Betty's Burgers

Not the best experience. Usually bettys is a safe option for out of Towners however tonight the staff who were on were very inexperienced. My partner ordered a coke no sugar but we didn’t get one. I’m not sure if this was added to our total because it wasn’t on the takeaway docket but when I enquired with the staff they just looked at me cluelessly. We definitely ordered the drink and the staff member at the front repeated it back. Apart from that the double beef was absolutely soaked in grease. Not great. The chocolate shake was nice though.

The staff were very attentive and friendly (Though we dined in during a non-busy time of the day), and the decor really added to the dining experience. The burgers were absolutely to DIE for! The only downside I can find with this restaurant is the serving sizes for drinks and chips. The chips themselves are incredibly crunchy, which is great, and the thickshakes are indeed thick, but for the price, there definitely should be more of both. That being the only negative critique however really shows how amazing this place is! 9/10

I ordered one shake and waited around for 10 minutes watching staff talk and joke around wondering why no body was making my shake. I went up to ask if my shake was already ready and that’s why I couldn’t see anyone making it. However I then saw a worker finish her and break and then start making my shake 15 minutes after I had originally ordered it. Why they are making orders wait until staff are off their breaks while other staff did nothing. I ordered a peanuts butter and chocolate shake but unfortunately very little peanut butter was put into the shake. I haven’t been to betty’s burgers in a while and heard they are under new management. Just a quite disappointing experience over all and am in no rush to return. Not to mention it’s bloody expensive.

Service was poor and staff didn’t listen. They sent out one of the orders wrong and raw chicken. Now yes the chicken would still be bad for an adult but this was in a kids meal which is extremely disappointing and scary. Kind of makes you wonder now many burgers come out with raw chicken

Beautiful ambiance, vibrant music in the background, cozy corner for cafe and the color combined chairs and tables. The staff are very friendly and their burger wrappings are so well presented in the plate. Its been my favourite for truffle deluxe as well. Quick hint: Ask for discount in counter. You might just save few extra bucks.

Update: we have tried the food and I'm dropping 2 stars from my review. The presentation was good, however, the goodness absolutely stopped there. Both burgers were extremely salty. The thinnest layer of chicken was almost non existent amount a thick salty layer of crumb and overall flavours simply didn't blend. Was impressed by the ice cream.

Went to Bettys today with my wife and granddaughter. I had the double, my wife had the deluxe and granddaughter had the kids meal cheese burger meal. Burgers were awesome, the fries were perfect and the choc thick shake was also great. I recommend getting the siracha mayo to dip you chips in.

Always the best burgers! Had the original with an extra patty, cooked to perfection and the sauce is wonderful. Tried their lager aswell, worth a go.

Really tasty burgers made to order. Onion rings good also. Nice char on the burger with melted cheese. Fresh lettuce and tomato.

Very nice burger, the classic. Fries were hot and fresh. Enjoyed one of the deserts also. Unfortunately for the price, it doesn't stack up against other places. Rather small cup of fries for $5 on top of a $10 burger with not too much on it with a fairly small meat pattie. Yes we're saying very fresh, hot and service was great...just not a spontaneous meal for a family of 4 when it cost $88. More a planned occasion if you're happy to pay boutique eatery prices.

With only a handful of burgers on the menu this is really a one-visit venue. Burgers are $10+ and about the size of a Hungry Jacks Wopper. Tastes are basic. Dine in options are limited with a very open restaurant, harsh lighting and everything served as if it was take-away. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Small and greasy burgers for a ridiculous price. There was some confusion about both order and though the staff were friendly, they took forever to take a simple order.
