We have returned from a 4 night stay at Kiev Inn. The check in process was straight forward and the staff member who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. Kiev Inn is located in a fantastic location, a couple of minutes walk from Independence Square and the main amenities. We absolutely loved our time in Kyiv; the people were so welcoming and the architecture is amazing. If you choose to do the Chernobyl tour through Solo East, the pick up point is very close to Kiev Inn. The staff members that we saw throughout our stay were friendly and were able to communicate in English. The only negative was the lack of hot water supply which meant that we were unable to use the spa bath. When reported to reception, a gentleman did come and have a look but this didn't fully resolve the problem. We were able to use the shower but there wasn't enough hot water to use the spa bath. There was also an intermittent issue with the water pressure for the toilet. This was the only negative and everything else was fantastic. We would certainly recommend a stay at Kiev Inn and will return next time we visit Kyiv. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed at this accommodation for 4 days over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was approx. 25 mins from the airport. Check in was very swift and our room was on the ground floor facing the carpark, we were pleased with this as the rooms facing the front are on quite a busy road. The room was very commodious and had everything to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, fridge, power points and kitchenette as standard. An iron, ironing board, kettle and safe were also provided. Although a tv was provided there wasn’t any English speaking channels however there was a Polish music tv show channel which played western pop/chart music. The bed was king size and very comfortable. Both the shower pressure and temperature were spot on. There was also a Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom but we never used it. Housekeeping came everyday and supplied plenty of clean towels and toilet roll.||Wifi worked excellent and all the staff we encountered on the front desk were helpful and could all speak English.||Location wise this hotel has it nailed. We took a visit to Chernobyl and the pickup point was about a 40 second walk from the door. There is also a 24 hour pub (copper pub) on the corner which became our local. There are loads of restaurants, bars, shops, ATMs and bureau de change surrounding the accommodation.||You can’t go wrong with this hotel. For both value and location it has them covered. If we ever return to Kyiv we will definitely return to this hotel and have recommended it to friends and family.||

I have Used Best Kiev Apartments 7 times this year. Each apartment has been The apartments are according to the description on the site - clean and comfortable. The locations are within an easy walk to Majdan was very practical and provided easy access to restaurants, transportation. The main sites in the center were within a few minutes by foot. The reception was very helpful and quickly solved any problem that occurred, whether related to the apartment or anything else.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay at the Best Season Apart Hotel in center of Kiev. I was amazed by the beauty of the studio apartment and its large size, comfort, modern interior, cleanliness, quietness, and safety. In addition, Serge at management and Alyona at the reception desk were excellent. Also the arrangement of a driver from airport was superb and reassuring. Fantastic accommodations with great guest service. Thank you!

I stayed here a few times, while working in Kiev. The apartment was clean and very well maintainted. Also the service was very good, as they can organize transport from and to the airport with an English-speaking driver. This saves a lot of hassle, and also ensures that you have no problem to get the key of the apartment (which is often the case). All in all: excellent!

We stayed here only one night between our flights. There is nothing but great I can say about these apartments.||Location is fantastic, 20 m from the main Maidan Nezaleznosti sq. Plenty of dining, sightseeing and transport options around.||Our room was spacious, with the spa bathtub, very nicely decorated. Kettle and coffee bags in the room, as well the fridge, very convenient.||Staff is kind and they organized a reasonable transfer fare to the airport.

Stayed here for a long weekend in apt 4. The service was really good they were responsive to questions and arranged collection and drop.off at the airport for a fraction of the cost of a taxi. The building from the outside isnt very astetically pleasing but the standard of accomodation inside is really good and comes well equipt. Great location with easy access to everywhere. The only downside was the bed was far to hard so we ended up with sore backs you only get 1 pillow each and have to pay for extra pillows and the WiFi was hit and miss apart from that it was a great place to stay and good value for money.

Look no further if you want to stay in the heart of the city within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. 1 min walk and you are in the main square which has a metro station , cafes, bars and a shopping centre. Very quick and easy check in and all staff we came into contact with were friendly. Room was very spacious with kitchen facilities and a spa bath (coming back after a long day of walking this was a god send!) Would 100% come back here if we are in Kiev again.||Highly recommend trying restaurant 'georgia' it was fantastic and just a few mins walk
