Super well stocked/organized. Great deals. Huge inside. Lots of beverages of all sorts. A small cigar selection to choose from. Seasonal goodies. Staff are helpful and friendly. Prices lower than supermarkets and most other places.

I was looking for a VERY specific type of soda. I couldn't find at normal places, but found at this store. I knew enough to purchase items in advance so it would be in stock when I drove 30 miles out of my way. I show up there and had difficulties finding a salesperson. When I did, they were new. They went to search for others, and all of them claimed they couldn't find my order. They made me stand around for around 15 minutes as I waited for new employee to find someone to give me my refund. They couldn't find anybody or everyone forgot I was up there, even as employees had my phone to try to find my order. I've been coming to this store for a very long time, & this was the absolute worst I've ever been treated. I did finally get my refund, but not a single person there could give me a reason why my order was no longer there. I immediately reached out to corporate, and they didn't even bother to respond...not even with a form letter. Truly sad to see how far this company has fallen.

It took way too long in line to wait for them to ask for a second cashier. Other than that I love their variety. not a very great environment. I expect better in this area.

I spoke with the associate Byron at approximately 7:00pm for an online pick up order. Byron stated the order was already picked up by someone else. Clearly BevMo does not check ID or the order number if someone picked up my order. Which should be a violation on so many counts when it comes to theft and underage purchases. I have paid for my order and not received any product in return. Emailed support and have not receive a reply or phone call. This is completely unacceptable! You all should be audited.

I'm old, but the clerk tonight just had to make me rip my id out of my wallet to scan it on the machine. What a pain in the bottom.

Vickie is an amazing cashier! On our way back from the river at 6:30 on May 31st and she was so sweet! Really put a smile on my face! Get this woman a raise!

Not enough staffto be honest at this location. It's always seems about 1 person working; and God forbid a customer at the checkout has an issue. I tried calling them as well. Noone answered. Other than that, their inventory is fine. Some staff are nice and use their discount code for you if you don't have one.

I was given a large bottle of Petron Tequila for Christmas. I don't drink Tequila. So I went to the Bemo store with the receipt and tried to return the unopened and sealed bottle of Tequila. It was 2 days after Christmas! The bottle was purchased 8 days before Christmas. The manager said I only had 7 DAYS to return anything at the store. The receipt said returns for damaged or opened goods needed a 7-day return. The receipt said nothing about an opened and sealed item. They said that is their policy and would not accept a return even with the receipt. To meet their requirements you would need to buy the bottle 2 days before Christmas and return it immediately after Christmas. Even though the store is next to Trader Joe's and very convenient I will no longer do business with this company. Bottle Barn and Wine and More will now be my go-to beverage store.

The gentleman that works the GoPuff section was very helpful with both of my orders today. Super friendly & efficient, give the man a raise!!

For Santa Rosa I think this BevMo is the place to go! They have a really large selection of sparkling wine as well as the real deal French champagne! And a great selection of red wines as well. plus plenty of beer and hard liquor. You can also grab some snacks, chips even a little charcuterie, if you're on your way to a party, never show up empty-handed you'll be good to go once you stop here! They often have very decent sales. The last time I was here I had to call ahead of time and told them what I wanted over the phone they asked me to give them 20 minutes, then I showed up at the door, I was invited to come in and paid for my champagne and I happily ran home with my assorted bottles of champagne and wine! Whooo hooo party at my house! Lol jk Cheers my friends SYOY

I stopped in for my favorite scotch Monkey Shoulder. The price was reasonable but I did notice another scotch was cheaper at Trader Joe's. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The worst customer service ever! I ordered a case of assorted wines online and paid for it, at 9:30am, to be picked up between 1:45 and 2:15 that afternoon. I got there at 2:00 and it wasn't ready. After about ten minutes I asked if I could change it to delivery because I had someplace to be. They said no because it was packed and ready to go but nobody bothered to tell me they that! They then put the case in a cart, said "have a nice day" and never offered to help me out! (I'm a 74 year old woman and there's no way I can lift a case of wine!). I was afraid I might say something I'd regret because I was so mad, I wheeled the cart to my car and proceeded to take enough bottles out to make it light enough for me to put in my car, then put the loose bottles back in the box. Of course it was the same scenario when I got home. I knew I would have to do it there but damn...! Thank goodness a new wine/spirits store is opening close by at the end of the month because I will NEVER go back to BevMo!

