I stayed with my coworkers at this hotel for 3 nights. The wifi was broken the first two nights. The last night, we had team dinner and we came back around 11 pm. Based on the schedule, reception should be there until 11pm, but no one there already at 10:55pm. My room card got demagnetized, so I am not able to go in my room. I called 24/7 number, they give me the phone number to call, I called 4 times, no one answers so I left voice message. I called again 24/7 number, they said nothing they can do. I called all hotels around me, and unfortunately they were all full. So I called again 24/7 and they told me they are sending someone, that was around 11:30. I waited and waited and waited till 12:30am, no one was there. I called back 24/7 no one answers, I called again, no one answers, and again and again.. anyway, I slept on the sofa of the lobby until my coworker helped me out, and lend me the sofa of her room to temporarily sleep for a very short night. Terrible customer service experience
