Stayed in the 8 dorm bed room and had a pleasant experience. There were 3 toilets and showers on our floor and wifi was working great everywhere. There is AC in the room so I’m the night the room is nice and cool. The staff is really nice and helpful. The beds are simple but comfortable. It’s not cheap but you can’t compare Singapore to the rest of SEA. I’m pretty sure of all the hostels this is the best one price-quality wise. You can get a lock with a 10 dollar deposit. Free toast and coffee is also a nice extra.

Hi Hi

Lovely staff and free breakfast. Zym helped me a lot when I checked in and had all the information I needed for my stay. The planned days with pre-made maps are perfekt vor exploring Singapore in a few days. Can totally recommend this hostel 👍

Zym was amazing! This was an awesome hostel definitely made a tone of friends. Very social if you want it to be. They have toast for breakfast and have laundry. (Plus ice for your drinks) I highly suggest this to any solo traveler.

I spent 1 week in this Hostel. I booked a 5 beds female dorm and i was most of the time alone or with only an other girl in the room. The staff is very friendly, thanks Zym for your good mood every day ! I met cool guys there even if people stay only 1 to 3 days in Singapor. The Hostel is near a lot of restaurants and bars and 40 min away from the city center by bus. No kitchen in the Hostel. You can rent a bike 15 $ the all day to visit the town.

Had an good stay here only things i will say is that only down fall is in the big room is it so quiet on a night. And the room is open to the showers and toilets. So hou can hear everything as someone is on the toilet and it is a very bright room. Good beds and good temp to sleep in. The staff are very friendly and helpful and good vibe on the night. The soundproofing on the room is amazing people can party in the community area and not hear a thing in the dorm room.

Zym is a super chill and kind dude. He went out of his way to help me get settled in. Both Zym and John are the exact kinds of guys you need at a hostel. They are very welcoming and are great at connecting with people and getting them together. Thanks for all your help!

At least they charged me less for laundry. Hostel was average clean/ dirty hostel quality. Unfortunately my sheets were dirty. Water pressure and temp were great. Breakfast is toast and jams. I hate to say it but the staff was terrible. When I was checking in, John and the other older man who worked there were criticizing the spelling of my last name, like okay sure, banter and whatnot. But they would not drop the topic and they got really pushy and annoying about it. Keep in mind this is before I even get my key and can go rest. Man, it must be my personal experience, but every 4 out of 5 things John said to me was some snarky or critical/ judgemental remark, whether about me or someone else. I'm not trying to sound like a snowflake but the guy was just really annoying and often rude with conversation to the point where it's just inappropriate for a hostel service. When I saw John upon checkout, he said something along the lines of "sorry for the banter, I know not everyone is talkative," so he absolutely realized the situation. Instead of apologizing for me "not being talkative" he should have just owned the fact that he failed to be polite. Unfortunate exchange.

More expensive than other hostels in Asia but that’s just Singapore. Great staff, they are so friendly and it really felt like a home! Free breakfast - as much toast, tea, coffee and loads of spreads. The room is basic, no curtains or WiFi upstairs but the hang out area is lovely so you can chill and use WiFi there. There’s sofas, guitars, a tv and Netflix! Really lovely and friendly place. Good location.