It is great that they can deliver. I was hosting an event and I didn't have to go out or send anyone when supplies ran low thanks to BevMo delivery.

Called to ask if they carry a product before driving 15 miles from the next town over. The associate hung up mid conversation and then took the phone off the line so it wouldn't ring when I called back. Terrible customer service.

Friday before Christmas 2023 9:20 a.m. At the cash register was a small, disabled woman who remained calm despite there being three people wanting a case unlocked or an exchange and four people lined up at the register. As soon as she saw this developing she took her two canes to walk to the side of the store to retrieve a cell phone to call for help from the back. Twice she called. After twenty minutes and no response she then had to walk to the back of the store to rouse the young man who finally came to help her, who took a big guy first at another register who cut ahead of me and another. Decided to leave. In frustration I remembered that Total Wine and More had opened. Discovered it just 1/4 mile away where I found the tequila I was looking for $23 cheaper as it was on sale for their grand opening. Yay! Signed up for their rewards plan. Sometimes losing becomes a win! Will not return to Bev Mo.

I always seem to be an inconvenience when it's time to exchange kegs. The customer service is so awful. I've had employees roll their eyes at me and try everything in their power to seem unavailable to do the simple task--EVERY SINGLE TIME. I dread even having to go there but they're the only place near me that has the variety I like. There was even a time where an employee dented my NEW car putting a 5 gal keg in my trunk. I offered to do it myself but he insisted. I didn't make a big deal of it since it was a tiny dent but it's the principle. I'm considering going all the way to the Petaluma BevMo in hopes that it'll be a better experience there. Only gave 2 stars because of the variety in which they offer there. Other than that, nothing but bad experiences.

Stopped in yesterday to pickup a case of Palmia light beer. Searched high and low...finally asked for assistance. I was instantly directed to where my favorite beverage was --yay!! Not sure why this San Francisco beer was bookended between a beer from Holland and Germany...otherwise very happy with an easy and swift transaction. Really friendly and knowledgeable folks that work there...so don't be shy to ask for help!

me and a couple other friends went into the store to look for a drink. we took a while to decide what we wanted but we didn't cause a disturbance to others we kept to ourselves. one of my friends had a phone call to make so we left for a couple minutes. we came back to the store after the call and we were declined service without a explanation and they kicked us out. I feel like it was judgemet because yes, were were college students and on top of that all of us were people of color. I feel as though it was a racial decision and was very uncalled for. I believe me and my friends should have the right to go to a store without being judged for being young and/or POC which ends in us to wrongfully be kicked out of a store. very unprofessional.

I'm on a first name basis with the staff. The service is always excellent, they never have a problem trying to find a bottle that shows in stock. I'm always chatting with the employees and funny enough making recommendations to them. Keep it up!

I just purchased a soda stream canister that was used. I called Bev Mo and was told I could returned the canister for a new one. I hope in the future they would educate employees to tell if the canister is new or used. Its going to take a hour out of my day to return this used soda stream canister.

Both times that I've been to this store have been successful and fun! Noah was at the register and was so pleasant and friendly. I will definitely return to this store. Very clean and organized also!

Likely the worst BevMo I've ever been to. Selection was pitiful, everything decent was out of stock and then some, layout was atrocious, fridges were lukewarm, store was pretty dingy and dirty, floors sticky, ended up going to the grocery store next door and finding several items in stock which seemed backwards if you ask me. Staff was friendly and apologetic but that doesn't change the fact that management doesn't even seem to be trying, never going back.

