Best Western Premier Hotel Astoria

I was staying in the same hotel on my last visit 2017. This time I went with my family. We booked one double and one single The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Bed was very comfortable. Check in and checkout were very smooth. The hotel is in walkable distance to the city centre. I am sure I will choose the same hotel on my next visit.

Very good location. Nice room. Plenty of space. Decent bath with good towels. Just a suggestion -- put makeup mirrors in the baths so older folks can use them.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was centrally located. The breakfast option was full of many options to start the day well. The lounge and bar area was clean and well run. I recommend this location for solo business travelers and families.

The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

Hotel Astoria is a beautiful, comfortable, clean hotel. I recommend it to everyone because it is much more affordable and provides excellent service. We are Hilton Honors guests wherever we travel, but anyone who stays in 5-star hotels can freely choose this hotel. This is our second time here, the first time we gave a slightly lower rating because there were some shortcomings in the cleanliness of the bathroom, but in a very short time this hotel made an effort and absolutely eliminated all the shortcomings. I recommend it to everyone! The breakfast is delicious, varied, simply fantastic food.|You have free parking place!!!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful decor. I enjoyed staying here. The server in the restaurant in the evening, Marina, is a lovely lady. The room is small, barely enough room for one person but a sufficient bathroom. Very quiet with a 15-minute walk to main square Trg Jelacica. Great buffet.

We stayed for three nights in a Deluxe room, which was clean and comfortable albeit a bit dated. Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure good. Hairdryer a bit on the slow side, a pet dislike of mine.||Breakfast/dining room is functional and feels very 1980s. Breakfast was average. What I did like was the grilled veg, fresh veg and fruit. The juices are not great so I chose water.||The wine available at the bar is uninspiring sadly which is disappointing given the wonderful Croatian wines available.||Staff friendly and helpful.

In a good location, very clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Good shower and bathroom amenities. Queen bed suite slightly small but if one person it is sufficient. No robe or sandles. Pillows abit too big. Generally I enjoyed by stay. I would go back again.
