10/10 — The BEST breakfast and brunch spot in Medellín!! My favorite! Everything on the menu is delicious! The egg bagel sandwich 😍, the waffles are perfect, and the fruit bowls are fresh and beautifully presented. It’s a warm, family-run place with great service and cozy vibes. An absolute must-visit. 5 stars. Seating outdoors has a new roof which protects from ☔️ or sun ☀️

I had an amazing breakfast experience at Betty’s Bowl! The prices are very reasonable for the generous portions, and everything I tried was delicious. The açai bowls were especially refreshing and packed with flavor — definitely a highlight 🍓🫐. I also had the avocado toast, which was fantastic 🥑🍞, and the coffee complemented everything perfectly ☕. My friends tried different items from the menu, and they were all impressed. Highly recommend Betty’s Bowl for a satisfying and affordable breakfast!

Betty's Bowls – Amazing food with so many options to choose from! The staff is friendly, and both the food and smoothies are delicious. Prices are fair, and the music adds to the great atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for breakfast—clean, spacious, and highly recommended!

The restaurant is on the side of the street so the cars noise is loud, which made the atmosphere not relaxing. The food is good but I did not like my drink at all (dirty chai). While it was filling, I felt like is gringo-priced.

Heavily overpriced for the Quality. Right next to a Busy Street, noisy and I smell more of the exhaust fumes than my actual meal. Definetely NOT a place for a quiet breakfast. The waiter was nice though and closed the roof for us to get Shadow. Ginger Shot: Terrible. 95% Cheap Lemon Juice from the Supermarket. 1/10. Couldn't Drink it and left it. Matcha-Lemon Drink: 3/10. Couldn't Drink it and left it. Protein Batido: 5/10. Was okay, but Not worth the price. Sorry Guys, your really need to step Up your Game!

very chill little cafe with friendly staff. i had acai bowl and cappucino, and it was fresh and tasty. i actually saw fresh fruit being delivered as i was there. also cute little pug (maybe mascot of the cafe) joined me for breakfast.

Amazing service and super friendly waiters! The place has a relaxed, chill vibe. Delicious food and fresh juices – definitely one of my favorite breakfast spots in Medellin!

Update 20.1.25: Betty's Bowls. How you R~O~C~K 🌴 🦜 Blissing out at Betty's Bowls. Having a recommended drink of watermelon, strawberry and lemon. A perfect electrolyte balance on this pleasantly warm day. No added sugar. It's super. And now comes the stacked acai bowl. Pure heaven for this near fruitarian. Taking plenty of time to sit at the breezy window watching the denizen's of El Poblado go by. And now here comes the protein drink with blackberry and vegan protein. What a leisurely afternoon. Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Can't wait to come back to try more vegan offerings.