Bewmo still has overages from the Holiday Season. best to look for lesser known brands since Grocery Outlet, Costco, Trader Joe's. et al. have the overages of Drakes, Rouge, cheaper brew: Dragon's Pond, 22 oz. 2/16, 11%, has a punch, stout brewed in bourbon barrels. -no heavy bourbon taste, smooth, drunk before u know it, took 2 for me. -not for bud lite drinkers.. news on net: Common Dreams,L.Mccauly, (2/11/17) Trump Administration Toys with Alternative Economic Facts -"....tweak trade data by excluding re-export goods that are first imported to the U.S. and then exported unchanged to another country such as Canada or Mexico."

worst service ever when you trying to have a good time. my bf and I were trying to purchase some tequila and when we asked an employee who just finished smoking from his break, if it was this exact one because he knew the bottle but not the case he didn't give no eye contact, no friendly tone, no smile nothing, he seems angry at us for asking a simple question.. like it was such a vibe kill. (it was the one with gauges) beware of him! ps we ended up not purchasing nothing. just losing customers not even gaining.. director should be disappointed in his employee.

BEWARE OF BEVMO DECEPTIVE PRICING! I stopped into BevMo recently having not shopped there for several years. I picked up a bottle of Calif brandy with a marked price of $22.99. I regularly buy this product at other locations for around $19-20. I was asked if I was a BevMo member which I am not. The price immediately rose $4.00 PLUS TAX. Most companies post the regular price, not their club price. The price out the door for a $22.99 bottle was $29.49! Another inconvenience was that I was asked to remove my drivers license from my wallet which the clerk scanned. I've never had this happen before. On leaving, I was asked if I wanted to join their club. My response: "No thanks I'll not be back". It's back to Bottle Barn for me.

They have great deals that are always changing. A great deal is buy one wine, get the other one for .01 Yes.....that was one cent! Their location is awesome too. Located in the Costco shopping center. However, I do feel like Costco has more bang for your buck when it comes to the size of liquor bottles for the price. I also wouldn't mind seeing the cheese selection a little more broad. But then again, just run next door to Trader Joe's because there is bigger selection of cheese over there. Or Oliver's. That place has the motherload of gourmet cheese. If your headed to a BIG raging party or am feeling a little more ambitious. Then you can talk to Bevmo about keg rentals.

Big time selection here! First time in here and just love the place. Was taken to the cooler and able to select a keg immediately. Other places haven't been so kind on the keg action. Lady who helped us out got us set up with a club bev card which helped us save about 30 in total. Will surely be back! Huge keg selection definitely cheesehead approved.

Bevmo is a rather interesting store. They do have a large variety of adult beverages and a nice selection of sodas. There is very little here that you can't find in other stores. Mostly obscure wine labels both domestic and abroad. Their prices are comparable with all the grocery stores. You can find some deals, but mostly on off brands. I personally like them for the variety of NA beer they carry. Again no real price savings but I can get a case of NA beer instead of just a couple of six packs. I must say, it is a fun store to check out. If your local store doesn't have what you are looking for, I'm sure you'll find it here. Just don't go thinking you're going to have large savings.

Excellent selection of all liquids both alcoholic and not. Though I do prefer to shop for my booze at family owned Bottle Barn over corporate Bev Mo! One can not deny that much goodness can be found here at competitive prices. Also if you're cigar curious there's a small selection of good quality stogies. 15 Years ago when I was smoking 3 cigars daily I would occasionally treat my self to a better quality premium cigar purchased from BevMo'. Truth be told, though, the cigar selection is bigger and better at Wilibee's liquor store in downtown Santa Rosa. Look for Mev Mo! wine special sales. The buy one bottle of wine and get a second bottle for 5 cents is an outrageously great deal.

Friendly staff and nice store big selection, mainly why I'm posting review though is an awesome cashier, I can't remember her name but I believe she has short brown hair and glasses, and I know she was a big Rick and Morty fan. She was just really really nice but not like overly fake like a lot of people are you know what I mean? And she also wasn't too talkative like some of those people that never let you leave. Great service!

I would give a zero if possible. The cashier is either racist or has a significant amount of implicit bias against black people. This morning at about 9:30 I was buying a bottle of single malt scotch as a gift. Their was a white woman in front of me who checked out without showing ID or asking what her age was or anything. She literally looks the same age or younger than me. I go to check out this expensive glenmorangie bottle and give my number for my BevMo account which pops up. She sees that I have an account, asks to see my ID and scans the back of my ID, all of which I have no problem with as long as it's done to other customers. If I wasn't in a rush and buying it as a gift I would not have purchased it. Will never go back to BevMo.

