the day. They even have a cool cappuccino machine in the lobby—a definite bonus! Plus, the snack machines are a lifesaver for late-night cravings. When we're not at the parks, we've been enjoying the pool and hot tub, which are the perfect way to unwind. We'll definitely be staying here again!

We had a double room and the set up was perfect for our family of 7. Especially the two bathrooms. (They are updating the rooms). The service at breakfast was the best we have ever experienced. The variety of food choices were great for everyone. Best hotel scrambled eggs. Yolanda and Sergio were the BEST helpers. They checked in our us, cleared tables as we walked in, and always made sure everything was stocked. We will consider coming back to this hotel just for them. If the mile walk to Disneyland is too far, the Toy Story parking lot is right next door. You can walk in and take the bus for free. Plus, the security check line is faster and you can avoid it at the entrance to Disney.

Yolanda is amazing! She made our mornings perfect during breakfast, she helped out with our little ones by talking with them and they adored her. I love the hotel room. Three rooms aren’t huge but they’re not tiny either. We stayed in the kids suite which has bunk beds and a sofa bed. My kids love the bunk bed options. The water pressure and the temperature of the shower was amazing. The only downside I had was the shampoo and conditioner provided. Many hotels have a large dispenser attached to the shower wall. This hotel has tiny bottles that was not enough for one person. Luckily our housekeeping provided us with extras once they saw the kids (employees here are amazing). This isn’t something to deter me from staying here again, it’s just something that I wanted to bring up.

Google
Great family hotel. Close to the Toy Story parking lot to get on the bus to Disney. Solid breakfast in the mornings, with different selections based on the day of the week (Sergio and Yolanda were both very helpful and went out of the way for us at breakfast to make our day great). Front desk was a breeze and always helpful with any questions we had. Check in and check out was a breeze. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Love that the family rooms with bunk beds had 2 bathrooms. We were a large group with 15 that managed 2 family rooms over 3 nights and it worked out perfectly. Highly recommended. The rooms are a bit outdated, but very worth the price, reliability and location.

Yelp
Date of visit: August 15-17, 2025 Selections: Standard Room - 2 Queen Beds - Non Smoking - Refrigerator - Microwave Experience: My husband booked a two night stay through Expedia like the night before the weekend of the Southern California Renewal Communities (SCRC) that we were serving at. This just so happens to be the weekend of the Pokemon World Championship. They were going through some remodeling, so the temporary lobby/check-in area was right across the driveway of the original location. They also had some of their parking lot blocked off due to construction as well. The staff member who assisted us for check-in was nice and informed us we could get complimentary coffee and I believe there was hot chocolate and tea options as well as fruit. I ended up signing up for their rewards and we were sent on our way with our two hotel keys, directions to get to our hotel room, and instructions about parking and something about being reimbursed after our stay....I honestly zoned out a bit when he gave us that info lolz They did have access to an elevator we could use since we were in the second floor that was across the way from the stairs we used closest to our room and diagonal from our stairs was where the complimentary breakfast would be. The stairs we used also was by some vending machines. I thought the room was a good size for the both of us where we used one bed to chill on and the other to sleep in. Air conditioning was definitely helpful in making it a comfortable stay for us and the fridge was convenient for all the drinks we brought. The bed was comfy and there was as room to spread out my toiletries and pajamas on the sink counter. I liked how close it was walking distance wise to the Convention Center and the complimentary breakfast was helpful to give us a boost for the day and the options to grab some snacks to go to hold us over. The worker maintaining the breakfast area was really nice to us and they made sure to restock on that bacon they were serving up on our last morning there. Overall, excited to come back again to see what has changed and to try out their pool next time.

Yelp
We stayed here during our Disney trip with our 3-year-old, and it was such a great choice. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to and from the park every day, and when we were too tired, there was also a free shuttle available. We had pizza delivered to the hotel with no issues, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Oh and free breakfast daily! At the time, I was six months pregnant and in desperate need of comfort and lots of pillows, and I have to say these were the most comfortable hotel beds I've had in years. Highly recommend for families visiting Disney

