Best Western Time Hotel

Lovely hotel, with everything you need. The room was very good, quiet, good beds and a well equipped bathroom, only thing it could still use was a minibar for storage of perishables. The amenities were quite nice, they have a Sauna on site which is free to use but must be booked on advance, they have a gym nearby which can be used for a small fee and the breakfast was delicious and varied! Service was always helpful and friendly, making our entire stay pass smoothly. The location of the hotel is also great as its next to the metro and close to the city center, While still being in a peaceful neighborhood. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at BW Time Hotel and hope to return again in the future, definitely consider them if you are looking for a hotel in Stockholm.

We have just had 4 nights at this lovely hotel. We arrived following a journey from Copenhagen on the train so I jumped into a taxi, luckily despite being early our room was ready so we could check in straight away. The neighbourhood is mainly apartments but does have a couple of supermarkets, eateries and pubs within very close walking distance. |The room was comfortable with twin beds, I love having a separate quilt. The bathroom was also very good. |Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice both hot and cold, they also had a complete separate area for food intolerances. Only negative was breakfast doesn't open until 7.30 at the weekend which we found quite late as we like to get up early and eat. The breakfast room was packed out just after 7.30 on the Sunday. |We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the comfortable bar area. |We had arranged and paid for a 2pm checkout on our last day. At 12.10 we had a phone call from reception asking when we'd be checking out, I explained we'd paid for a late check out then 20 minutes later the cleaner came in. We felt we shouldn't have bothered paying if we were going to get disturbed anyway. |The hotel is walkable into the centre although public transport options are nearby. We did use Uber as well. |All the reception staff were lovely and helpful.

This was by far the best city hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!! The rooms are well equipped with huge windows and generally very spacious. The bed was super comfortable and it was absolutely clean throughout our entire stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s quiet at night since it’s not directly in the center of Stockholm (~25min walk) but we really loved it that way!! The atmosphere is calm, you can store your luggage for free and there was always free water/fruits available in the lobby, which we really enjoyed. Speaking of food, there’s a supermarket directly beneath the hotel which is very convenient and the breakfast was OUTSTANDING!!! They even offered coconut/soy/almond etc. milk as well as vegan cream cheese/butter etc. and basically everything you can imagine from sweet to savory - fresh and delicious I’ll definitely come back and cannot recommend this hotel more :)

Friendly staff who helped us with directions to Strawberry Arena. All the staff we encountered from reception to breakfast were very friendly and helpful. A good breakfast. Bed was comfy enough and room was clean. Only negatives I had was that there were no plugs for charging phones by the bed. |It was a good hotel for if you are wanting to go to a concert. It was one stop on the train from Odenplan to Solna.

Bed: too soft and low to ground Bathroom: spacious, floor heater, shower better designed than other hotels but no grab bars, mirror on wall at 6ft??? Breakfast: many options, vegan too but room has no windows Window/door: three floor to ceiling windows!!! Yay! only ventilation working but great for cooling off room Electrical outlets: only close to ground, near beds and on worktable Location: near great park, close to grocers, not in city center so not overly noisy

Amazing experience during our stay. The family king room made us feel like home. Comfy bed and shower relax so much. The breakfast is fabulous and also friendly staffs. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet area. The rooms are quiet, big and clean. The bathroom was spacious. There was a fridge, small freezer compartment, coffee/tea, microwave, plates, cutlery etc.|Breakfast is excellent: big variety of bread(rolls)/croissants, boiled/scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, cheese, salmon, fruit like melon, apples etc, different salades, yoghurt, granola, lots of sweet bakery stuff.|Also an area for people with a gluten and lactose allergy.

The hotel is inconsiderate and unprofessional.|The hotel's policy is without empathy in relation to extraordinary circumstances when something happens to tourists.|we were very hurt by the hotel, they canceled our reservation, without the possibility of moving the date, regardless of the fact that we did not show up on that date, someone would come two days late. With all the documentation we sent them, they canceled the reservation and thus made it impossible for us to add 2 days later and to stay until we had paid.
