We stayed 3 nights at the BW Plus Weston Inn. Pros: Shower had good water pressure, unit was clean, decor was good for the price point, and location is conveniently on Main Street. Cons: Room smelled like a previous guest smoked which wasn’t pleasant, the road noise from vehicles on Main Street was utterly ridiculous (request a room in the back), the room seemed poorly insulated as it was cold anytime the heat was not running, and the mattress felt like a cheap type, on a platform bed. Super uncomfortable……. Unless an extremely hard mattress is comfortable to you. I gave 3 stars because the shower was nice and the employees were friendly, but I cannot stay here again when in Logan, UT. I am a bit surprised it is designated as a BW Plus.

So we come every year around the same time and this time was worse than ever. The hot tub was literally cold not hot. While in the pool room the lights weren't turned on so we were in the dark. When we asked about each problem the solution was basically idk im the only one here and basically idk how to do my job. So disappointing as usually its a fine stay. Anyways the room was clean and the upgrades were nice from prior stays. Id just say turn the lights on earlier in the pool room and hopefully get your hot tub fixed thanks for the stay.

Google
This is more of a motel than a hotel as the rooms all exit to the outside. I really appreciated the blackout blinds, as they helped me to catch up on some much-needed sleep. The room was reasonably comfortable and the service was quite good.

We stayed here over the last weekend and it was a pleasant experience. We had about six rooms for a family get together. We were all able to get rooms together. The pool is a great. Our kids spent most of the time at the hotel swimming. There was a hot breakfast every morning and if something ran out the staff would quickly stock it. The only issue I had was the bathroom door in room 211 looked disgusting as it was a white door and had black stains all over the back.

I had made reservations for two nights here and requested an ADA room. Young woman at the front desk stuck us in a small, dank room, all the way back under the stairs. It was not an accessible room. She told me that's what I requested. She did not seem to care and stated they had no rooms other than that. I was able to get a refund. But we will never stay here again. Paid nearly double to stay at the Hampton, right across the street.

Google
If you want to stay up until 11 pm stay at this hotel. We didn't ask for a pool room but we got one. The rooms are not sound proof all. Its been a constant screaming of kids in the pool for hours. I understand thats what kids do but they should not rent out the rooms that connet to the pool unless warned ahead of time. We stayed here so my son would be close to his baseball game and could get a good night sleep.

Google
(Edited because I learned the girls name at the front desk who treated us terribly) A lady named Ella answered our call and she sounded like she hated being there and did not want to help. I just wanted a quote, and she sighed deeply and hung up on the call once I said I may check back later as I wasn't confident on staying given the attitude. We will forgo this location based on service alone moving forward. That can make or break a business, and sad to say it tarnished this locations reputation and hurts best western as a whole. I've never had major problems with rooms in the past, those have been just fine, this is strictly based on service post new management.

Google
This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are nice size with lots of storage and they’re very very clean. Beds are comfortable, nice bathtub and shower. And even though it’s downtown, on Main Street, it’s very quiet.

Yelp
Paid extra for a room with a whirlpool tub and a fireplace. Had just turned on the faucet to fill up the tub when I noticed what appeared to be pubic hairs in it. The faucet for the bathtub wasn't attached ro the tub itself. You could just pick it up and carry it around with you. In keeping with that theme, the fireplace wasn't actually attached to anything. It's just a wall decoration that looks like a gas fireplace. You can't actually use it. On top of that, there were small black stains on our sheets. Bathroom door doesn't latch shut. Breakfast is really quite bad. Took one bite of "eggs," (yellow substance that was grainy and wet), and promptly threw them away. This place is awful.

Yelp
Service is great so far. Nice when booking and checking in. Close to down town across from the Hampton. Pool and free breakfast!

Yelp
If you want a quiet nights sleep and a hot shower... don't stay here. Which btw lol that's why you stay in a hotel... no? Lol... Road noise is unbearable, and when house keeping is doing laundry or you know... others on the property are taking showers... say goodbye to hot showers... I'm so mad I spent money to sleep here when I was better off sleeping in a tent. 0 stars. Best Western... fix this place bc it's a shame I'm mad while in such a beautiful area.

Yelp
Quite, clean, comfortable room. We stopped over for a day/night. Room shared a wall with the gym/laundry room (dryer takes an extra quarter more than the standardit says, if you want them dry all the way). Yet, didn't hear a peep. The price was decent. Loved parking right in front of room and how well insulated the rooms were. Slept so well. So extremely well. Shower pressure was great. Breakfast was good. I appreciate the 1st floor request accommodations. Front staff was courteous. I see bad reviews and am surprised. My only concern was the trash can near the room, had tons of bees surrounding it. As someone deathly allergic to them, that was a bit nerve wracking.