Yelp
Delayed review. My family and I stayed here for the first time back in March on our most recent Disneyland trip. We have typically stayed at a Best Western closer to the parks but decided to try here, use the shuttles, and save a bit of money. Totally worth it. As a family that travels to Disney at least once per year, this was absolutely worth the walk and shuttle ride to save the money we did. I will say that our kids are a bit older now and our stroller doesn't carry as much so it is much easier to fold up and carry on the bus. While our kids were younger, the closer Best Western made a lot more sense for us, but now I think we will keep with the money saving option and stretch our dollar a little further on our Disney trips. I'm also a big fan of the included breakfast at the Best Westerns. The employees, Sergio and Yolanda, made breakfast extra nice by keeping everything well stocked and being super helpful for all of us. The rooms were clean and the employees in the office were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Yelp
If you're visiting Disneyland or attending an event at the convention center, this Best Western is in a prime location, within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, and more. Our room was comfortable and reasonably quiet despite the busy area, and the bathroom area was sparkling-clean and had great share space, with a long lighted mirror and large vanity. The staff is polite and helpful throughout, with the front desk, the dining area, and housekeeping attendants all offering friendly, reliable service. The hotel itself is convenient in many ways as well, with ample in/out parking, elevators, and easy access to the main road. Great value!

Yelp
Awesome stay Melissa was so helpful and very professional. Thank you for making us feel at home. Always on the road and details make a difference Location is great and lots to do everyday Been coming to NAMM for 24. Years and thus far best experience

Yelp
Clean, convenient, affordable. The only thing is the breakfast room is under construction, so not a spot to eat but the pool, but I'm sure when it's finished it will look nice. Close to Disneyland to walk to the Toy Story Parking lot, which will drop you to the park as well. Thanks for the easy stay!

Yelp
The three stars are mainly for the staff and how kind and welcoming they were to us when we arrived. LOCATION: We were here for a disneyland trip. It was affordable through our USAA bank for the 2 room- 4 bed room. Truly, it is not far from the toy story lot. From exiting the building to the street, it's about a 2-3 minute walk and it was not bad either. There is a lot of food in the area at a driveable distance too (we went to red robin about ~1-2 miles away for dinner). There's a Target and many many other stores around the hotel. So if you want to save gas and not drive around a lot, this hotel is a great location. We barely drove once we arrived at the hotel and stayed on our feet since Disneyland was our main attraction anyway. We also paid for parking for our van here too (about 19 bucks a day) which I was ehh about, but it was safe the way this place is structured. BREAKFAST: We loved the breakfast. For a family of 7, we ended up going to the breakfast every morning which was always hot, always delicious, and enough to get us through lunch time once we got to Disneyland. They had a lot of different options each day and the area was very clean. The staff was very nice and incredible. The different options for every type of picky person were there; from oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, bacon/sausage, home made waffles, fruit choices, and different drinks. This came with our room reservation and this was helpful in saving money and going to Disneyland. It opened promptly at 0630 every day and even when we were running a little later, staff ensured there was food hot and ready and refilled every time for the morning rush. ROOM: Now, this is where I saved the worst for last. I was not impressed with the room. We booked the two room 4 bed hotel. It was very small for the 6-7 of us (one was a 2 year old who slept with us). We had 1 preteen, 1 teen, and 2 9 year old boys and the quarters were very small for us. We didn't have a lot of space to put our bags once the sofa sleeper was out. The comforters were very thin and for November, it was cold. The thermostat in our room kept autoresetting to a colder temp that we set up, too. I was surprised they didn't have the thick comforters that I have experienced at each BW I have been to. The restroom was small as well and for a bunch of us, waiting each to take a turn was a bit frustrating. We were on the second floor and I could feel the floor in our room was super uneven. We felt holes in the floor when we walked and it was definately uncomfortable. We also squished a cockroach the first day coming into the room by our bed (thank goodness it was only one). I think they are going through renovations but I definately would not stay here due to the size of the rooms, the comforters, and the floors being uneven. For a BW, I was surprised with the quality of the rooms. Overall, if you want a quick, cheap, easy place to go to , this is it. But if you have a large family, either book 2 rooms next to each other or more. If you are budget friendly like us, the price of 2 rooms just wasn't a option for us as we wanted to spend that extra money in Disneyland.

