Disappointing Steak at a Prestigious Hotel
We had high expectations dining at the Beverly Hills Hotel, it was the celebration of my sister’s 60th birthday but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. The biggest letdown? The steak. It was, without exaggeration, the worst steak my husband had ever eaten—completely drenched in what tasted like a saltwater solution, rendering it almost inedible.
To make matters worse, the service was slow. My husband, who is diabetic, was extremely hungry by the time our food finally arrived, leaving him no choice but to force down the overly salty steak. For a hotel of this caliber, such poor execution of a simple dish is unacceptable.
The only redeeming factor was the ambiance, which was indeed excellent. However, great surroundings mean little when the food is this bad. We expected much better from such a renowned establishment and left incredibly disappointed.