Yelp
Don't come here customer service and basic human sympathy isnt great. Have been staying for 4 days and asked if they would change the sheet because our dog has been throwing up from pancreatitis. The front desk gal said they won't change the sheets two days in a row because it's against their policy. They would instead give us towels ... so they can change the towels an unlimited amount of times but not the top sheet ? Ridiculous, they also have been charging our card before we checked out even those the front desk gal said it wouldn't charge until we leave. Seems like I'm not the only review that's having problems with the front desk gal. I would save the stress and go somewhere else, this place seems run down.

Yelp
This is at motel. Best Western's new facade on the Main Street facing entrance was clever, but shame on the Brand. The room was just awful. It was fine 40 years ago, but now shows every minute of its age - derelict. Unclean. Smelled. So pissed that I paid in advance for this.

Yelp
The new manager is a complete douche. We have been coming to this location for 15+ years, and had the best relationship with the previous manager. Because of our loyalty, we were consistently given a $69/room rate. This last stay at the hotel will be the last we ever stay here because the new manager completely disregarded the rate we've been given, tried to charge us $200 per room (which is ridiculous because the rooms had ants, the carpet hasn't been changed in probably the entire time we've been staying here, and frankly I've been to much nicer hotels that charge for the same, if not less.) To the new manager, you just lost yourself a long living customer. And to those reading, find a better hotel to stay in than this one. Your business is best spent elsewhere.

Yelp
The absolute worst stay I have ever had. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Our checkout time was 11 AM and at 9 we decided to load a couple of things then come back to finish packing. We came back and their housekeepers went through our room and took the stuff they wanted BEFORE WE EVEN CHECKED OUT. When we finally went to check out the person at the desk was on the phone making breakfast plans before helping us. I then left a necklace in my rush to get everything else I had and I returned the next day and they said they didn't have it. So I left a note with my number and returned the next day and the girl at the front said she knew there was a necklace that was missing but couldn't describe it or tell me what room it was from. So I left another note asking for someone to call me back the next day and still nothing. It was a very sentimental necklace and these people have no respect for people or their belongings. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I'll also attach a picture of the room I was staying in leaking water from the walls and the vent in the bathroom.

Yelp
We visit Logan frequently and have been staying here for many many years. However, since Brad left a couple of years ago this place has gone downhill to the point we will not be coming back. The rooms are not clean, the furniture is falling apart, and the customer service is deplorable. Housekeeping? Forget about it unless you request it. Early check- in is impossible, even if the rooms are ready. 3:00 pm and sometimes even later if they are busy. Making reservations is also a challenge, especially if you have a specific room request. They never answer the phone and if you do get lucky to actually get a person on the phone, they will simply refer you to the website because "the system is down." The breakfast is terrible and the coffee is watered down to the point it really can't be considered coffee. And no lids for paper coffee cups which is really annoying.

Yelp
The customer service has been terrible. Not sure if there is new management but they don't answer their phones when I call. I made a reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights for my son's soccer tournament and they gave my rooms up, no explanation, no phone call or warning. They promised 2 free nights for my next visit but when I call to make that reservation, they can't honor it because they don't 'remember' me. Employee hung up the phone after not being helpful or workable at all. Very disappointed in the service we have received for someone who would be considered a regular

Yelp
Best Place I've stayed at in years. Our room was clean and seemed newly updated. They have the greatest breakfast available every morning. The pool is perfect and the staff was so kind and considerate.

Yelp
Wow an actual good looking Best Western . The rooms look recently remodeled and the bathrooms are very clean. The desk staff was extremely friendly and were very helpful on restaurant recommendations in the area. Beds are on the soft side as if they haven't change them...yet (?). But, man, is this such a step up from that Days Inn hole that I stayed in last time.....for the same price. So if you find yourself in Logan, UT - not a bad place to stay - it's definitely more if a 3 star hotel - but the experience was so much better than the flea hole down the street (I itch just thinking about it) - so this is a 4 star hotel in Logan. Which means that a Holiday Inn would probably score a 5 star rating - it depends on your frame of reference.

Yelp
The room was not worth the money. I had to clean the toilet as it was visibly dirty and the shower had hair and mud all over it. The beds are awful and the room is very outdated. We will not be staying here again.

Emily D.