Yelp
The front desk staff were helpful and kind. There was a nice coffee machine in the check-in area that made multiple types of coffee drinks & hot coacoa and all the ones we tried were very good. There was also fruit and disney information. The free breakfast area had a good variety of food options. (pictures attached) and the eating area was a good size with a cute outside eating area just out the door. The was also ice machines and vending machines by the elevators. The room was small for being a family suite. The same one in Aneheim was much bigger, cleaner and upgraded. We liked having 2 bathrooms, 2 showers & 2 toilets. However the first 2 beds were located right when you open the front door so there was no real living room space just straight beds. The other room has bunks beds and a pull out couch bed with a ver thin mattress. There was a lot of construction going. The floors outside the rooms were all being pulled up and there was a lot of debris everywhere and some screws on the floors/stairs. In the elevator by our room there was a loose door against the wall that was wiggling and not secured (picture attached). The location was about a mile away from disney and took my family about 20 minutes to walk (we had little kids and a grandma with us). The walk was nice and there was a couple cute street vendors along the way.

Yelp
Booked a room here for 2 nights for visiting Disneyland with my wife. This was one of the lowest priced hotels available AND it included free daily breakfast. On the first day after we landed, it was around 8am and we went straight to the hotel to check in. As expected, it was too early for checking in, but the front desk was able to hold our bags for us while we went to Disney California Adventure Park for the day. When we came back around 11pm, we checked in seamlessly and got our bags back. Our room actually got upgraded from a regular room with 2 queen beds to a suite room with 2 queens and a sofa. This is because our original room is on the side of the hotel that has construction going on where they are replacing the walkway. The room's floor doesn't feel very clean at all and needs replacing. But I can't complain that much since this is one of the most affordable places to stay at. Just need to bring some room slippers next time. On the second day, we woke up bright and early, this time to go to Disneyland Park. We were able to eat the free hotel breakfast at 7am and then take a less than 20 minute walk to Disneyland by foot. No need to call an Uber. Another method that we learned about is that we can walk to the nearby Toy Story parking lot, go through the security there, and ride the free shuttle which will take us straight to the Disneyland gates. We wouldn't have to go through security again since we had already been checked before boarding the shuttle. Overall, this hotel is a good place to spend the night when visiting Disneyland on a budget. The free breakfast means you don't need to spend money on food at the park until lunch & dinner. And the location is close enough where you can walk and ride the free shuttle.

Yelp
Moderate priced hotel near Disneyland and an easy walk to the convention center. Stayed here for three nights and had a peaceful stay. Staff was super helpful and sweet. I'd definitely stay here again. Advice- stay on the third floor. It's quite and you wont be woken up by the excited- pitter-patter of excited- kids going to Disneyland, haha. Either that or try bringing earplugs. Pretty decent breakfast was a plus. Twenty dollars a day to park there, however, compared to parking at Disneyland or the convention center, it was a fair cost.

Janna P.

Yelp
Beware! Came for Disney and left with 9 bug bites all on the side I sleep on. My poor son even has a few welts on him. We aren't from town and stayed here PRIOR to Disney. On the drive there I noticed I was itching my left arm/back but didn't think much as I thought I might've done a poor job putting on lotion. I get back home today to see how much the sucker got me! All I'm saying is check before you trust laying your head somewhere. I wish I did...

Yelp
Disneyland with the family over the weekend and we stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites. The reason why I choose this spot over others that are more closer to Disneyland and nicer (not as old) is because they are one of the few that are decently prices ($250 a night) for a 2 room and 2 bath family suite!! I did enjoy the family suite alot for the 5 of us..it comes with 2 Queen sized beds, TV, fridge, microwave, desk in the first room. The second room comes with a bunk bed for the 2 kids, TV, dresser and a second bathroom! Perfect for larger families with kids up to 6 people comfortably. The rooms however are older style, bed and pillows arent too comfy, bathtubs instead of shower, NO hair dryer (why???), no robes, old wallpaper, etc. The perks are free breakfast every morning which includes sausages, eggs, waffles, pasteries, cereal and fruits. We took a 5 min ride by Uber to Disneyland or roughly a 20 min walk back at night and these blocks are LONG! Close enough to Disneyland for walking. Close to Walgreens 2 blocks down. Good location overall but rooms needs to be modernized.

Yelp
Check in was great, 5 minute walk to toy story parking lot to catch the shuttles into the disney parks. Rooms were a perfect size for my family. A little outdated but they are working on renovating. Breakfast was amazing, for a continental breakfast. Only downside was you had to pay for parking nightly so keep that in mind when booking here. Other than that, our stay was great. Will stay again because it was a close distance to disney!
google avatar

Monique A.

Yelp
Not too bad for the price. You get exactly what you pay for here. Rooms are dated but decently clean. We had the kids suite room. It was nice to have the bunk beds but the room is small. They serve breakfast daily-nothing special but good enough. Our check in clerk Edward was beyond great! He took his time explaining everything to us & making sure we knew where to go to get to Disneyland.
google avatar

Chun P.

