Best Western Premier Hotel Astoria

I stayed for one night. The room was comfy and nice, I liked it. My room didn't have a view - window was facing the wall. The cups for coffee didn't seem to be clean. The service was great, especially the receptionist Filip. The walls between walls are quite thin so you can hear the people next room. The location is great - close to the city center. Overall, not bad.

My stay at Hotel Best Western Premier Astoria Zagreb was an exceptional experience. I was most impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – the rooms and common areas were always spotless and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to Ban Jelačić Square and the main city attractions, making it ideal for exploring Zagreb on foot. The food was diverse, fresh, and delicious, and I especially appreciated the beautifully arranged baby corner, which shows the hotel’s great care for guests with children. I also really liked that the hotel offers secure parking, which is a big plus for those traveling by car. I highly recommend Hotel Best Western Premier Astoria Zagreb to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, safety, and excellent service in the heart of Zagreb. 🌟

An average hotel farther from the city center. There's is only one tiny elevator, which you have to wait in line for. Our bed was too firm but the pillows were very comfortable. Temperature control was disabled and our room became so hot, we opened the window to cool it down (late November). Our shower was very small but the amenities were nice. Breakfast was above average, as they even had donuts!

Definitely value bet hotel, wonderful breakfast, good stuff, oldish rooms but maintained, some work on next door buildings in progress, but shouldn't keep you up since they start late and end early with noise. Location perfect plus secure parking in the back. Ten points for that star level.

Very clean, modest hotel in the center of Zagreb. Roma are clean, beds comfortable. The biggest plus is location and proximity to centre, as well as parking onsite. If you are looking for minimalistic space to sleep, this is the place. Breakfast is included, but it’s far from fresh. Staff is very pleasant.

Almost a five star but it’s a bit dated, the rooms are a bit small, and our view was meh (see pictures). They have a nice full breakfast, and a lobby bar that was nice.

Fantastic location, excellent service and a clean room to complete the package. I ordered room service instead of going out and was so impressed with the service. Served with a smile and felt like a valued guest. Buffet breakfast offered something for everyone, whether it was a hot or continental breakfast. Thank you for looking after me!

Don‘t bother wasting your money. The only positive is the front desk/check in. Location is decent, room is lousy. Tiny, hot, and either the lights are all on, or all of them are off. You can’t even turn the bedside table light on separately. Hotter than hell in the room with no option for a/c and the window barely cracks. Housekeeping brought a fan and brought a whole lot of attitude along with it. I ended up leaving at 9:30 pm and going to the Hilton canopy around the corner. Large, spacious room that is temperature controlled and worth every penny to get out of the BW.