Yelp
Positives: Pretty room, large tub/shower, air worked amazing (the cold at least) and all appliances worked. Negatives: Used/empty beer bottles on the floor between the couch and wall, during covid! Found a dead bug. The shower drainage was horrible (few minutes after turning on the shower the tub was filled with almost an inch of water). The bathroom toilet paper was half used, I understand it is an eco-friendly thing to do (which I appreciate), however in a hotel I personally would like a new roll of toilet paper - you don't know who was there before you, and especially durning covid I feel the extra steps should be taken. Lastly, the floor/carpet was gross. You could not tell it was dirty by looking at it but if u walked barefoot your feet would be dirty. I usually don't rate so low, but during covid and especially finding the beer bottles, I don't feel right giving it a higher review.

Yelp
This is a motel. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, with a fridge, microwave, tv, and hairdryer. The bed was VERY soft and the sheets were low-quality, but I slept soundly. There was a local cycling event in the morning and almost all of the visitors were in town for that, and the motel staff were kind enough to have breakfast ready an hour earlier than usual so that everybody could get fueled and out the door with plenty of time before the ride started. I appreciated that.

Yelp
If I could give 1 star I would. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. What happened to putting the customer first. I'm so happy Logan is getting more options of places to stay. I will never be staying here again and I hope many of you will find this review to be helpful when deciding where you spend your hard earned money. Here's my story. I had booked 2 adjoining rooms for my family and I to stay at for 2 nights. I needed the adjoining rooms because I have 5 kids and wanted them next to me. When I showed up for my stay they had given my adjoining rooms away. The girl at the desk said sorry we are overbooked and had to use my rooms. She proceeded to offer me 2 other rooms that were on different sides of the hotel. I informed her that wouldn't work because of my situation. She said sorry there is nothing I can do for you. I said how can you just give someone's rooms away. She said I didn't know if you were coming. I said why would I book rooms if wasn't planning on coming. She said sorry there is nothing I can do. So I left to go look for a new hotel to stay at. Come to find out there were soccer tournaments going on and everything was sold out. So that made me even more mad. Long story short we ended up staying in Brigham city. So I called and talked to the manager and explained my situation and told her what had happened. She felt bad and offered me two free nights for the next time I come up. I was like cool that makes things feel more fair. So fast forward to today may 17 2022 at 6:15 pm. I call to use my 2 free nights and the girl who answered the phone has obviously not been in customer before was so rude. She told me that I don't have two free nights and the manager doesn't know who I am. I said well that's not fair to me because it's not my fault that you don't remember me or want to honor your mistake. I said well can I talk to your manager she said no she's busy and will call you tomorrow. I said well didn't you just talk to her and she said yes but she doesn't know who you are. I said I don't care if she doesn't know me I'm a customer and then she hung up on me. I tried calling back from 3 different numbers and she never picked up the phone. I know it's a long story. I hope this helps either bring back customer service or helps the community pick a better option to rest at night.

Yelp
We stopped by yesterday without a reservation at about 3:00 in the afternoon. The desk staff was very courteous and found us a room with two queen beds. The staff said that all their king bed rooms were occupied. The room was very clean. The two beds were well made each with four very soft pillows. The bathroom was clean. They are still offering free breakfasts, although we didn't partake of that. Nor did we go to the indoor pool. That appeared to be very welcoming as well. We stayed here many years ago and enjoyed it. It was so nice to find that it was well maintained and even though it has been over 30 years since we stayed there before, we enjoyed it just as much. The TV remote was a "clean" remote. Meaning that they sanitized it before we entered the room, although we did so again, just to be sure. We used the coffee maker to boil some hot water for our hot chocolate mugs. (We had to provide our own hot chocolate - we're not coffee drinkers). This helped warm us up on a very cold day. Just wish they would provide hot chocolate packets for us. I liked the heating system because it was quiet and it didn't run all the time. It was controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Much better than the in-unit kind of control All-in-all, not a bad place to stay. Nice to stay at a local establishment rather than one of the national chains.

Yelp
Super fast internet, great breakfast 6-10am 7 days a week thanks to Danielle and Janet who are amazing and Brad at the front desk who helped with a small issue I had so very happy with this hotel. It's a hotel that's been around for awhile but updated and clean. I really like being able to have my vehicle close to my room.

Yelp
No complaints. Great rates, great rates when traveling for business. Friendly staff. Great accommodations for travelers with a pet or two in tow! Breakfast was okay, they need to kick it up a bit. The husband and I were pretty pleased with this hotel!

Yelp
I absolutely love this hotel. We've been going for my whole life. The only complaint is that you have to get a little lucky to get the right staff members when booking a room or they will fluctuate in their pricing severely. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is sufficient, and the pool is a lot of fun and well maintained. We love the upstairs pool side rooms and they've recently been remodeled and look great. AWESOME location in the heart of Logan and quick access to almost anything you need.

