This is good affordable place in Page AZ if you want to stay close to main attractions like antelope canyon, Glenn canyon park and horseshoe bend. Rooms were neat and cleaned however toilet and bathroom were not that great. But it’s comparatively cheaper than other places in the area. Free Breakfast provided was great

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western University Inn during our visit. We stayed there twice in a span of 2 weeks and our overall experience was very nice. The rooms are clean, spacious, and with comfortable beds. The public MTD bus transport stop is very closeby to the hotel. Breakfast is also decent. Overall good value for money!

Google
One of the best best western I’ve stayed at! Staff are super friendly and helpful, and I love the welcome messages from staff written on small blackboards everywhere :) Really adds a personal touch. Breakfast was amazing considering it’s free! Room was sparkling clean and spacious. We got amazing sleep at night because it was so quiet.

Google
excellent bed, comfortable pillows. Two double beds with a mid-size fridge and a microwave. Clean and modern room which inclued a full breakfast. Cold cereals, yogurt, hot chocolate, milk, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, apples, oranges, tea, coffee, all included in the price which was tremendous value compared to many other things. Stay here if you want good value and a nice clean stay.

We stayed at Best Western View of Lake Powell during our trip to antelope. The hotel is located close to the national highway. Its around 10 mins drive from Horse shoe bend, 5 min drive from the Glen Canyon dam and around a 13 min drive from the Antelope's. It is also close to many of the restaurants and almost in the heart of the Page town. The check in was smooth. We had booked a room with two queen beds. The room was spacious with a fridge, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer and TV. Breakfast was okay. The only issue we had was the rooms are low on sound proofing and we could hear even the slightest of sound from the lobby.

Google
Great location in Page, close to everything. Rooms are outdated with noisy climate control units. Coffee machine in my room wasn't working. It was fixed after my complaint to the front desk. Mattress was very soft for my preference. Included Breakfast was great with different menu on each of 2 days I stayed there. Breakfast area is large and comfortable.

Google
Aside from the below-average internet; this place was absolutely top-notch for the price. I have driven across the entire country; and haven't seen such flawless rooms with perfect service for nearly this price. The rooms are large and very well modeled; and the hard floor is a plus. Had a private back porch with a fantastic view. Very clean; and housekeeping comes everyday unless you tell them not to. The TV was very nice for a cheaper hotel. None of those fake PlaySchool remotes; real tv.. The furniture was also nice. And the bathroom was small but beautifully modeled. Easy 10min drive to Antelope Canyon or Horseshoe Bend. Finally; the breakfast was by far the most complete I have seen at this price point; including eggs, meats, pastries, muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, cereal, and some other things.. Extended my stay; and honestly already wishing I had extended there longer.

Google
I was somewhat concerned about booking this hotel after reading a few of the reviews. I am glad I did not pay attention to them. Although the view of the lake is modest, the views of the valley are outstanding. It is quite nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly . all in all a very good choice.

Yelp
Great spot to stay. The check is was quick and the room was well-kept. We also had an amazing view. Which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast and breakfast staff was very nice. I believe the breakfast staff's name was Pedro. He gave us some helpful tips about travel and the local sights; such as Horseshoe Bend and Zion National Park. We stayed at Best Western View of Lake Powell Hotel only one night, but I will gladly return when in the area.

Suzanne E.

Yelp
Not a great hotel but not a bad hotel either. Definitely over priced. The room was spacious and the towels thick and fluffy. Good breakfast as well. Coffee in the room was a plus. Some features in the hotel are very outdated. But it was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very nice

Eny M.

Yelp
Is this supposed to be a hotel? I just checked in this evening. None of the vending machines are working. They all have an out of order sticker on EVERY FLOOR. I went and asked reception where I can get water or coke. They told me circle K. This is out of order. This hotel is horrible.

Melissa M.

Yelp
First impressions matter and the front desk staff wore permanent scowls while I was here. We stayed one night as we were driving on our road trip. The hotel was fine but the halls are super loud, they need some sound dampening. The bathroom had some serious night light or something that my husband had to cover with a sticker so it didn't glow so much and keep me up. The breakfast staff was friendly and breakfast was fine. Parking is plentiful and free. Location is good. I'm disappointed that I wouldn't stay here again because of the staff. Smile or at least don't look miserable!

Paul V.