Yelp
I booked months and months and got an awesome price of $116 for the Saturday night of Wondercon. I didn't ask, but they put me in an upgraded one bedroom suite that was way more space than I needed since I was staying alone. Friendly service all around...I was hungover that Sunday morning and they gave a later checkout time of noon...an hour doesn't sound much, but it REALLY helped in my recovery. :) PROS: -Friendly Staff -Clean, spacious room -Comfy bed -Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Maker -Walking distance to Convention Center...a bit far for Disneyland but doable. -Free coffee machine in the lobby CONS: -$15 parking fee -Vending machine does not taking credit cards. I'd definitely stay here again for the right price.
google avatar

Danielle V.

Yelp
The staff is incredibly nice! They were kind when we checked in and out. The room was dated but clean! It fit our family well- we got the kids suite. The breakfast was great and very filling for a full day at Disneyland or CA adventure. We walked each day. The walk in the evening is approximately 34 miles longer than the one in morning. I think that may be more me than the hotel.
google avatar

Cris D.

Yelp
The place is undergoing renovations. Our room was not done yet and was a bit shabby. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than most because they have a fresh chopped veg and cheese bar to add to your food if you like. That made a huge difference. It was easy to get to the Toy Story lot and board the shuttle and parking at the motel was easy. Overall for what we needed, it was great.
google avatar

Benjamin S.

Yelp
No. I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. Although the space was large and it was great having the separate room for the wife and I, this hotel had a lot of wasted space and is super outdated. We had super thin blankets that we could probably see through had we held them up to the light. They also need to invest in way better windows as it was pretty loud all night long. Bathroom was decent enough. Pool area is dark and dingy looking at night so we didn't even do that. It's also right next to the busy blvd. Breakfast was decent. Warm, several options. I had a waffle with strawberries (kind of a sweet gooey mixture of it) and also some chocolate chips. This with a coffee and orange juice was the highlight of this Inn. Check in/out staff were great. Well trained and very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay here again.

Yelp
Great hotel for the Disneyland family! We have been staying here for a couple years now and we love it here! Especially if you have a family with children they have suits with bunk beds which is perfect! They also have a decent gym and pool with Jacuzzi. plus this hotel is just steps away from the bus / shuttle pick up for Disneyland. They also have a dinning area with a decent breakfast every morning. Sausage, eggs, bread, waffles you can make yourself, yogurt juice and more. Breakfast opens at 6:30 am for the early risers. Staff is always friendly and accommodating and well worth the money. I can't say enough good things about the GM, Jerry! Always nice coming back sir! At the time of this post they are updating their older rooms. Ether way, its a nice hotel to stay at! Cheers, Pat

Yelp
My family and I had to get a last minute reservation the day before our Disney trip due to our previous hotel cancelling our room unexpectedly. Best Western Plus Raffles Inn literally saved the day and made me feel so much more at ease. I booked through their website directly and I really like how they offer early check in as an option to add on. It was one of my main concerns since we are traveling with children. Booking was extremely easy and I was thankful they had a room available to fit my family. I called to confirm everything with the hotel and I spoke with Sol who was very friendly and answered all my questions. Check in was even easier. I had no issues at all and our room was ready when we arrived around 2pm. My kids loved the bunk beds. Water was hot when taking a bath/shower. Beds were comfortable and the AC unit worked like a charm. I called to get our room cleaned before we left for the day and when we returned we had all our beds made and fresh towels! Unfortunately we did not get a chance to try the breakfast during our stay. Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel and their customer service made it that much better. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

