Betty's Burgers

Everything was so average and cost $27 for one person. I chose the Frickles for a new experience and I received 4 for $8. Batter was barely done. It should be listed if that all you get for $8. Post mix was watery. Hamburger was ok Too expensive for what it was.

Really lovely staff, very helpful. Food came out quickly and was super tasty.

Not the best experience. Usually bettys is a safe option for out of Towners however tonight the staff who were on were very inexperienced. My partner ordered a coke no sugar but we didn’t get one. I’m not sure if this was added to our total because it wasn’t on the takeaway docket but when I enquired with the staff they just looked at me cluelessly. We definitely ordered the drink and the staff member at the front repeated it back. Apart from that the double beef was absolutely soaked in grease. Not great. The chocolate shake was nice though.

My first time at Betty’s and it was unreal, had such a great time and the costumer service was superb. The lovely lady that took my order I think her name was bella 10/10 service very kind lady. Highly recommend this place now

Great service and food that is always quick and fresh.

Beautiful ambiance, vibrant music in the background, cozy corner for cafe and the color combined chairs and tables. The staff are very friendly and their burger wrappings are so well presented in the plate. Its been my favourite for truffle deluxe as well. Quick hint: Ask for discount in counter. You might just save few extra bucks.

Enjoyed my time at Betty burgers today. Store was clean and both ladies behind the counter very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my chat with Di who cleared my tray and both girls gave me a friendly wave goodbye. Will return.

Update: we have tried the food and I'm dropping 2 stars from my review. The presentation was good, however, the goodness absolutely stopped there. Both burgers were extremely salty. The thinnest layer of chicken was almost non existent amount a thick salty layer of crumb and overall flavours simply didn't blend. Was impressed by the ice cream.

Really tasty burgers made to order. Onion rings good also. Nice char on the burger with melted cheese. Fresh lettuce and tomato.

Very nice burger, the classic. Fries were hot and fresh. Enjoyed one of the deserts also. Unfortunately for the price, it doesn't stack up against other places. Rather small cup of fries for $5 on top of a $10 burger with not too much on it with a fairly small meat pattie. Yes we're saying very fresh, hot and service was great...just not a spontaneous meal for a family of 4 when it cost $88. More a planned occasion if you're happy to pay boutique eatery prices.

With only a handful of burgers on the menu this is really a one-visit venue. Burgers are $10+ and about the size of a Hungry Jacks Wopper. Tastes are basic. Dine in options are limited with a very open restaurant, harsh lighting and everything served as if it was take-away. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Small and greasy burgers for a ridiculous price. There was some confusion about both order and though the staff were friendly, they took forever to take a simple order.
