The reason I’m giving 3stars isn’t because of my doctor Betsy Latner, she is a great and pleasant doctor . But the staff is ruining this practice . The ladies in the front have no people skills and seem very annoyed in working there . It’s a doctors office and they should be polite they don’t know what some patients are going through when they go there . It’s always a very long wait !!!!! They don’t keep you posted are when you’ll be seen bc they don’t care . Goo never get a call with results . I’ve considered changing doctors just because of this environment. I really hope they change and get more professional compassionate ppl their.

My experiences with this office have never been pleasant. I did continue to use this office for years, however my last experience was the absolute worst! Maybe the move just showed me how the workers actually act. From the moment I entered the waiting room I witnessed the two receptionist online shopping, while putting patients on hold(which has been me). The receptionist were making fun of the patients on hold infront of everyone in the waiting room. I heard one of the receptionist say that each doctor is extremely over booked on purpose. Now besides the unprofessionalism in the waiting room once I entered the room I was greeted by a very nice women. When she was done I found myself waiting for a very long time, while listening to the staff laugh, run around and play. Ofcourse I decided from everything I had witessed this day that I would be leaving and finding a new doctor. It was requested that my file would be mailed to me. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks. So today about 8 weeks later I call to see where my file is?!?! I was told that it has not yet been put in that my file was requested. When asked to speak to the manger I was told the manager does not deal with files. When I then said well I would like to speak about my last experience I was put on hold and never answered again. I don't understand how a doctors office can have such unprofessional employees. Or why would they over book to the point you wait hours. My whole experience with this office from my first visit to my last were absolutely awful. Hopefully the higher educated doctors while realize that the employees they have chosen to work are extremely unprofessional and need to be replaced. I am literally embarrassed for this office and the doctors whom are associated with it.

I have been going to Dr. Lantner since I was 17. I have referred my friends to her, my mom and her friends go. I have been to many doctors in my years. And I feel that the longer the wait means the doctor takes their time with each patient. I have been to places that they were so quick that I didn’t know we were done. So yes you have to wait but in my experience it’s worth it! Not many doctors these days that will take their time. Everything is a RUSH RUSH RUSH!

I have been going to this office for many years and have had nothing but problems. They do not call you when you get abnormal results, over book patients. The wait time is 2 to 3 hours. The girls at the front desk are rude, loud and obnoxious. Over the years this office has become so unprofessional. After my last experience of waiting 3 and 1/2 hours to have a procedure, after undressing on the table they discovered they ran out of a tool necessary for this specific procedure. The room became filled with employees rummaging through cabinets looking for the instrument. This was humiliating and no one cared. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!

Office phone is always off DURING THEIR CLAIMED BUSINESS HOURS! You can't reach anyone here. Not professional at all. Went to this office twice so far for an appointment with the doctor, still haven't seen her or met the doctor. A joke of a place would not recommend to anyone. Save your time and hardship find a different gyno.

Their staff may not be as professional as we all hope for when we enter a medical office but the doctors there are amazing and they know what they are doing. I have been treated by all three doctors in that office and they all possess high skills and experience.

Absolutely amazing experience of giving birth to my daughter with the help of the highly professional doctor Betsy Lantner !! I was very lucky to have you as my doctor for a delivery.I never had a chance to thank you ,so i hope you will read this post !!

Horrible experience. I had an appointment with the doctor and they were closed before my time scheduled.They don't even care to call you and let you reschedule. You waste valuable time there. Unprofessional employees.