I've gone here a few times in the past, and haven't been impressed or dissatisfied; nothing stood out. But this last time, the gal at the register was super helpful! Got me signed up for the rewards program. I think her name was Benji? It started with a B I think... super short hair... Really friendly!

I called today and spoke to Kevin he was very professional and handled my strange request with respect and was willing to take time to look into a very important matter for me. Thank you again Kevin for superior customer service and your sympathy. I have had a horrible experience dealing with the local casino regarding my current issue and various other businesses have been less than helpful so Kevin was a ray of sunshine for me today!

Would give more stars if Monica was more helpful. Who helps a customer buying 3 bottles and 2 tall glasses and doesnt offer them anything to wrap the glasses or bottles with? Doesnt offer a box or bag, absolutely nothing. And still has the nerve to ask to take a survey?

First Impressions - For years, I have popped in to buy ice - post Costco run and Pre big party. I needed Ginger Beer - got it and attractive woman asked me If I had a tried some beer on promotion. I replied "No." She went on the explain the alcohol content was so high it would knock me on my arse. Replied That was Not what I am looking for in a beer. And she asked" Don't you drink?" Next Time I will get ice elsewhere...

Amazing selection of gluten free beers! One of the biggest selections I've ever seen!!!!! It makes my Hefeweizen-craving, gluten-free heart glad :D They also have an outstanding collection of craft brews, wines, and other alcohol.

This is a very good liquor store, with nice selections overall of spirits and beer, although I'm less familiar with the wine selection. It has a good range of regular domestic, craft beer, and imports, including some hard-to-find Belgian, British, Czech and German beers, in addition to the usuals. Prices overall are good. However, esp. compared to Bottle Barn, the range of choices, esp. on spirits, is somewhat limited, even though it does have a few things that Bottle Barn lacks. Prices overall are higher here, too, sometimes much higher (even though on a few items here and there this place has better prices). One of the main negative points is that service here is pretty bad. It's basic, not particularly helpful, and not particularly knowledgeable. It's a good store with a good selection and some things even Bottle Barn lacks, but it does have some serious limitations.

When I was in Santa Rosa this was my goto for booze. It's a wonderful place actually, a booze superstore of value. My broil in SF, Dean, would exalt their praises on Facebook. As I was driving through town one day I saw a location on the roadside and decided to stop in and check them out. When you hear folks say they have a wide selection, its a seriously huge selection of booze. (Being that the area is still wine country, some booze shops have limited selections of spirits but wider selections of wine. Here, they have a lot of everything.) Check out a few of my photos and you'll see they have every size of different makes of spirits that is offered as well as multiple styles (or flavors rather) of for example, Jim Beam. A few of my favorite areas to look around were: Bourbons & whiskeys, cheese & deli and of course their more than ample selections of mini's also known as airplane bottles. Airplane bottles have always had this intriguing effect on me since childhood. I can remember staying in a ritzy hotel in somewhere with my family, popping open the mini fridge wondering what was inside and seeing these vibrantly colored mini bottles. Of course to a kid you imagine it's got sweet awesome inside until you beg Dad to crack one open only to find out it's going to cost the room $6 bucks and you the heartache of realizing it isn't liquid caramel like the label suggested. For (me) the kid it was blech! and a stern warning from Dad to "never drink such things!" Unbeknownst to Dad, twenty years later my eyes go sparkly whenever I see a wide selection of them. The go to for any party stock up. Now I remember what walking into a candy store felt like. This place is packed with all sorts of goodies that you never knew you actually needed. An awesome selection of craft beers and wines from around the world. If you cant find that coveted beer that you heard about, someone always says "I bet BevMo has it". A truer statement has never been said. The 5 cent wine sales are pretty good too. Some off brands and such, but hell they turn a $20 bottle into 2 $10's in my eyes. Need a KEG? look no further. Huge list of kegs. From Coors to some crazy IPAs... expect to pay for the exotics though.

