Good and clean hotel. While it's rated as 5-star, I would give it a high international 4-star rating. Staff are helpful and their English is very good. Location overlooks the main square of UB - this is a plus and minus. If there are a lot of activities/celebrations going on while you're in UB and you're facing the square, you'll hear ALL OF IT. If you're looking to go the main business area just north of the Shangri-la Mall, then it's about a casual 15-minute walk.

What a great hotel. The rooms are a good size beds are comfortable and every room has clear views over the city to the distant mountains. The hotel is just two minutes from the main square. It has a lovely cafe and a restaurant. What made my stay so memorable was the staff. They were friendly yet professional and went out of their way for us.

I had a very good experience staying at Tuushin Hotel from 01 January to 07 January 2026.||The front desk was efficient and professional — check-in was smooth, prompt, and completely hassle-free. Any requests were handled quickly and with a positive attitude.||The food was excellent and consistently tasty. Room service deserves special appreciation for their prompt response on the phone and very quick delivery to the room.||Breakfast was another highlight. A special mention for Ms. Aivy — she was always pleasant, welcoming, and wonderful to interact with. She has an excellent memory and from the second day onwards remembered exactly how I liked my coffee and eggs, and made sure I got them just the way I wanted for the rest of my stay. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference.||Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely choose to stay at Tuushin again on my next visit to Ulaanbaatar.

I had an excellent experience at Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel. the place was comfortable, pristine professionalism from the. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and with a beautiful view of the city. The staff are consistently helpful. I would say it’s the best value for the money. I would confidently recommend this hotel to business travelers and visitors looking for a temporary but memorable stay in Ulaanbaatar.

Western Tuushin delivered an excellent experience from the comfort and quality of the rooms to the consistently attentive service. The managers and staff are professional, responsive, and genuinely accommodating. Organizing an event with them was remarkably smooth; they were flexible, proactive, and very receptive to requests, which made coordination easy and stress-free. Me and my son stayed in Tuushin Hotel for ten days. 100 out of 10! Definitely will come back again and recommend to all my firends and relatives.|Great service, friendly staff, flexible terms, great menu, impeccable cleanliness and I could go on and on. |I would especially like to mention Alvy P. Junio f&b operations manager, she is truly a professional in her field. Thanks to her, our stay at the hotel was as comfortable as home. She is very professional, kind, courteous and polite.