Yelp
Overall, we had a good stay at the Best Western in Page AZ. The views of the lake is just spectacular from or room. The hotel is strategically placed to have great views and be close to downtown. The room, though dated is clean and inviting. The bathroom though was alright. It really boils down where we wished the toilette was scrubbed more vigorously; stain in the porcelain are faintly visible. Breakfast is always welcome and they have a decent spread. The staff was very pleasant. Overall, a solid 3/5 for Best Western Page AZ.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel on the edge of the hill. Amazing views of mountain skyline and glen canyon dam. They have beautiful pool and patios. Friendly staff and rooms are furnished well. If you make your reservation online make sure to call them and request for room with glen canyon dam view.

Tiff M.

Yelp
Confident location when you want to visit the lower Antelope canyon and other scenic views. Such as the Glen Canyon Dam, Marina Overlook, Glen Canyon Dam Overlook, and Horseshoe Bend. Upon check in the staff was very friendly. It is very clean and has a great scenic views. The view of Lake Powell and the dam is from a distance. We still paid for the view room though. Housekeeping is upon request. Walking in the room, it was very clean. I did my black light test which past with flying colors. It has upgraded furniture, nice size tv, mini fridge, microwave, 2 full length mirrors, and nice size walk in shower. There was some paint peeling and looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and there was mold on the window ledge. The room was humid, and it does take a few minutes for the air/heat unit to warm up or cool, so keep that in mind. It was a decent sized room with a computer chair and another extra chair. The beds here are still not good for my back. This is my third Best Western where my back can't handle the beds, but I do have back issues. I did bring my extra mattress pad to help a little. The wifi is pretty bad unless you're in the lobby. Pool and hot tub are on the first floor. The hot tub is not too big, but still feels good on a crisp night and after a hike. Breakfast is 6:30-9:30 am. There is pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, cereal, granola, fruit and other toppings for pancakes, mini bagels, mini muffins and mini danishes, coffee, tea and juices. Check out was simple, they have a basket for you to drop off the room keys for a quick check out. Housekeeping was very friendly. I probably won't stay again due to the bed and the mold.

P R.

Yelp
Good facility with a lovely interior and pool and view of the golf course. When we were trying to checkin the hostess was dubious about availability of hot water and was not forthcoming. Later we were warned by another guest that there hot water is not working. So after some not so transparent conversation we decided to get a cancellation and rebook elsewhere

Yelp
Loved this location and our room amenities! We only stayed here about 16 hours (pass through stay) but we were very impressed with the room, amenities and the breakfast. The BW brand is not the old model of run down hotels. Our room was clean, the furniture was newer and the breakfast had a lot of options. We got in pretty late so we didn't get to see the view of the dam until the next day but it actually was pretty clear and nice view. The location of the hotel was right off the main road heading into the little town of page. There are 2 BW options and we felt this one had better reviews and the pricing was extremely reasonable considering our stay was going to be under 24 hours.

Sue T.

Yelp
The service was excellent especially FALENE - she was so professional and very friendly and helpful. Thanks Falene

Boaz Z.

Yelp
By far the worst service by any receptionist ever. There was a mistake in our reservation, but both of them refused to help - they did have a BW customer service number, but even when they agreed to resolve the problem and called the receptionist, she refused to help. They were rude, laughing in our face. Will not book a BW room ever again.

Alexander H.

Yelp
This hotel is very basic, loud and with poor customer service. You can hear your neighbors next door, upstairs with detail. The receptionist Yvette on 02/19 refused to change our room from a "hearing impaired" loud room by the lobby when we had asked her that we are light sleepers. When we asked to speak to the manager, she pretended that she had talked to Min the manager but lied to us that if we want to move she will have ti charge us an upgrade fee of $25, because then she would end up with an "unclean room" and her manager will get mad. The hotel had many rooms available. Also we had paid higher than the nightly fee of this hotel. The view is over rated. Don't fall for the advertising.

Annemarie R.

Yelp
Very nice breakfast. Post covid its nice to see such variety, eggs, sausage, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, fruit, pasteries, coffee and juice. Thanks Tasha and Falene.

Heather T.

Yelp
First room I was placed in had dirt marks on the comforter and pillows. The second room I was then moved to had weird stains all over the sheets and pillows. Not loving it.

Koshali S.

Yelp
Really good hotel to stay. Clean and big rooms and the price is economical as well. The only issue is the hotel does not have an elevator which is a hassle for the old people. Wonderful breakfast. The lady handling the breakfast Ms. Fae also does a wonderful job and very sweet.

andrea b.