I worked with Justin and Alisa to coordinate alcohol delivery for our wedding over Labor Day weekend. Throughout the process, both were responsive, accommodating, and customer-focused -- excellent work by both! Would definitely recommend if you're planning a large event.

Why anyone would buy at BevMo before checking Costco is just throwing their money away. Prices vary, but some hard liquor prices are 2-3X that of Costco and it is just down the street.

Big selection at big prices. This used to be a much better store years ago when they had a sharp manager that put out his own specials & marked them way down, just to get rid of them. Then the corporate office told him that he couldn't do that anymore, & that was it. Unless it's on sale, the prices are high here, no matter what. We don't shop here anymore, unless we can't find it anywhere else. Corporate chain.

What a disaster. Chronically understaffed by people who don't have time to help customers. The direct opposite of the Mt. View store which always is helpful with customer's questions. Santa Rosa even seem like the same chain. Santa Rosa displays: sullen employees, poor service, miserable merchandising in an unfriendly, cavernous space. It appears to be the store that marketing forgot, except maybe for the stack of Pabst, bottles and cans, used to fill an open space. Didn't have the price posted for the home brewed "fog" beers, and the dude at check out couldn't find the price.

I heart bevmo - and the fact that it's centerally located, and seems like it's always open when I need them to be helps too. Great selection of wine/beer/mixes/alcohol all staples in my pantry. and they have absinthe. another plus - they sell the gift packs. I am a sucker for a cheap pair of martini glasses with logos stamped on them, along side my bottle of vodka. they have a good winetasting event (I think it's on fridays now) and surprisingly, a decent selection of caviar, and yes, I know that sounds strange but go check it out - you won't be disappointed.

BevMo serves up some mighty fine spirits. This particular store seems to always been clean and professional. They check ID's frequently which always make me feel a little better about growing older, knowing that I show my id every now and again. The selection is generous and the prices aren't too bad. For a chain I can't complain. Helpful tip: It's ALL about the $.05 sale! Buy one bottle of select wines and get the other for just $.05!

Don't bother with this place. Everything overpriced, unless you join the stupid club. Do yourself a favor and support a local business like Bottle Barn. Way better selection and better prices.

I love the deals on this store! If you sign up for the rewards program, you get tons of discounts. Almost weekly so far they send emails that's typically $5 off your purchase which is pretty neat! The selection is pretty nice, it's the closest thing to Specs that I've ran into in California. The employees are very friendly, even though I'm the type of person that doesn't like being helped unless asked, someone has always come up to me within the first five minutes of being there for any assistance if needed. Tons of space in the store for thinking of that next wine bottle you want to try and it's very clean and organize, not that stuffy liquor store vibes. Tons of parking everywhere since it's located in the shopping center so that also helps the experience.

Okay, so I went to Bottle Barn the other night and had no idea what wine to buy. (I'm not a wine drinker, but people I know back in PA are, and I wanted to bring them a bottle or two of nice CA wine.) The next day I came here because it was convenient and, being a California native, I knew they would have something that I could proudly schlep all the way across country and deliver to my wine enthusiasts. This store is HUGE, clean, and the employees are super friendly. The prices are decent, and it seems like BevMo! often is running some promotion/sale, so that's definitely a good thing. Parking was eh - they share a lot with Trader Joes, which appears to be a beehive, and people weren't polite either as pedestrians or drivers here (but I can't penalize BevMo! for that!) Great selection, great prices.

A terrific selection of great beer and spirits. I go for one of two reasons: To find something I am specifically looking for or to try something new: Hard to find gins or whiskeys "Handles" of some of my stand-bys (at amazing prices) Great beer that I have heard about but never tried Beer that I have never heard of but want to try Lots of parking and the check-out lines are almost very quick. I never walk away empty handed.

Great selection, great prices, good promotional deals. I'd give this place 5 stars, but it drives me crazy having to track down people to get items out of the locked cases. Why do you need to lock up a $16 bottle of rum? Otherwise, BevMo is awesome.
