Update 20.1.25: Betty's Bowls. How you R~O~C~K 🌴 🦜 Blissing out at Betty's Bowls. Having a recommended drink of watermelon, strawberry and lemon. A perfect electrolyte balance on this pleasantly warm day. No added sugar. It's super. And now comes the stacked acai bowl. Pure heaven for this near fruitarian. Taking plenty of time to sit at the breezy window watching the denizen's of El Poblado go by. And now here comes the protein drink with blackberry and vegan protein. What a leisurely afternoon. Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Can't wait to come back to try more vegan offerings.

Stayed at an Airbnb nearby and ate here every morning. Owner has a coffee plantation in the South and we had amazing fresh coffee. Staff was super friendly as well. Say hello to Scarface!

Just when I thought there was not a reason to return to Medellín, I came across Betty’s Bowls. Imagine Tulum but with sincere soul, in the form of food and atmosphere. Loved it, highly recommend.

The egg bagel.. oh my god. I love everything I’ve gotten here! The black açaí was so beautiful and delicious (and the right size haha)! I’ve been a few times and can’t wait to go back!

So freaking good. We absolutely loved this spot. Great vibes on the patio, and even better food. I have a gluten allergy and our server Andrés did an excellent job making sure I felt good about what I was ordering and how it was prepared. For drinks we had cold brew, a cappuccino, shared a smoothie (pineapple, mango, passionfruit) and loved all of them. The cold brew was so smooth. For our food we split the tropical bowl (with GF oats), the feta toast (on GF bread), and the fresh bagel sandwich (but on GF bread). All three were delicious. The feta toast was probably my favorite, smashed avocado with feta, strawberries, and a drizzle of balsamic. I'm definitely gonna try and make that myself, it was outstanding. Anyway, all thumbs up. Ten stars. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! Betty's Bowls is an amazing place! I was actually quite upset that we came here on our last day, because I would have eaten here most days that we were in the city, had I found this place earlier. Colombian food is a lot of fried food and meat (which is delicious, but we needed to mix it up), so when we came here and were able to get lots of vegetables and fruit freshly prepared, it was fantastic. A great healthy option, especially for anyone who might be a vegetarian. Our waiter provided excellent service.