Yelp
Booked a room with a "lake view". Arrived and had a view of a tree and road. No lake. Asked at the front desk to reimburse me for the upgrade fee for the lake view. Receptionist said she couldn't do that and to email corporate. Not sure why there isn't a lake to see but if there isn't water due to drought, don't advertise a lake view. I am not sure the reason but am guessing that may be it. Room had a very odd window between the bathroom and sleeping area. Not sure of its purpose but what I can tell you is that when someone gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, the minute they turn on the bathroom light, it shines directly into the room where everyone is sleeping. Woke everyone up. We then had to use the flashlight on our phone to use the bathroom. At least put a curtain on this failed out of place window.

Rey Jey G.

Yelp
Awesome view for a great price! We reserved three days prior, there were availability from the jump for July 4th weekend. The facilities are clean, disinfected, and we love the non-carpet flooring! You cannot beat the view of Glen Canyon and the Glen Canyon bridge/dam! The view is already the price of admission. But I am writing to give a shout-out to Ms. Falene in the breakfast buffet! The breakfast buffet (open 0630-0930) has many choices to stuff yourselves prior to seeing the tours in the hot day. Ms. Falene was very pleasant and helpful in taking care of the guests needs. We absolutely love Best Western Rim View and it's staff! We're sure to come back here again!

Carla I.

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely lovely. The front desk staff were really nice and the check in was quick. The room was clean and cool when we got in it. The upper back lounge is lovely with great views of the town and a golf course. I would definitely stay here again.

Trisha W.

Yelp
The room is great! We were on the top floor facing... lake Powell! Price was reasonable too. My only complaint would be the guests... a lot of guests staying at this particular location are completely unaware of how to be a considerate person... loud, not wearing masks, degenerates, complete idiots I'm in awe of how they're even alive.... The hotel itself is great. But just take into consideration my warning about the guests. They are extraordinarily dumb. If you're looking for a quick stay then definitely stay here! If you're looking to stay longer than 3 days then maybe splurge on a more expensive hotel so you won't have idiot neighbors. Children running and screaming down the hallways, parents not even attempting to shut them up, adults smoking in the hotel despite signs... drunk drivers... it's really disgusting. Anywho maybe that was just our bad luck.... I feel bad for the people working at the hotel and having to deal with those people.

Eric S.

Yelp
We booked a 3-night stay in room with a view of Lake Powell at Best Western View of Lake Powell. From the get-go, check-in staff was very rude. Yvette, the front desk staff, put us in a room directly in front of the elevator and claimed that we specifically requested a hearing-impaired room when we haven't heard of such rooms and confirmed our booking did not have such requests neither. Yvette kept insisting that we should have recognized some special coding, which was not shown in our booking. She even accused us of being rude when we asked to speak to the manager and threatened to record us to bully us into shutting up. When we tried to reach the manager, she was never available or on site during our entire three night stay. She never called us when asked to do so when we requested a call back. Be aware of rude and argumentative staff and absentee manager at this poorly run Best Western.

Katarina S.

Yelp
Had a reservation here and my mom ended up hospitalized unexpectedly so I reached out to cancel it (literally typing them from the hospital) and asked for refund/credits for a later time given the situation about 10 days before my trip was scheduled. The staff thoroughly ignored me, and once my travel agency reached out to them, they just said no. Absolutely horrifying.

Karin V.

Yelp
Gorgeous views, clean rooms and a hearty breakfast. Falene was friendly and welcoming (at 6:30am) and made sure we were well taken care of.

Rebecca S.

Yelp
This is probably one of the better hotels in Page. I had a a room with 2 queen beds and the room seemed recently remodeled. It was very clean, with tile floors, flat screen TV and free WiFi. There was a notice at the front desk regarding slow WiFi due to being in a rural area. It didn't seem that slow and worked very well on all my devices. Great location with pretty views of the lake.

Sabrina C.

Yelp
Stayed here in April of 2022 for 2 nights. First night, I thought I was allergic to the sheets because I was itching like crazy and asked to get all the linens exchanged, which they did. The second night, I woke up to a small bug crawling in the sheets. I immediately notified the front desk and was confirmed to be bed bugs.

Sheri E.

Yelp
Best Western Paradise! Great views, comply beds and homemade breakfast by happy employees! Calista, Tisha and Falena will make your day. Providing hot and fresh breakfast that includes homemade pancakes with lots of toppings! Wonder way to start your day of hiking! Thank you Best Western for a great staff.

Menglu H.

