Beth Israel Synagogue is worth seeing if you really would like to see Jewish Heritage in Turkey and understand the prosperous life once Izmir Jews had. Compared to previously built synagogues in Izmir, this one is much bigger and carefully built to make Jews meet each other to pray and socialize at a more modern atmosphere. When I take my Jewish Heritage Tour in Izmir guests, they feel like they are experiencing their ancestors lifestyle.

Couldnt get inside. I tried twice, but the bad police Man didnt allowed me. My grand father was from Izmir and i want from Uruguay. I was a pitty.

We tried to come in but a bad staff didn’t allow us. It is ok but the staff was impolite and aggressive

A place for racism. Couldn't enter only based of appearances. Nice religion..

Nice place but if you are not a Jew you cannot enter because it's forbidden

A very beautiful synogogue. Worth a visit definitely.
