Gym is great but always filled with dozens of 10 year olds playing silly games, making it dirty, and noisy. You won't be able to use the gym or pool for sure.. I think they pee in the pool as well.

Been here a while, and trust me it's amazing, however, much attention should be drawn to the amount of sockets in each room please. Apart from that, it has all the necessary amenities needed, it has a large swimming pool and a hot tub, also a medium supermarket, with a spa, hair salon, and coffee shop, I mean that should be enough motivation to go there cmon

Nice view and decent facilities but maintenance and management needs a revamp. Overcharging to renew lease, maintenance not very competent, overcharging extra fees when you move out. Generally older building and design. Kitchen is pretty small but living area quite spacious.

Residency tower: Plus points - nice see view (only half of the building) - medium size rooms - external pool - maintenance response - quite quick Minus points - the rent price is worsted of money (a lot of others similar had lower price) - communication issue with owner (over 1 month to get an answer for a specific issue) - lot of construction issues: internal smell, pipeline licking, AC not working or dripping in the apt. - strange approach to renew the contract (they advertise the apt with a price but ask you an upper fee, base on you could be lazy to move) - no storage area in the apartment for vacuum cleaner or other big items

I live 3 years in this building , now I will not recommend it to anyone it’s completely incompetent managment and got bad over the years so I’m finally done with them . They will advertise the facility’s but be aware half are not in use and in bad condition Children indoor play area it’s as dirty as can it be , toys are all broken and have nails hanging from everywhere ( they don’t care about safety ) Pool water is clean but the area is all dusty and dirty floors always . They have the habit to close the pool for maintenance very often like notice will be 5 days but it will take 2 weeks and more usually for holidays and when weather is good 😊 . Managment is completely incompetent and doesn’t know how to run the building .
