"Bestie, Chinatown Strathcona by Post Projects. Willkommen in der Mutter! Serving up some of the finest currywurst since that last visit to Berlin, Bestie will be your new BFF and go-to on a cold winters day, or a balmy summer evening. Let's face it, theres always time for a spiced sausage on a bed of fries served with a refreshing beer (local on tap or German imports)."

One of the best places for flavour, quality and a bang for your buck! Every single item was absolutely delicious and unique. Each dish was on point and everything complimented each other very nicely, including their in house made sauces... also best curried ketchup and mayo I've ever had. Service was legit, zero complaints.

My first German pub experience and it was tasty. The currywurst and the burger were very unique amd exciting. All the beer on tab is amazing there. Nice and quiet pub where you can enjoy a glass of beer and catch up with your buddy.

Nice, casual place offering some nice German 🇩🇪 food, like Currywurst (German sausage with curry-ketchup sauce) and sausages overall, Leberkäse (meatloaf), Sauerkraut, and more. The food is really good and authentic (only tried the Currywurst with fries so far) and the service is good, too. The place itself is on the small-ish side, so depending on the size of your party you might need to wait a bit. We will definitely come again!

Not totally authentic German...but totally worth it!! Great customer service. Best apple cider I've ever had. The cheese fries are great. The sausage could be bigger, but the flavor is good. Sauerkraut is fresh and plentiful. A+

Best place in the city for delicious currywurst! Their other sausage options are equally tasty (had the turkey and it was perfectly seasoned), while their selection of sides deserve huge recognition for holding their own and balancing out every plate. Can't go wrong with the classic cut fries that come with the currywurst, but my favourite sides are their 'neu potato salad', the tangy sauerkraut and their pretzels with mustard! Everything is so delicious and the staff here are some of the friendliest and coolest people you could ever have a conversation with! Thank you Bestie for 7 amazing years! Can't wait to see what's next from you guys :)

Hidden gem in the China Town area. My fiancee and I were walking around the area one day and stumbled upon this hipster looking German sausage joint. The service was amazing. The food was phenomenal. We tried the Currywurst and it was nothing I have tried before. The sauce was amazing!! Definitely worth a try when you are in the area. They also have beer on tap as well. You can't go wrong!!

Want an impromptu trip to Berlin? Looking for a getaway from the every day with your own Bestie? Then I highly recommend trying some of the very filling and authentic dishes at Bestie. We had lunch and my date swears it is just like the delicious delectables that are available when you get off the train in Berlin. My Bestie and I had the Curry Sausage on fries and the pretzel board. I don't like curry really, but I will definitely go back for more of that curry sausage. The Pretzel Board is deceptive and quite filing; Multiple Mustards! Stinky Cheese Sauce!

Walked by Bestie and reading the menu sold me! Split the Animal Farm with my partner and it was phenomenal! Get it with the extra mayo and sauce! The music, staff, atmosphere and obviously the food will keep me coming back here.