Yelp
Me and a few other guests at the hot tub each night would complain about how bad this place is. Hotel advertises 10-15 minute walk, but realistically it was 20-25 minutes. It is 4 blocks away and loooong blocks too. I would run from disney at night (YES RUN and that took 10minutes, get the car and drive back to disney to pick up the rest of my family). Each day. Two times that I walked back (from the morning drop off) and that took me alone 20mins. We had ants, room was dirty upon coming in (hair on floor, crumbs under blanket, water smells like Sulfur!!!, and it's quite cramped. 1- ants. Shower had ants and was black in the grout. We had to cover the crack they were coming through and they still managed to get through. 2- room dirty. There was so much hair throughout the bathroom floor and near the bed next to the wall. Lazy cleaning. 3- basically slept on non-washed sheets. Wish we brought our own but I assumed since it was a Best Western it'd be nice. I felt disgusted when I lifted the comforter to lay... 4- THE WATER. The sinks AND shower smells like rotten eggs/sulfur. And it wasn't just the drain cuz brushing our teeth you can taste the smell (if that makes sense) had to buy bottle water from Target just to brush our teeth. 5- THE BED CREAKED LIKE CRAZY, I couldn't get a good night sleep the few days we stayed. Any motion, CREAKKKKKKK. It was like sleeping on coils too. 6- toilet is loud when u flush (very powerful so if u or family pees at night it's definitely going to wake someone up. 7- you can hear the people above you (expected but just heads up for light sleepers if the bed creaks don't wake u lol) The hot tub chats at night, the others were saying "our tub/sinks weren't draining!" "We booked bunk beds and didn't get it" and another complained about the water too. It was weird cuz the hot tub water didn't smell anything like the water in the rooms. LETS JUST SAY I CANT WAIT TO GO HOME AND TAKE A PROPER SHOWER. I've stayed at Best Western many times and this Raffles Inn was a first and last. Only plus I can say is the breakfast is not too bad. Buffet style, and they rotate between waffles, toast, and biscuits/gravy. Waffles do take 2.5 minutes to make per waffle so line builds up when people wanna make a few for their family.

Yelp
This was my first stay at this location and unfortunately it will be my last. My stay here almost didn't happen. My friend and I had been planing a trip to Disneyland and had picked this hotel and made reservations months in advance. We drove for 15 hours to get here only to find out that our reservation had been canceled because they decided to accommodate guests that were already here who had wanted to extend their own vacations. Granted, I get things happen, but according to the guy at the front desk, his manager told him that it had been taken care of. All that had happened was an email on the day we were supposed to check in. No call on a day we were traveling. The only reason I gave it more than one star is because they ended up comping us a room for a night since we had nowhere else to go since everywhere else was filled up until the next day. The room is decently clean and the guy at the front desk was nice. I know it wasn't his fault this happened, but the whole situation left a sour taste in my mouth.

Yelp
the place is going under renovation right now but it was a great hotel, would definitely come here again! the food was maybe the only downside, wasn't bad but wasn't good. the rooms are really great though, not far from disney. favorite part was the pool and hot tub.

Yelp
So I'll just list my pros and cons: Pros- Clean enough Nice to have 2 air conditioners Price was low (now I know why) Breakfast was free, definitely wouldn't pay for it Small but fit 5 of us ok Didn't have carpet but the throw rug was stained and yucky Was nice having a fridge and microwave The front desk staff at check in and the one at check out were very nice The stars are mainly for them. I didn't get their names. The lady at the desk when checking out did write up a maintenance request so hopefully they'll fix the tub and floor Cons- Tub had at least an inch of water standing when showering so you basically stand in your own water even if you showered quick Floor had a bubble under it with water coming out Blankets were more like thick sheets Smelled old but it was the smell of the building, the room was, like I said clean enough Pillows were hard and small more like throw pillows Was right next to the cleaning/laundry room downstairs and it was loud, the floor was weirdly hot which I assume was the dryers the housekeeping used all day Parking lot is tiny and lots of people now drive bigger vehicles, watched my car get dinged by the children getting in next to us, can't be mad at them because the spaces are so small and there's not enough room to park further away from everyone Beds are way way firm, almost like laying on a hospital bed, couldn't have done more than 2 nights Won't stay here again and definitely won't recommend it. Wasn't the worst place I've seen but still it wasn't worth what I paid for 2 nights. Definitely not a place to spend a day hanging out in if you're taking a break from Disneyland or whatever you're doing out there. Might be ok for someone who's literally only going to sleep and shower there. I would rather stay at a Motel 6 if I am being honest.

Refugio R.

Yelp
Hotel isn't bad, price is good, there was room available. Unfortunately I was going to change card for payment when I get there but right at midnight they charged me before arrival. I asked to change the card they can refund me the money than change it to the new card but it take 3-4 business days to get the refund. They can't refund me cash. I'm going to an event and the money I was planning on using won't be available for 4 days. There answer was, we're training a new employee.

Yelp
This hotel is decent to stay at if you plan on going to Disneyland. Not the best but it is affordable, especially if you have a big family. Staff is nice, housekeeping doesn't do a good job all they do is take your trash out and restock towels.

