Rooms were beautiful & very clean. Breakfast was less than average - there is no kitchen in this hotel, so eggs were cold (shuttled in from across the street) & no other real substantial options (croissants, fruit).
Front desk staff is terribly rude. My key card had to be reprogrammed several days in a row & they always acted like it was such an inconvenience for them! (No apology to me having to come down from floor 5 each time) … which by the way, the elevators are crazy-slow, so the stairs were preferred.
Even more importantly, I had 3 pairs of shoes in a shopping bag that were just “GONE” from my room & nobody could find them. The front desk acted like I made it up or accidentally put them in the trash can! He weirdly pointed to a waste basket & asked me if I put them in there! Then again, never offered an apology or anything further!! I offered my contact info, thinking they might reach out with an apology or something later..
I’m sure you’ll be shocked to hear, I’ve not heard from them since checkout (2wks ago).
I would definitely not recommend this hotel!
