10/10 — The BEST breakfast and brunch spot in Medellín!! My favorite! Everything on the menu is delicious! The egg bagel sandwich 😍, the waffles are perfect, and the fruit bowls are fresh and beautifully presented. It’s a warm, family-run place with great service and cozy vibes. An absolute must-visit. 5 stars. Seating outdoors has a new roof which protects from ☔️ or sun ☀️

I would get anything with fruit: the acai and fruit bowls as well as the smoothies, not the toasts. Lulada frappe is a must. Service was a bit slow and everything came out at different times, so taking off a star for this and the fact that not all items on the menu are great.

I love coming here! I first visited last year, and now on my second trip to Colombia, Betty Bowl was at the top of my list. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the owner Maria. She is so friendly and welcoming. The Moringa Adaptogen Smoothie is my favorite; it really strengthens my immune system, and the ginger shots are amazing too. Everything here is so fresh, pure, and delicious. I wish I had tried more items on the menu because everything looks incredible. The fruits are especially fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. And Maria, if you’re reading this, it’s Nicole, your favorite customer, lol!

Excellent café with very healthy and tasty foods. The fruit bowls are as pleasing to the eye (like art) as they are tasty. My wife had a salad and healthy juice - I had the fruit. Both excellent, depending on your mood. Aside from the tasty food, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her husband. They are both lovely people. The husband brought us a fantastic pour over coffee from his family coffee plantation. Authentic and memorable. We hope to return. Muchas Gracias.

25.9.25 - Must not wait so long between visits. The vegan falafel bowl is mindblowingly delicious. And I LOVE the soft felafel better than the extremely crispy versions found in CO. I substituted almond milk for the coconut in the Bojorazo. Died and gone to heaven. Love you, BB! 🐝💛 Update 20.1.25: Betty's Bowls. How you R~O~C~K 🌴 🦜 Blissing out at Betty's Bowls. Having a recommended drink of watermelon, strawberry and lemon. A perfect electrolyte balance on this pleasantly warm day. No added sugar. It's super. And now comes the stacked acai bowl. Pure heaven for this near fruitarian. Taking plenty of time to sit at the breezy window watching the denizen's of El Poblado go by. And now here comes the protein drink with blackberry and vegan protein. What a leisurely afternoon. Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Can't wait to come back to try more vegan offerings.