Yelp
It was our first stay. Check in is 3 pm. We arrived at 0800, luckily they allowed us to still park our car in their parking lot and let us keep our luggage in their office since we headed straight to Disneyland. It is a 20 min walk to the park. On the way you will pass a couple of stores that sell Disney items for half the price as at the park. They are located next to Walgreens and restaurants. The hotel offers continental breakfast. They had eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, waffles and more. The breakfast was a huge plus for us. The rooms were clean. Nothing fancy, kind of outdated but we were only there to sleep so I didn't mind. The A/C worked fine, they brought us an extra refrigerator as we requested, and they supply hair dryers. Our room had two queen beds and the adjoining room had a sofa bed as well as a set of bunk beds for the kids. They clean your rooms upon request. Staff is friendly! I wouldn't mind staying again!

Yelp
Just got back from our annual Disney trip, this time we decided to go in the month of December. We decided to give this hotel another try. The front desk service is great, super friendly!!! The room was the issue last time, this trip the room was so much better. A lot cleaner for sure! The size of these rooms is perfect for us, kids love it bc of the bunk beds. Good place to stay and it's not a long walk to the parks! We did try the bus transportation this time, bus stop is right outside the hotel, that was convenient. We did get a call bc there was a noise complaint, not the hotels fault but I wonder what ppl expect when that hotel is full of families with kids. Our kids were a little hyper and were running around, it wasn't even 10pm yet. Just wanted to vent about that LOL!!!

Yelp
Don't leave your credit cards in your unit! Our family member left a bag in their unit with 2 credit cards (no safe in room.). Those 2 cards were used in the LA area, the actual cards were used per the credit card company so they either duplicated the cards or they took them and returned them. We were told no one would be entering the rooms due to staffing so we were a little less diligent than we should have been. We also had someone enter our room when the staff assured us no one should have been in there. No way to know if it was cleaning crew, maintenance or even front office staff. Sad because everyone there was super nice! Outside this unfortunate event, the hotel was decent. The bunk bed rooms are a bit odd because the fold out couch folds right out into the bunks with like 3" to spare making it difficult to get around. The fold out bed was very old and falling apart. They marked it down that it needed a new mattress so we'll see if that happens! (Room 336...) Breakfast was good! Love that we didn't have to worry about feeding the family on the morning before Disney. Quick walk to the Toy Story parking lot to hop on the bus to the park. Pro Tip... take the bus because you go through security here and don't have to wait in the long line at the park! Love that the pool and hot tub is open late. Very family friendly hotel!

Yelp
Now that our child is a bit older, we pretty much only stay here when we go to Disneyland. The suites are large and very afforable. The Disney shuttle is nearby. Parking used to be free. They just started charging for parking, but most places do. The highlight is breakfast. Sergio Martinez does an excellent job maintaining the breakfast. He is very attentive, and they recently added chopped fresh veggies to go with your eggs. I normally don't eat hotel breakfast eggs, but that was all I ate this trip between some toast to hold it all in. Other items are on rotation, make your own waffles, bacon, yogurt, etc.

Yelp
Had to check in late-ish (10 pm) and called to make sure it was not a problem. Indeed it was not a problem and check in was quick upon arrival. You unfortunately have to pay $15 for parking each night. The room was a bit dated... but clean. I had a room on the first floor and unfortunately, you could hear almost every movement above you. It didn't bother me because I can pretty much sleep through any noise but I can see how it could definitely bother any one else. They serve a hot breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy, but I enjoyed the free hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes. You also had a choice of juices, cereals, and pastries. The hotel is a quick walk to the Disneyland toy story parking lot where you can hop on a free shuttle to the park. I was pretty pleased with my stay at this Best Western Plus. I'd book again.

Yelp
Not a bad hotel for your sleeping & shower needs. Conveniently located near the Disneyland/California Adventure Parks. Only downfall was that you can hear rolling luggage and other running guests if they're arriving late at night on the second & third floors. I would recommend staying here if you just need it for the basics. Would stay here again

