DO NOT ORDER FROM OR SUPPORT THIS LOCATION.
I've had 2 orders of wine in as many weeks that I placed on the BevMo! app where half of my bottles of wine were missing.
This wasn't in either case a problem with inventory. In both cases, their app specified that they had over 20 of these bottles in stock AFTER I placed my order.
I've had multiple delivery people warn be about this location for the past few months that they've had problems with them before. While I've only had a problem twice, it's clear that many other customers have had problems, as well.
Tonight, my delivery person (from Shipt, which is a separate company from BevMo!, but which BevMo! uses for their deliveries) went back to the store, put the manager on with me on his phone, and when I told the manager he had 25 bottles of the wine I ordered still in stock according to their app, he shoved the phone back in my delivery person's hands, shut the door to the store, and locked it - while I was still on the phone.
I highly suspect that the manager(s) of this store are either deliberately withholding peoples' online orders in order to retain both their profits AND inventory. Or, perhaps, they're simply highly incompetent.
Either way, I look forward to my phone call with the BevMo! corporate offices tomorrow.
Because you can try and mess around with me. But now they're bullying the delivery people, too.
February 6th, 2022 at 7:00 PM was when the incident occurred. To the manager working there at that time: You're either deliberately or accidentally incompetent. Either way, you've wasted so much of my time and the time of my delivery person - who has agreed to corroborate exactly everything that went on - that I am going to waste SO much of yours.
Call with corporate tomorrow! Thanks, BevMo! West Hollywood for absolutely nothing!
While I can email customerservice@bevmo.com - as many other replies here to negative reviews have suggested - I'm going to make a much larger deal out of this.
