Great food and service! I was here years ago and it is still great.

This hotel is well designed and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and clean with excellent bathrooms. The bathroom had everything we needed, a spacious shower cubicle and a powerful shower. ||The restaurant was an unexpected pleasure with excellent food and a varied menu. Even the vegetarian in our party was well catered for - often a problem in Germany. There was a great wine list as well. We enjoyed tasting the local Franken wines. ||Friendly and helpful staff added to the pleasure of our stay.||The only downside of the hotel is the location, it's not within walking distance of the town of Wertheim. However, if you are looking for a hotel with a great resturant in the Wertheim area, we can highly recommend the Bestenheider Stuben.

A business trip took me to Wertheim and was booked a room by my host company at this hotel. ||||I arrived at 20:15 from Frankfurt by car and had ample space to park my car. Check-in was friendly and quick and I was given a nice large room at the back of the hotel so there was absolutely no noise from the main street. It seems that the hotel does not have an elevator so dragging my bag up a flight of strains was a bit inconvenient. ||||The room was large and very well kept. Quality of the bed and pillows too did not give me any reason to complain. I walked down for a beer and was directed to a rather nice looking bar. Here again, service was very good and was quickly served. ||||After a good night's sleep, I walked down to breakfast. This was probably a let down because they had a pretty ordinary spread of things to eat. I was offered eggs made to order which I declined but otherwise the breakfast was nothing to write home about. ||||All in all, for a business visit, I found the hotel well up to my satisfaction and will recommend this to anyone visiting Wertheim for work. Not sure how far the hotel is from a near by railway station but if you have your own car, this is a pretty convenient place to get to.

Hotel just for an overnight stay, dated rooms, bed could be better. But the restaurant is superb with a wilde variety of choices. High quality for a reasonable price. Very interesting is the cocktail bar! When you are a smoker you don't need to go outside. Nice barkeeper with much knowledge about his business :-)

location is good if you are there for business. food and bar are excellent. too bad the rooms are not very well equipped. a miniature TV and super soft mattresses are standard. no wifi on 3rd floor and only poor reception in the rooms below. that's not okay on a business trip.

We stayed with my colleague while on a business trip in Wreden. We arrived late on Monday evening, got very good service at the reception and got our rooms without delay. Instead of trying the restaurant we headed straight to pub for a pint or two and found that also a very enjoyable experience. After a good night's sleep we were served a good breakfast and were on our way before 9 o'clock.||||Anyhow the hotel served us everything what a business traveler needs: Internet, a good night's sleep and breafast to keep you going.

If you are on the lookout for decent vegan food in Wertheim your choices are extremely limited. Good for you there is Bestenheider Stuben to the rescue. They have fresh food, nicely prepared and displayed and, I can’t stress this enough vegan, too. Check it out!

We went for dinner one Friday night. Good and service were good. Good environment The pumpkin ravioli is a good vegetarian option!