Yelp
BW Raffles Inn is a great place to stay when headed to Disney!  It is also close enough to go to Universal Studios for the day.  We walked to and from Disney (we ubered once bc dang our pups were KILLIN us)... It's almost a mile walk but with the warm weather it was great!  It was also a great addition to meeting our daily step goals The free bfast was decent, oranges, apples and bananas, assorted pastries and breads, cereal yogurt and oatmeal, eggs pots and sausages, juice and coffee... Oh ya and those waffles!  Wake up early bc the breakfast only goes until 9:30 daily.  The staff was really really nice and friendly, everyone seemed really happy and overall it was an enjoyable stay.  The rooms are clean and comfortable for what they are; a bit outdates and dark... But you get a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot so that's a plus.  I would recommend staying here when going to Disneyland whether you are a couple, have kids, or a group.  We stayed with our two friends in a "suite" and it was well worth the price of about 750 for comfort, amenities, location, service, and parking.  We stayed 4 nights... Already missing Disneyland as I write my review on the plane back to dreary Tacoma WA. Until we meet again Mickey.... One suggestion for BW... Possibly promote a quiet time for guests.  I realize we're at Disney and kids get up early, but the screaming, stomping and running we heard every morning at 6 AM was a but obnoxious... Just a suggestion for the hotel so that all guests can enjoy their rest as it is SO NECESSARY for your day of activities!

Yelp
This hotel is an older hotel, currently being remodeled. If you want new and fancy, this isn't it. If you want affordable, clean, with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this Best Western. Pros: * affordable * morning breakfast with toast, cereal, eggs, sausage, cook your own waffles and more * the customer service here is exceptional. The went above and beyond for my personal requests while at the hotel. I will stay here again when in Anaheim.

Yelp
Wouldn't stay here again. We seriously contemplated looking for other hotels during our stay. If it wasn't Halloween time in the parks with limited availability, we probably would have. The walls/floors/ceilings are thin. You can hear everything. The pipes don't seem to be working properly as every time another room turned on their shower, we heard a vacuum sound in our room for the entirety of the shower and every once in a while, water would come out of our bathtub faucet as though we had turned it on ourselves. The A/C unit turned off and on constantly and it was noisy no matter what it was doing, not the typical sound of A/C but creaking and squeaking. The mini fridge didn't cool quickly or completely when your waters and such had been in it for 24 hours. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy. The main bed had bugs on the pillows at times and we have suspicions that the bed in the adjoined room may have had bed bugs as the kids complained of bug bites but only when they woke up, not after we had been out all day at night. The overhead light in the bathroom appeared to have something black in it, similar to what mold would look like. Would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for your trip.

Yelp
This Best Western hotel was close to Disneyland. We stayed here two nights so we could go to both Disneyland parks. The parking lot here was small and we were charged $15 per day to park. Breakfast was from 6:30am to 9:30am and was like any other hotel that had complimentary breakfast. A little walk down the street was the bus stop where we took the shuttle to Disneyland and came by every twenty minutes or so. We also purchased the Disneyland tickets at the front desk so that was convenient. There were no discounts for tickets and was the same price as they were at Disneyland. The room we stayed in had another room with a bunk bed and its own flat screen TV. The walls were thin so I heard people talking in the breakfast area since our room was next to it. Other than that, the room was fine and the bed was comfortable to me. If you want a close hotel to Disneyland, then this one should get the job done.

Yelp
CANCELS 6hrs before check in. Horrible! Do not stay here. They did not care they ruined the start of our trip and that our family had nowhere to stay. did not offer any resolution or help in anyway. And explicitly told me they only canceled third-party bookings even though I made my reservation months in advance. Front desk continue to lie. I would say next-door at the Ramada inn and avoid this place, like the plague..

Yelp
Skip skip skip, doesn't live up to best western standards and the pictures online are completely false advertising & misleading. Bed are hard as a rock so don't plan on getting a rested nights sleep. The sheets are grimy. Dangerous rooms for kids as well, as there is pipping busting out of walls. Also, after you take a shower you'll be enjoying the smell of mold. Also we booked a suite and ended up with a kids suite which is a laughable bunk bed at best. Stay at your own risk.

Yelp
Stayed here with a couple of friends in the suite for 3 nights. Pretty good place to stay at considering the price, guest services were super friendly and where very fast if we ever asked for anything. The shuttle is very convenient and is not far from the hotel at all, the free breakfast is super nice especially with the park. The room is a little outdated but everything is clean and works so can't complain there. I would def recommend staying here for a Disneyland trip

Yelp
Ehhhh let's just say it was a room .nothing exciting . Seemed to have a spider issue the whole weekend in the room . Mold was in the restroom which is never a good sign . Towel racks were extremely rusted making me not want to even touch them . Pool was a very warm temp which defeated the purpose of trying to escape the very hot LA weather . Plus is that the family suite did accommodate 6 of us and the daily breakfast was helpful on the wallet :)

Yelp
For the pricepoint, and how close you are to Disneyland (assuming that's why you're in town), you really can't beat this hotel. Add in the fact that Roscoe's chicken and waffles is within walking distance, and I'm in heaven!