Yelp
Unethical hotel management and unprofessional hotel staffs! I made a reservation at this Best Western for one night for the rate and received email confirmation. When I checked in at the front desk, they handed me a piece of paper with a completely new rate, saying there was a mistake and I had to pay the new rate. I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotel chains, but I have never seen such unprofessional hotel staffs and I feel seriously disrespected. No advanced notices, no apologies, and horrible attitudes telling me there was nothing they could do and I was forced to accept it (we are two girls traveling and we were already tired from being on the road the whole day). My understanding of a "confirmed reservation" is that my room and my rate are guaranteed. I expected to pay the amount stated on my confirmation. This is my rights under the consumer protection law. You can't just change the rate on the day I am supposed to check in without giving me a proper explanation. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed about how Best Western treats their Diamond Select member.

Jamie L.

Yelp
Had a great stay at best Western! Modern and spacious rooms with comfy bedding and pillows. On the down side, there were some small stains on the bedding but that's not too big of a deal.. I understand they're not spot cleaning all the sheets. The breakfast was the bomb! Professional staff with a wide selection of hot and cold foods. The oatmeal bar was a surprise and I was so happy to see that. Got oatmeal with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and walnuts. Would def book again when I come back!

Steve R.

Yelp
Rude and really incompetent staff. Bed bugs first night. We were moved (finally) to another room that didn't seem to have bed bugs. No hot water the 2nd night for the whole hotel. Long line of people waiting to complain or check out early. Employees hiding not wanting to come out and talk to angry guest. Lack of communication. Can't believe this is a Best Western. More like a Motel 6. Better hotels down the hill. You have been warned.

Heather D.

Yelp
Awesome location. Awesome price. Awesome breakfast. I can only rave about this hotel. This was probably one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in in the last year. They passed the clean test Everything was very clean and I love the laminate floors. The View out the rooms is incredible. I got the room with a partial View and it was great so I can't even imagine what the full view looks like. We've always loved Best Westerns and actually being able to afford to stay in one is even better. We will definitely be staying in Best Westerns in the future. This is the perfect stopping point or Hub to take multiple trips to multiple national parks in the area. There is even a national park that is within 5 minutes of the hotel, awesome.

Tyler R.

Yelp
You know what you shouldn't do to your guests? Wake them up at 10:30PM for something petty. Long after I had fallen asleep, Sara at the front desk calls my room after 10PM to tell me the parking lot was completely full and that my pickup truck needed to be moved to the street so that other guests could park there. I thought, "well let's contribute to the greater cause." After begrudgingly putting on clothes and marching downstairs, I found 11 open parking stalls in addition to the 2 stalls that my truck was taking up. ELEVEN OPEN STALLS. I photographed the so-called-full-house and attached them to this review. Sara: You will be hearing more from me about this rude and unnecessary room call.

Matthew G.

Yelp
Decent hotel. WiFi signal was strong and secured with WPA2 (no open WiFi with captive portal - nice touch). Room was spacious. Minus one star for poor attempt at grab and go breakfast. They really cheaped out. A muffin a granola bar and a water. No protein. All sugar. Other places I have been during covid have offers yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, or breakfast burritos to go. Also room floor was a bit sandy. But did not bother us too much.

Cassie R.

Yelp
BED BUGS!!! I didn't want to have to leave this review but management has given me no choice. We stayed at this hotel at the end of March and I woke up with bites all over my face and neck. We quietly let the front desk person know and they told us management would be in touch. I gave it a week and didn't hear anything so I contacted them again and they said to email management. I emailed multiple times and left multiple messages at the front desk for management over a month and I still haven't heard back from them 2 months later. I was really hoping they would contact me to make it right but they never did. We are very disappointed because we enjoyed the location of the hotel and the trip in general but it was unfortunately ruined by management's lack of communication and consideration.

Gah_b M.

Yelp
I stayed here for part of my spring break. Had planned a couple hikes, so I really just needed somewhere quite where I could sleep comfortably but was still cost effective. I have to say BW delivered. I had an issue with my first room and went to the front desk they promptly found a solution, alternate room, even though it was a busy week. I enjoyed their complimentary breakfast options. Everything was delicious! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Christine, Falene, Callista and Pedro for making our stay enjoyable from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out.

Helen S.

