We were greeted by the friendliest and kindest server named Marley, he was very patient and friendly with us while helping us choose our food from the menu. He brought us out food with a contagious smile, and I would most definitely come back againm

I really enjoy their burgers. Yum!! What's the deal with chips/fries these days though? They were cold, soggy and stale. Couldn't eat them because it was like chewing on cardboard. Not just Betty's...everywhere seems to just chuck any old chips/fries in now. McDonalds are the worst!! Don't remember the last time I got nice, crispy, hot fries from Maccas so I was hoping you might maybe care about having decent chips Betty's instead of just throwing in whatever you have left over. Feel like we need to rally to bring back freshly cooked hot chips/fries.... protest in the streets!!! Gather the villagers!!! 🍟✊️😂😂

Served cold food on more than one occasion, first time thought it was a once off thing, second time was annoying, but okay, third time was the last straw. Crispy chicken supreme patty was cold and flavourless, lettuce is fake, sauce was skimpy, and the bun was cold and soggy. Staff were prompt and friendly, food was horrendous. Will never eat here and will head caution to those I know.

Charlotte and Bella gave us an incredible experience tonight. She brought our food out for us when ready. They came out with a warm smile which created an amazing atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back and recommending their service to my mates.

The music was the best thing about this place. The kids bundle burger meat was burnt to a crisp and not even a whole patty. I'm thinking it got stuck on the grill and broke up but no matter let's just smash it onto the burger regardless. The chips and thickshake were nice which is why I've given 2 x stars. Probably the most annoying thing - there's a sign which states please wait here for seating. 3 x staff saw and ignored us. We ended up going to the counter and ordering and seating ourselves. Remove the sign if it's no longer relevant, just annoying. The music was banging yet the staff gave the impression they'd rather be anywhere else. Not inviting and we won't be back.

Aaliyah greeted my friend and I at the door with a warm WELCOMING smile, as she handed us our menus. She seated us at a seat with the most drop dead view of the beautiful Maroochydore river. We ordered and when our buzzers went off there Aaliyah was with that warm smile, she said “don’t worry I’ll get your order”. She returned with the most delightful tender and succulent burgers ever plus chippies with extra seasoning. Because of Aaliyah I will be return probably tomorrow and the next day and the next etc etc. She made it a night to remember. Xx

Dined in on Saturday and was not disappointed. Annie was our server and was so friendly. Food was amazing. Would recommend.

Came here for lunch based on previous reviews. Not disappointed. Inside and outside seating options. Very busy but quick and friendly service. Burgers were great! Reasonable prices. Really enjoyed our lunch here while shopping at the Sunshine Plaza.
