Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel

Leaving in the Tropics of Australia - a trip to Mongolia 🇲🇳 was a special experience. All the staff at the hotel tried very hard to make your stay pleasant. The location is perfect - close to all the big monuments. The layout for breakfast was very nicely done, and the breakfast chef made sure that you got a nice omelette. Also the have a nice wine selection. It was a very nice experience - thank you. Also that the keep the extra luggage when you travel to other parts - is a very nice gesture 👍 The view from the top floor is spectacular- especially at Sunset! Lovely sitting there with a 🍸 and watch it!

Me and my husband stays for 2 days night before and after new year. The check inn was very smooth, they even allowed us to enter the room before checked inn time. We do really appreciates that. Except staff's services and location, we found no good things from this hotel. The room was old, we find mold in every corner of the room. Breakfast was too plain, not so many options and no menu update at all. Since the location very near to sukhobataar palace, you wont have good sleep if you stay at this hotel due to the lack of soundproof. You can hear everything. If you want to have a good sleep i cant recommend this hotel.

Dated review. Went a few years ago. Stayed 2 nights. Location wise very central. Rooms were clean and big. Staff were super friendly and really went the extra mile to pack breakfast for us when we told them we had to leave before breakfast opening hours. The hospitality was impeccable, highly recommended place to stay!

I stayed in the Club Suite, so when it comes to rooms, I will be addressing those. It would be hard to describe every great thing about this hotel. It truly deserves the reputation of 5-star. I've stayed in many 5-stars in the US and Paris, and this hotel easily goes toe to toe. The lobby is beautiful, the amenities numerous and high-quality, the staff beyond friendly, and my room in particular is lovely.

The location is great, right next to the main square. The rooms were large, bathrooms also a nice size. Plenty of hot water too (but wish they had showers, not tubs). Very happy that the windows open to get fresh air. Breakfast buffet was extensive! They also have a nice restaurant on the top floor. Highly recommend the massage, the masseuse was excellent and very reasonable

I had a wonderful 12 night stay here. The Desk Manager and all his colleagues are so welcoming and helpful. ||Special mentions for Buyanaa, Delgermaa, Ulziibayar and in the CoffeeShop - Oyun-Erdene and Maralgua. Also, all the Breakfast staff are just great and also the Cleaning ladies. ||This hotel is wonderful for single lady travellers, as everyone is so kind. It was always a pleasure returning here each day. There is also an Exchange Bank next door on one side and on the other side a couple of doors away is the Modern Nomads restaurant which I also loved. And the hotel Coffee Shop also provides a welcoming Capuccino and some food, when one returns tired. ||Just perfect for visiting all the sites in Ulaanbaatar on an extended City Break. ||Thanks everyone!

This is an older hotel, but it is well maintained. I had previously stayed at a different hotel, but I am glad I made this change. The rooms are nice and clean. The food is delicious with good selection from various styles.

The Tuushin Hotel is located in the center of the city and within a short distance from business center, shopping areas and government offices. The customer service was really good. It would have been better if there had been more options for breakfast.