Yelp
I checked in late last night. It was a no frills check in. The person was neither nice nor not nice. I came to my room and settled in. The room was clean. I love the fact that it doesn't have carpet in the room. The bathroom has a nice shower and the towels were nice and clean and white. The bed was just ok. Not too hard. Not too soft. The pillows were awesome. The remote stopped working so had to go to front desk for new batteries. I agreed to not having my room cleaned during my stay. Solo traveler and only two nights. I felt safe at this hotel. The parking lot was well lit. As was the lobby. I was coming in after dark both evenings so safety is a huge issue for me. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in Page. There are many to choose from. But you can't go wrong with the value of this hotel. And the views on the patio are amazing.

Hector C.

Yelp
We enjoyed our hotel stay at BW. We only stayed one night but the staff made sure we felt welcomed and were very helpful with everything. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Also right before we left Falene was very nice and suggested a few places we should stop at during our road trip that otherwise we wouldn't had seen. Thank you all.

Rebecca T.

Yelp
Decent hotel for the price. Newly renovated with a nice lobby. We didn't get a room on the lake view side because it was all booked by individual and tour group travelers. Given there aren't many hotels in the area, I'm glad the stay turned out well. The room was newly renovated with a nice shower and comfy bed. A nice bathroom is essential especially after a long day of hike! I like how the floor was not carpeted so it won't trap any soil and dirt from hiking. The breakfast was decent with two dining rooms. If one is full, you can move to the other one. The typical continental breakfast included eggs, sausage, fruits, cereal, etc. The area was manned by a staff and he was so nice to refill my hydration pack. I like how there's also an elevator in the hotel. Not much noise around our room and we could get a good night's sleep. No complaint!

Irith S.

Yelp
We are on a family road trip and not looking for anything fancy and when we arrived the Hotel looked a bit older but clean. First night was ok. Second night was a nightmare. The walls are so thin in this hotel that you can hear people sneezing in the next room. They must know because they put up signs to be quiet after 10pm. The kids went to sleep and we were watching TV when the people next to us came back to their room around 10:30 and made so much noise the kids woke up. My husband yelled for them to be quiet but it took an additional few times for them to shut up. We all finally settle back down and more people come back and are even louder in the hall. It went south from there and the loudest person claimed to be the night manager which it turns out he wasn't. It totally ruined our day and made us exhausted for our planned excursions the next day. I would only recommend this place as a last resort or for people who can sleep with a lot of noise.

Brian W.

Yelp
The service I received at the breakfast and the hotel in general was excellent. The people at the breakfast, namely Callista and Tasha, were so pleasant and helpful- they were cheerfully helping our kids with their servings! Great view of the area to boot, nice hotel!

Alexis H.

Yelp
The hotel was very nice. Nicer than the hotel where we stayed in Las Vegas *cough* The Harrahs *cough*. Only a couple of miles away from the Antelope Canyons. Close to some fast food restaurants but there isn't much in the surrounding areas! Warning, the owners were very strict on the amount of people staying in a room. They even checked you in for their free breakfast which I have never seen the done before!

Kay B.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room I was given when I checked was soooo dirty and unclean. Who ever stayed here before the night before suffered from Montezuma's revenge. Just plain nasty. Requested a new room of course. Apparently management did not like me saying something about to my friends in the lobby. The next day the front desk said don't come back here. Seriously what makes them think we would come back.

Mary K.

Yelp
Overall exceeded expectations. We had 2 rooms, side by side; very nice size. Newly renovated, very clean. Balcony overlooking Glen Canyon Dam. Walking distance to many restaurants. Full breakfast. Very impressive. Tasha, Callista, Falene very helpful and greeted everyone "Good morning." They have an automatic pancake maker and the delicious oatmeal. They have a lot of choices for breakfast. Honestly I haven't seen this kind of hotel breakfast since way before Covid. We'd definitely stay again!

Linda C.

Yelp
Very pleased with my stay. Stayed for two nights in a two queen bed room. Complimentary breakfast comes with your stay until 10AM! Pool/hot tub is open until 10PM, but the pool is closed during the winter season. The room was clean, came with a Keurig, and had a little patio view. Front desk was very kind when checking in and out. The wifi was pretty bad, but it was difficult to find service anywhere in Page, so I understand. If I find myself back in Arizona I'll definitely be back!

Laurie V.

