Best Western Vicksburg

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Hotel is an outside hotel. My room was super clean. They gave me fresh towels and cleaned the room while i was exploring. I would stay again. I felt safe.

I stayed 6 nights. From the first moment that I walked into the front lobby until the last time I walked out the experience was fantastic! The breakfast was great; best grits that I ever had. The place was clean. Every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

We spent two nights at this property. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially, Trina and Riley. Breakfast was normal for a chain hotel. They had oranges which I enjoyed. Alas, I forgot to try the grits.||I booked this hotel using my Chase points. Unfortunately, the hotel did not allow me to accrue Best Western points for this stay. Chase points are not what they are made out to be. I think I got the short end of the stick through Chase.||This hotel is undergoing renovation. Our room had some updated stuff already like the furniture. The room was clean. The shower head is way too high. Needs to be brought down. The bath tub also needs some safety bars. The shower curtain bar and towel bar can be used for support.||The hotel is located in a commercial area. With a Ford dealership at the bottom of the hill. The hotel sits on top of the hill. The Vicksburg National Battlefield park is less than ten minutes away by car. ||Bottom line, this hotel provided good value for the money. The value and the staff got them the four stars.

Arrived at 7pm in the rain. Starving. Didnt want to get back out so hit the vending machine that didn't work. The front desk clerk offered fruit from the kitchen but not help with the machine. The towels have declined in quality and quantity. Breakfast was pretty dang good. This is may be our 3rd or 4th stay.

Great place! Friendly helpful staff who make you feel welcome. (Management must treat the staff right!) Clean, spacious room and comfortable beds. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a small, basic motel in a small town. It had everything we needed (refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron, free breakfast). The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and personable. The price was very reasonable. Would stay here again.

Found bed bugs in my room (231), asked to move to another room. Front desk wouldn’t bother to open the doors and let me stand outside at midnight in 30 degree temp and handed the new room keys through a window slit. New room (210) had bed bugs as well. I told the front desk I want a refund and immediately left. Bug picture is a screen shot from a video I took.

Dirty shower, moldy, dirty sink, being remodeled which was never mentioned on line. Front desk lady very nice. All breakfast products were cold. Recommend another place.
