Lots of fun to decorate your own jeans. Jeans were quality denim with a great range of rivets buttons and badges. Also had a lot of denim accessories for sale. The staff were really kind and fun too.

If you have the time to do this, definitely do!! You need to book far in advanced, I booked on Klook (my code is YLNBTE for a US$5 discount). it is one of my favorite things l've done on my trip. the people are super nice and helpful with finding the perfect jeans, and they have a lot of different styles. I am a US women's 8-ish (29 waist, bigger bum and thighs, 5'8) and they had a ton of sizes and some were even too big for me. If you don’t find anything you like, they offer to refund you and you don’t have to do the experience. the length is also really good!! they let us take our time with finding the perfect buttons and patches, and it came with a tote bag. Jeans are super comfortable but they will rub off on stuff since it’s fresher denim! They warn you though and give wash instructions. thank you so much and 10000% recommend!!!

Absolutely recommend this experience. We had a lovely time with the staff - they were extremely kind and helpful and guided us through the whole process. We love the jeans - they fit perfectly and the quality is amazing, so soft and comfy!! Definitely a must stop when visiting Tokyo ☺️

The staff were incredibly friendly, and made us feel right at home with their kindness and smiles. They joked a little with us when we tried our novice hands on the button and rivet machines, but were very patient the whole time we were there. For petite ladies, recommend to take the high waist wide leg cut. There is a skirt version too. There're only 1 denim wash available for all designs for men and women. 2 dressing rooms available.

Definitely a fun experience. We were able to customize our jeans by choosing our type of jeans, buttons and all the fixings. The staff are kind, fun and friendly. They truly make the experience memorable. 100% recommend!!

Its fun to do design your own jeans. The Betty design is so cute. Choose the Betty design coz you will never get it at anywhere else. And to add on I was guided by the friendly staff there.

Such an amazing experience on our Tokyo trip! We were the last reservation of the day and had the place to ourselves, gave us the time and space to make our choices. The staff were amazing and so helpful and sweet and made the experience that much better! Definitely check the place out, the jeans are such a good souvenir and an overall great experience. And I will say it again, the staff were the kindest people ever, loved meeting them.

We had a terrific time at the Betty Smith Ebisu Factory with the jeans-making experience. They graciously accommodated the four of us even though our original reservation had been for two, and patiently walked us through choosing the size and style of jeans, and then selecting and attaching the button and rivets. Looking forward to wearing our new custom Betty Smith jeans!
