Our trip cannot be better !! Love this hotel! Room is very clean and has almost everything you need! It’s located in a very safe area with restaurants nearby! We had a blast in this hotel 🏨 I want to give a special shout-out to the receptionist: Eraste!! He went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and valued! I was studying in the lobby during midnight and he offered the best assistance and service to me with a kind smile on his face! The staff and service makes our memories in France 🇫🇷 even more precious and special!!

Very satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast. The hotel is managed superbly. You feel at home while you receive a four stars treatment. Conveniently located (5 mins walk to reach Bois Colombe train station and 7 minutes from Paris Gare Saint Lazaire), this cozy place has become my favourite hotel to visit Paris.

such a lovely hotel with lovely staff. The location of the hotel is beautiful as it is in a town where have lots of restaurants, bakeries and grocery options. It took less than half an hour to get into Central Paris using the train and Metro system. The rooms are as advertised and are very modern and came with a kitchenette with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The room also had AC. I really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here recently with my mum and daughter.. since arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who offered to look after out suitcases as we areived quite eaely before the room was ready. During this time we took a walk in the area where we found gorgeous pattiseries and boutique shops. When we got back to the hotel we were delighted by the size of our room and the cleanliness! The rooms are very modern and have all amenities you need, if you need an iron you can request this at the desk. The train station is 5 minute walk from the hotel and only 1 or two stops until Gare Saint-Lazarre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and thank you to all the wonderful staff, especially the gent who saw us off on the last day as we had an early flight and offered us a hot drink.. merci beaucoup!

I was travelling with family ( Mother 65+ and children including 4 yr old) and was booked here from 9- Aug to 11-Aug. Inconvenient points- 1) No restaurant for food. Have to walk out to nearby places or order delivery. For my group, this was most inconvenient. 2) Plumbing seems problematic( though the receptionist walked upto my room and fixed it himself..appreciated) 3) Breakfast seems very basic. For somebody who is visiting to get a feel of Paris, I think ambience can be improved at this place.Would recommend this place only if you are looking for a place to sleep. If you are looking to utilise the property for food, other things, maybe this is not the place.

We stayed here for a whole week and I was getting tired of the same breakfast. No rotation at all. My biggest frustration was at checkout when I was just hit with a a bill of almost 200 Euros for a tax charge that wasn't communicated to us at all when we checked in. It is however conveniently located close to the Bois Columbus train station so made the commute easier. And there are a few food places around mostly fast food.

Hotel is no where near Paris in fact when we asked for a map of Paris the receptionist told us ‘this is not Paris’. |Staff very unhelpful except for night reception. We had booked 2 rooms but when we got there they insisted only one was booked and other had been cancelled, we had to make 3 phone calls to Easyjet ourselves without staff helping and they had not cancelled a room. We did not get room sorted properly until next day, hotel made us pay for one of the rooms even though Easyjet had told them they would sort out. |No tourist information in hotel|Room was tiny, horrible arrangement of toilet separate from shower so had to use toilet and then walk around room to shower room to wash hands, weren’t even next to each other. Was twin beds and on one the mattress protector and sheets were too short for the bed. They took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them. |Never a four star hotel not even a 3 star

Bois Colombe is a beautiful neighbourhood and not too far from the main event. The room itself was cozy and clean, perfect for a place to lay down your bags and jaunt out into the city. The breakfast is nice, lots of options and well prepared. Only downside is that if you, like me, sleep with the windows open, then you will be treated to an orchestra of trucks, mopeds, and loud conversations if facing the street. Not the end of the world, but you might ask for a non-street side room.
