Best Western U. S. Inn

We stayed one night passing through. Breakfast was good but needed refills juice was almost out as well as yogurt and food needed to be refilled. The coffee was low as well. People were smoking in rooms even though there were signs everywhere.

The check out person was not very friendly, however the reason for 5 star is due to the friendly, welcoming demeanor of Julie who checked us in. She was accommodating, cordial, informative to our numerous questions. She was amazing. Expected the same treatment with the checkout guy but was disappointed. The room was clean and adequate. The view of the lake was amazing however clean window would have been even nicer but was very dirty. Other than the check out person, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Julie. You are amazing.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay, after looking at so many others in the area and being horrified by reviews, this seemed like the best option for a reasonable price. I ended up arriving way ahead of schedule and they allowed us to check in very early, which was VERY much appreciated after being on the road over 5 hours. The gentleman who checked us in very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, beds and carpet.. Places I'm really particular about and always check first! The breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon which was appreciated, way better than some places. Overall, I was so relieved and so appreciative of this facility and plan to visit again in the future.

This motel doesn't seem at all like a best western. My first room smelled like pee, my second room was nice and clean though the gentleman at the counter was very rude about me asking to switch. The carpet looked like it was original to the building and the building seemed to have been built in the 70s. The hallways were dark and creepy. The rooms were nicer than the hallways but I wouldn't stay here again. It's a good thing I used my points for the room because I would have been very upset if I had paid for it with money.

Audrey (apologies if that’s the incorrect spelling) at the front desk was efficient and kind. She quickly got us into a room and assisted with all of our questions and concerns! We truly appreciate her help and would recommend this establishment to anyone! Thank you Best Western and Audrey!

Great location, fantastic stay, 50 minutes to the Gateway arch and the Old Court House on a Sunday, There is a great restaurant nearby, The Eagles Nest. Best 16 ounce Steak I've had in a long time. Well worth the drive.

Room was adequate for a one night stay just passing through. Booked a nonsmoking room but room reeked of stake cigar smoke. Air conditioning was cut off so we had to cool the room before going to sleep.
