Betty's Burgers

Worst Betty’s Burgers experience ever. Can you imagine paying $38 just to get a cup of greasy chips? I asked for a replacement, and I literally saw them throw the old chips back into the deep fryer and hand them to me, saying, “These ones are fresh, I hope they meet your standards.” Are you serious? You’re basically giving me a cup of oil. I’m a frequent customer, and I know what the chips are supposed to look and taste like. The quality today was terrible, and they thought they were being clever by serving me the same disgusting thing again. The waiting time at this particular restaurant is always too long. So disappointed — paying such a high price, expecting good quality, and getting that instead.

This is our second time going to Betty’s, the first time was all 5 stars on both food and service. Unfortunately last night and while the food was excellent once again, the service was very disappointing. We had issues with every round of orders. My partner was given things they didn’t ask for, and so was overcharged. After seeing what they went through I tried to make my own order a bit more clear, but it still came out wrong. I ended up getting my drink for free, but not because they were sorry, but because they couldn’t figure out how to adjust the price to match what I originally ordered. The third order never even made it to the kitchen. We asked the cook about our missing food and they were equally as confused as we were. They were very polite and apologetic about it, which was refreshing. His food ended up being the highlight of the night. On top of all that, one of us was sent to a restroom down the street without the door code, and after they came back to get it, we overheard the two servers joking about it. Their tone throughout the night was rude, condescending, and honestly just incredibly inconsiderate. In short, the chef and the food were great, but the service from the two servers made us really regret choosing Betty’s Burgers again.

We always have such a great experience at Betty’s Burgers in Newstead, thanks to Sophia. She always recognises us the moment we walk in and makes us feel genuinely welcomed. Her service is consistently warm, attentive, and personal and she always checks in to make sure our meal is perfect. The store is always immaculate, and you can tell the team takes pride in keeping the space clean and inviting. Sophia is a standout and a big reason we keep coming back. Thank you for making every visit such a positive one!

Was having a really down day and stumbled across Betty’s at Gasworks. Here I was greeted by a lovely girl who served me called Gabbi. She made me feel so welcomed and instantly lifted my spirits and made my sad day into one I would never forget. So lovely and service was on point. Really deserving of a raise. Thank you Gabbi. I will be recommending to everyone now because of you,

After a busy day i picked up Betty’s for dinner. I was greeted by the lovely gabbi who went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and even asked about our days. It brings me peace when I’m reminded that there are still some good people left in the world. I would highly recommend Betty’s Newstead. We used to be regulars here and will never be back. Received 2 fully raw chicken burgers on Saturday night as takeaway and immediately contacted Customer Support. Both burgers went in the bin as soon as we realised, but unfortunately we both still experienced stomach symptoms. Now 3 full days later, I haven’t heard anything and haven’t received a refund. A half-assed staff member called Amy just “escalated” the feedback apparently but that’s done nothing. Very very unimpressed with how it’s been dealt with… not to mention sick over it.

Huge shoutout to Mitch and Chloe at Betty’s Burgers you guys absolutely are amazing. The burgers were sooo good, cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy and fresh. The service was super friendly and fast too. You both made the whole experience awesome thank you for the amazing food and great vibes!

Burgers still good, But why ,oh why, did you change the fries recipe ?! The new fries are more oily - sure they are more crispy , but definitely not more tasty. I much preferred the old fries recipe. The new fries , just taste like any old fries ... Betty's used to have a relatively unique flavouring and style of fry... No longer. It's now just mediocris, mediocre, middling ...

Delicious burgers and fresh fries and fresh onion rings. We were vacationing from the US and loved it so much we went there twice. Highly recommend.

When the hubby and I arrived to Australia, we had kept seeing Bettys Burgers... hence when we arrived to Brisbane, we decided to finally try it out once we landed which was great! If you are looking for a cute vibe and craving a burger, Bettys is great! You order at the front and get a buzzer - when your food is ready you go pick it up! For food we got: * Grilled Chicken burger - this was okay and wasn't as flavorful as what I was expected * Cheeseburger with bacon - this was really good (one of Bettys popular burgers) and really enjoyed this. The sauce inside was great and I loved the crispy bacon in there. The meat was also very juicy * Onion Rings - these were thin and super duper crispy which I loved Overall, this was a great experience, and would recommend to try out once atleast! Nice casual spot with good food!

Omg I love this place and unfortunately so do all of the kids. Fantastic tasty burgers. Not cheap if you have a tribe to feed...

I went here with a group of friends and I was humiliated when they called "Julia" instead of "Juliette". Despite this horrific event the food was pretty good and I would go again. why is it called concrete?

I recently when to Betty's burger due to my friends saying that the burgers where so amazing and I can tell you that is true. the ambience of the Betty's burger is peaceful and warm and it is a great place to get lunch with friend and family. it also affordable so the price and quality of the food is so great. overall I would highly recommend this place.
