Absolutely outstanding service. Great food and scrumptious thick shake. Very relaxed mood in the shop, felt very welcome through the outstanding welcome and comfort from one of the waitresses called Poppy. Props to her for working so hard 🤗. See you again soon my glorious Betty's Burgers store.

Betty’s Classic Burgers at Sunshine Plaza are packed with flavor—fresh ingredients, juicy patties, and that signature Betty’s sauce make them a standout! The taste definitely lives up to the hype. The only downside is the portion size—the burgers are a bit small for the price. Still, a great spot for a quality bite if you’re not looking to be overly full. Service is friendly and the vibe is always welcoming.

I never write a review before and this is my first time ,just can’t believe The salad is poorly prepared and hard to eat.This is the Tasmanian salmon salad bowl with 17.50 ,maybe the burgers are better

Absolutely love Betty’s Burgers Maroochydore! The burgers were fresh, juicy and packed with flavour – hands down the best on the Coast. The service was super friendly and quick, even though it was busy. The atmosphere is always fun and relaxed, perfect for a casual bite. Definitely deserving of 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and a Mali sticker from me!

Betty’s Burgers at Sunshine Plaza never misses! The vibe is always relaxed, the staff are friendly, and the food? Absolutely next level. The burgers are juicy, fresh, and packed with flavour — you can tell they don’t cut corners. I went for the Classic Betty and it hit all the right spots, but honestly, everything on the menu looks amazing. The chips are crispy, the shakes are thick and delicious, and service is super fast even when they’re busy. It’s one of those places you keep coming back to because it’s just that good. Perfect spot for a casual bite that still feels special. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a proper burger fix!

Food was overall nice!! A bit overcooked on the crumb of my chicken burger but other than that it was really nice. Service was amazing, we had a lovely girl called Matilda who checked up on us and was super sweet! Tables are a bit too squished together, we had to squeeze past and we had someone pull out their chair into us. Overall, pretty good :)

Many thanks to the staff on Monday night. My Brother and his wife were staying and we went to the plaza after checking the hours for Grilled which stated that they closed at 9pm. We arrived at 7.30pm only to be told by their staff that they were closed. Luckily Betty's Burgers were open and we all had a great meal and drinks. The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent as were the burgers. Next time it will be Betty's Burgers again. Many, many thanks. Highly recommended.

We went in at 8:50 10 minutes before closing time, the lady with plates and glasses who served us was very rude from the start she tried refusing us of service as the “kitchen was closing in 10 minutes” we asked if we could do the orders or not she rolled her eyes and said “fine what do you want”. She huffed and puffed every time we said what we wanted the refused us to dine in once the order was made. My friend who was paying separately behind us she then fully refused to let her order food and she said she was with us again she rolled her eyes and said what do you want. I won’t be coming to Betty’s anytime soon if the service is going to be like this you need to talk to this girl about her service skills not impressed recommend Noosa Betty’s they have better service