Yelp
Stayed at this motel in mid November. Made a reservation on Booking.com for a room with a king-size bed. Checked in two hours later. We were given a room with two queens. I asked why. No rooms with a king-size bed were available. The helpful clerk at the front desk acknowledged that frequently one of their room booking sites would sell a reservation for a room they did not have. The room was well worn. The wall paper was worn. Parts of the room had been updated. Parts had not. The bed was ok. The bed cover was worn and stained. The room was clean. The included hot breakfast was very nice. I accidentally left an expensive item in the hotel at checkout. I called back five hours later to see if they could find it. It had disappeared. The manager was not on duty and her office was "locked." I called again the next day as directed. The manager was not helpful and could find the item. In trying to call the office directly, I called 6 times. The first three calls were never answered. There was no answering machine. There was no answering service. The phone just rang and then went to a strange beeping sound and hung up. I have since called back multiple times. I mentioned their lack of answering the phone. The asst. manager said they were often busy and could not get to the phone. They never found the lost item. We will stay somewhere else the next time we are in Logan, UT. Anywhere else.

Kamesh G.

Yelp
I stayed here on my way to Yellowstone. Great place to stay. Our family was surprised by the largeness of the room. Really nice staff and nice breakfast too. Definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling that way.

Yelp
What a let down! This is a classic Best Western (not BW plus). On the positive side, the room had a refrigerator, microwave, television and hair dryer. The towels and bed linens were poor to low average quality. Rooms are not sound proof, as I could hear the guest in the next room coughing all night long. The carpet is in need of cleaning, but the rest of the room and bath were clean. The breakfast, which is included is located next to the swimming pool, so be prepared for the aromatic smell of chlorine as you enter the breakfast area. The breakfast consisted of sugary cereals, white breads and instant oatmeal (carbs, carbs and more carbs). On the healthy side, there were fresh bananas , apples and yogurt (sweetened). We decided to pass. If this was advertised as a Standard Best Western, I would have given it a two and a half. I will not be staying here again.

Yelp
Clean except for a minor fly problem. But we got a room that opened up to the pool on the first floor which meant no natural light for us! And also meant looking out your room at night to see creepy guys in the hot tub at 11pm. But good location. Wifi was very spotty.
google avatar

Nicole B.

Yelp
The location of this is ideal for a stay in Logan. It's located right on Main Street and not far from 4th North, which is a great intersection with everything you'll need. The rooms are nice, clean, and we always request the ones that have a door leading out to the pool. The pool area is large with plenty of tables and lounge chairs, and the kids are happy to spend every minute of free-time there. The hot breakfast is included and it's always been pretty tasty. Definitely a good bang for your buck.

Aggie V.

Yelp
This place is nice, clean, and the staff are wonderful! Easy access to downtown Logan and there are several restaurants nearby! I specially love their full breakfast which comes with the deal. The indoor pool is large. The only reason why I give this place a 3 star is because the sink was badly clogged but other than that the price is reasonable and I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Stayed the weekend of April 5th 2019. The front desk suggested a room in the back of the hotel away from Main Street, we were grateful, even though Main Street isn't too noisy. We checked in late in the afternoon. The room was very clean & comfortable. The pool was a little crowded & the staff made sure there was plenty of clean/dry towels available. We called the front desk to let them know the heater wasn't working. The gentleman offered us a discount on the room or to move to another room. We chose another room. The gentleman from the front desk came to our room & brought us the keycard to the other room. He was very polite & apologized for the inconvenience. The hot breakfast was great. We enjoyed the eggs, hash browns, ham, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, coffee, tea & juices. There was also dry cereal, muffins, yogurt & fruit. We did not eat breakfast until an hour or so before it ended & there was plenty of food available. 2-3 staff members kept the breakfast items replenished, the counters & tables clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay & we look forward to staying here again.l

Yelp
We've been staying here for five years, with no plans to stop! Recently remodeled, and always quiet and very clean. Good continental breakfast too. The staff is always wonderful, even when we arrived at 11:45pm on Christmas Eve and needed about five things from the front desk.

Cassie H.

Yelp
This is the first review I have ever written, but I feel it's worth letting people know that if you plan on being able to get a hot shower, you may well be out of luck. I don't care how full they are, they need to make sure they have the capacity to provide all guests with hot water! And when you call down to the desk enquiring as to the hot water situation, and mention your opinion as to the lack of hot water capacity, you should at least get an apology and not a snippy "thank you for the advice!" Having said that, the rooms are clean, the hotel is in a convenient central location, and the staff are generally courteous and accommodating.
