On 12/1/25 I made an online purchase through the app at 502am. When I got to the store to pick up my order the lights were on and people were inside. The gentlemen who spoke to me through the drive thru told me that they had changed the hours and it should've been changed on the app and that all he could do is refund me my money. Well I never received a refund and was still charged for the order. This is wrong for some many reasons
1) if you're going to change store hours then whoever's in charge of running the better buzz app should've made it not possible for people to order.
2) if you're already in the store with other people why not just fill the order since I'm pretty sure the supplies you needed were already there. Or at least turn the damn lights off, and put a sign on the drive thru saying you're closed and the hours have been changed and not have wasted my time to begin with.
3) keep your word and give me the refund you said you were going to do! The refund I'm intitled to.
This was unethical, dishonest, untruthful, and flat out robbery. To charge a person for a service or product not provided to me is theft. What if I never checked mv account?

I would like to add, just so everyone can know the truth about what kind of business this is and the kind of people it's ran by. The district manger Yanai replied to my review giving me her email for me to connect wit her directly to make this right. Well guess what, just like I never received that refund from the store, I never got a reply from Yanai to "make things right" what was your point of even replying to my review? To make people think you would make it right when you had zero intention's of following through with your word? This is the most ridiculously, unethical business
establishment I've ever come across in my life. If you've been to this establishment and were owed a refund, check to make sure they gave it to you, because believe me, you can't take their word for it. And don't try to say you never got my email cause just like my refund I was supposed to get, I checked, double checked and triple checked that the email spelling was correct and went through. Zero stars for the company with the least integrity.