Yelp
With all the bad reviews, I'm really pleasantly surprised with how good this hotel was. Sure the wifi wasn't always great but, who needs wifi when you're trying to enjoy other's company and/or nature. When I was in my room or on the lobby's balcony, it was like being on a cruise ship with no signal whatsoever lol Head to the lobby, and you can catch up with your work or social media. Location was great as it's down the road from some great restaurants and grocery store (Safeway). Rooms had enough room for my party of 4 and our luggage and dirty clothes from hiking all day. There was a fridge AND microwave, which was unexpected. Flat screen tv, cable. Hot shower was way important. We asked for a "City View" and got a great view of the sunrise in the morning. There was a pool and Jacuzzi that we enjoyed at night. Pool, itself, was freezing but, jazucci was just what the doctor ordered. I cannot forget that breakfast was included. That's always great when booking a hotel bcuz it's one less thing to worry about travelling for. Good (enough) breakfast of bacon, eggs, toast, different kinds of cereal and yogurts. Overall, great time and place for some rest before our adventures!

Matt L.

Yelp
This Best Western was one of the cheaper options during our overnight stay in Page. We paid around $225 with tax on a Wednesday evening in August so we could cover Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon during our stay. The Restaurant was pretty nice for a Best Western that included a fridge, desk, tv, and pool. Parking was included as well as breakfast (however breakfast was limited hours for around 3 hours). Staff was friendly and room was pretty spacious to sleep 4 in a 2 queen bed room. Location was ideal and about 20 minutes from Horseshoe and Antelope Canyon. I wouldn't mind staying here again and definitely beats the travelodge hotel across the street as the cheapest option to stay overnight in Page.

Meredith B.

Yelp
clean and inviting rooms. Wonderful lobby with cold water and coffee station with amazing views! Morning breakfast was yummy and staff was very friendly and helpful! great staff: Falene, Callista and Tasha

Gregory C.

Yelp
Super disappointed.... customer service was unprofessional and unreasonable. It smell marijuana in the corridor. The pool is super small. No restaurant to enjoy their patio. A moth was stuck in between curtains in our room. Breakfast was meeeh. 1st and last time there.

Heidi Y.

Yelp
Rooms were nice and clean. View was awesome. Breakfast was excellent, the staff take pride in keeping the breakfast stocked and clean and they are very friendly and helpful.

Michael B.

Yelp
Hello, I was too hospitable in her hotel. I am a frequent traveler and spend an average of 40 nights in hotels per year. I had everything from a shared room with 6 people in San Francisco to the luxury bungalow in the Maldives. I am constantly on the lookout for the extraordinary, unmistakable! I finally have the feeling that I have found something unique! her hotel "Best Western, view of Lake Powell, in Page! outside, an unbearable heat! then finally this cool repellent temperature in the foyer, which emanated from her gum-chattering lady at the reception .... which made quite a competent impression to play with her smartphone. Luckily I was allowed to enter the room at 4:00 pm, so it's not a matter of course to check in early! Thanks, I wish that every hotel could get that way! My expectations were of course not so great on the cleanliness, it was only until 04:00 pm time to clean the room. About the few stains on the bathroom door (feces maybe?), The floor with its black print one newspaper, the coffee machine with as much coffee grounds as starbucks at closing time and the countless black hair to make a wig out of it I could see away. But the missing hair dryer did not work! At the reception one gave me fortunately directly a new room with hair dryer! that was very nice! I was afraid that the new room might look a little different! but hey ..... everything was just as "clean" as in the first room and a hair dryer was there too! Thank you! You are the most disgusting and incompetent hotel I have ever stayed in! just something unique! Here are 2 videos from the rooms: https://youtu.be/Fqj7FCT-zIA https://youtu.be/fzVIWZb6WW4 Sincerely from Germany and thanks for nothing! Michael Bersch (Updated Aug 7) The hotel was unwilling to reimburse us for part of the cost. Not even $ 50 at a $ 225 room rate I paid. There was not even an apology. This would have been free for the hotel. The manager's charge of wanting to get a free night's sleep and being a professional cheater, I dismissed with a smile. I wanted a clean room where you feel comfortable. Instead, they responded unprofessionally. It can not always be perfect but at least the basics should be right.

Yelp
Rudeness more unique than rare. It seems impossible for the reception staff to be so rude enough to thin you up and not to answer simple questions or tell you where to find the room. Very old hotel, poorly maintained and not very clean especially in the common areas. We wanted to take a bath in the pool but the water was dirty. The room but it smells unpleasant (not clean) and a very noisy old air conditioner. The bed linen is yellowed and very rough, not at all pleasant. Even the soundproofing of the rooms is very bad you can hear everything that happens in the corridors. Last note, Wi-Fi does not work in all areas of the hotel ... advice: to avoid given the number of hotels on Page you will surely find it better!
