I was thoroughly impressed by the incredibly welcoming staff and the outstanding morning breakfast. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The breakfast was truly exceptional, with a delicious variety of options that made each morning a delightful experience. Every detail, from the fresh ingredients to the thoughtful presentation, contributed to a memorable start to my day. The manager, Liliana, was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Her attentiveness and dedication truly made a difference, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Her exceptional service was a highlight of my experience, and I greatly appreciated her efforts to make my visit memorable.

Excelent service, nice rooms with all services, even Ice machine. Staff is well mannered and nice and the food is affordable and very good. Loved it. | From the moment I stopped in I knew it would be awesome because of the way I was greeted and the nice layout of the place. I will come back.

I've stayed here a few times and it has been always pleasant. Rooms look a bit old but they are comfortable and clean. There is self-parking service although there are not many spaces, also they offer a complimentary breakfast (buffet) with many options, and service has been pretty good every time. Definitely recommended.

Our room was old, needs remodling, beds are not very good. Breakfast buffet was very good!

Clean and affordable and conveniently located. It is a rough neighborhood however. The staff was professional and attentive. Unfortunately there was no AC in our room and the food in the restaurant was OK but not great. Recommended.

I treated myself to a weekend getaway for my birthday. I love the beach and we always stay at the best western. The room was clean and the employees were friendly. This was the first hotel stay my husband and I had since the pandemic .

We've stayed here twice a year for several years on our way to & from our Mazatlan condo. We have always enjoyed our stay especially the Tony Roma's room service & the fabulous Best Western breakfast buffet. This year was particularly pleasant because of Katrina. Her good English & extremely helpful manner make her a valuable asset to this hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised by the new carpeting & refreshed decor in the always immaculate rooms.

All hotel employees were courteous and professional. The on-site restaurant and bar were quite pleasurable after a long day of driving. The room was comfortable and clean. The ocean front view was amazing!