Yelp
Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are well stocked. Airconditioning is top notch with above average bed sheets and pillow case. Cable TV I should say was above average, but more than you will expect if the main attraction in the vicinity is Disneyland. Parking can get a little crowded because this hotel is superb, but manageable. Close to Denny's for 24 hrs dining and to the bus stop that will take you to Disneyland entrance. Their vending machines aee convenient and reasonable. From aspirins to Iphone lightning cable to ice, you can be really satisfied of not going to nearby Target or CVS. To sum it up, I highly recommend this place if your heading to Disneyland or closeby attractions. Very comfy and homey.

Yelp
Stayed here twice. Once for Disney and again for a convention. Pros: Nice breakfast spread. Sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice. Rooms are cool. Great with kids. Main room and kids room with bunks. TV in each room. Mini fridge and microwave. Pool and and hot tub both heated. Several restaurants, mini marts and pharmacy stores in walking distance. Con: One major flaw. The biggest con is the flooring. It's all wood/laminate. So it is nice for your room, but heals and the pitter-patter above you is unbearable. Don't plan on sleeping in past 6:00 am. All 6 of us were up by 6:00 each morning. It's constant booming of crashing feat on the hard floors. There should be a notice to please wear shoes in the room, lol. Neighbors closing drawers were very loud too. Totally forgot about this problem when we booked the second time until the first morning. I literally said, "Son-of-a-b...." the first morning when I remembered how awful the pounding noise was. The sole purpose of a hotel is somewhere to sleep so with all the other conveniences it pains me to give the Best Western 2 stars.

Yelp
I stayed here for 2-nights while visiting a trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center. I was so disappointed in how dirty and run down the room was, even through I was told that I had been 'upgraded' to a kids suite. The carpets were stained, bathroom filthy and bed had one sheet and a thin blanket with an air conditioner that wouldn't turn off and fridge that buzzed all night long.i was on the second floor and could hear every step from the room above me. Its definitely not worth $400 + a night, and I will never stay here again.

Yelp
One requirement I have in hotels is that it has to be clean and it was. So bravo on that. We booked last minute (like same day) a two room suite, it was cheap and it was available, so we went with it. Two rooms was nice, especially with a light sleeper and a toddler. However I feel like this hotel was built in the early 80's and hasn't received a update since. Old carpets, chipped paint, old tub and a shower that took forever to heat up. The fans are not constant despite what it said on the AC unit. It went on and off all night and when it went off you could hear everything outside the room. People talking, doors shutting, alarms on cars going off, etc. Breakfast was mediocre, a step up from the cold cereal kind of breakfast. It is however really close to the toy story parking lot, so you can hop on a shuttle to Disneyland for free. I don't find this being a hotel we'd return to with all the other options in the area though.

Yelp
It was a great room near Disney you can walk to the shuttles and take them to Disney the breakfast was good, we stayed in a family suite qnd it was perfect for our group of 8 and the pool wasn't too cold and they had warm towels and the dennys is at the corner near by

Yelp
With it at Best Western raffles in November 23rd Through the 30th period half of us flew 1/2 of his traveled 14 hours in a car there were 11 in our group total the reservation was in my name and I got their 9 hours before the 1st group. Gave them such a hard time about checking in without me there. They wanted the full amount which was about $2600 Plus a security posit of $100. My niece didn't have enough money on her card . They were frustrated and didn't know what to do. they were exhausted and just wanted to check in. She had to call home and have her husband put money on her card. Floors were filthy they are nice beautiful wood type floors , but when I wiped up a spill my paper tell came up black. The night shift was very helpful and nice although the day shift were indifferent and bordered on rude. The girl rolled her eyes whenever anyone asked her anything either on the phone or in person. Half of our group had a shuttle coming to go to the airport at 3:30 in the morning. The hotel sliding doors were locked and there was no one at the desk for 15 minutes. When she appeared she went to a small window on the side. Without much of a word I checked out and reminded her that our other groups would be staying until check out time. that seemed like an odd request for her. She gave me a bit of a hard time , Even though I paid for the Room. The suite I got did not have a king bed it was a Queen bed but at 3:30 in the morning I forgot to complain. I will not stay there again.
