Bev’s Cafe and Market

I have always left Bev’s feeling warmed from the inside out. Food + drink is on point. The vibe is always amazing, filled with laughter and community. Decor is so clean and uplifting. Staff are epic and the florals are the icing on the cake. Thank you!!!

Sunday brunch specials were all delicious, hot and very filling. The blueberry waffle was light and airy with just the right amount of sweetness from the maple syrup. The scrambled eggs with gruyere and leeks were soft and gooey. The side salad was vibrant and the perfect accompaniment to cut through the richness of the eggs. Both the London fog and the pumpkin spiced latte were served hot and lightly sweetened. The peanut butter cookie and pumpkin scone were so tasty we went back for a box of pastries to go. So so yummy. The environment was cozy with cute tables and fresh flowers, so you felt like you were dining in a homey cottage. The staff were all friendly and efficient. We'll definitely stop in again the next time we're in town.

The atmosphere is very clean , relaxed , outdoor cafe vibes . Very nice selection of drinks and food .. everything from a light pastry to a nice filling meal ! Staff were very friendly and welcoming . I ordered the breakfast burrito , big enough to share with someone . Packed with delicious cheese , flavorful chorizo and beans , and fluffy eggs . Definitely suggest you order the burrito and give Bevs a try .

My partner and I were in search of a quick pit stop for breakfast, and this place checked every box. Super friendly staff, clean and well decorated. Enjoyed a delicious bacon egg & cheese on a biscuit paired with a cappuccino. The owner/manager was extremely attentive, and even brought out to go food to the table we were sitting at and remembered my name. Perfect pit stop in such a charming town

The staff were very friendly. Our cappuccinos, nectarine scone and both egg brunch entrees were very delicious. If you are near the area, this is the best place to have breakfast, and they open early!

The issue I have with this place is their lack inclusion, and inability to be enjoyed by someone with agoraphobia or social anxiety. They do not offer take out of any kind. You can't call ahead to order anything and need to sit and wait for the limited options they will actually prepare to go. Most of the menu is eat in only and that just doesn't work for everyone. The food is decent if you're comfortable with ordering and dining in.

We love Bev’s! So happy to have this friendly, delicious spot in the neighborhood for coffee, baked goods, salads and tasty sandwiches. We always love the specials, which are creative, fresh, and packed with flavor. The owners (veterans of Zuni Cafe in SF) are always on the floor to say hello and gather feedback. A great new local favorite and a treat if you’re traveling up on Route 1.

First time trying Bev’s Cafe, pretty positive experience. I just grabbed a sandwich, so my first thought was based upon a quick visit. I got the Italian. Very, very good sandwich. Bread to protein ration was spot on. It had mayo and Italian OV dressing. Only issue was portion size to price. Sandwiches were all $16+. I would have been ecstatic with a $12 or $13 price tag. My thought is that they’ll figure things out. Looks like they’ve done a great job handling the bumps with a new opening. Very personalize service experience with a kitchen staff member bringing my takeout to me with a genuine thanks. Give them a try.

After spending much of the morning driving to and around Cape Elizabeth we returned to Kennebunk and decide to try this restaurant for a late lunch. We shared an Italian hoagie that proved to be light in the meat department, but otherwise quite tasty.

Top notch place. Amazing espresso made with beans from Portlands local coffee roaster (Tandem Coffee Roaster). All of the flavor syrups are homemade and the lattes are 11/10. The food is delicious. I got the breakfast burrito and it was huge. The cinnamon bun was homemade and so good. They also have gluten free tortillas for breakfast tacos and gluten free breakfast for breakfast sandwiches. Everything is made fresh so the food took slightly longer then 10 minutes to come out. Food was served on a nice warm plate :)! The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space to enjoy your food and coffee inside. Overall this is the best latte in the area by far!

We've been meaning to get to Bev's for breakfast for a while. I was worried that it would be crazy busy on a Saturday, but we were able to get a table quickly in their open and airy dining room. The huge windows let in tons of light! The employee at the counter says that they're super busy weekdays in the off-season, and then when the summer people come, it's pretty busy on weekends, too. Glad we hit it right. The staff was really helpful with suggestions. What a fantastic spot! They're also open for lunch and a little later with beer and wine offerings!

Fiending for a burrito. Looks like it could be good but never got to try a breakfast burrito bcuz they pre make them and add spicy ketchup for a condiment....I love spicy but I hate ketchup, especially with eggs. It's a heinous move....PSA: restaurants stop putting condiments on pre made sandwiches. Service seemed nice and ambiance was nothing to shake a stick at but clean and orderly....also a bit odd breakfast stops at 10:30 and lunch starts 30 mins later....thumbs down to a gap in service time. Waited and got a turkey and sprout sandwhich..pretty sure those are the only ingredients, turkey was nothing amazing and the sandwhich was $14....place is overpriced.

The owner/chef was incredibly friendly and inviting. Had the breakfast sandwich on a cold, snowy day. The vanilla latte was next level smooth and tasty. Service was quick and so friendly. Food was amazing, a must stop in Kennebunk!!

Bev's is an incredible addition to the upper village in Kennebunk!! Offering extremely delicious coffee, baked goods, breakfast, and lunch - I've yet to be disappointed. It's obvious the owners have a keen focus on sourcing quality ingredients which I absolutely love! For breakfast, the yogurt & granola tastes incredible and the huevos rancheros is a very unique take but also super tasty. The breakfast sandwich on a biscuit is awesome and the breakfast burrito is big and filling and delicious. Also the cinnamon roll is sooo good! I love that they top it with cream cheese frosting. For lunch, I've only tried the Italian sandwich so far, but am very pumped to try more of their lunch options! Also, I looovee that I can get Tandem coffee here and I don't have to drive up to Portland!! Everyone working there is super friendly, and happy to explain/answer any questions i might have. I've dined in which was very enjoyable, and I've also taken to go enjoy at mothers beach which i highly recommend :) I am super hopeful they continue to be successful because I look forward to many more tandem coffees, delicious cinnamon rolls, killer Italian sandwiches (& lots more)!

Cheery cafe doing good business on a Monday. My tuna melt was good - less mayo would have made it great (so runny it was falling out of the sandwich). And for $15 it looked lonely on a large plate with NOTHING on the side - they should use a smaller plate or throw a garnish/chips on it.

My husband and I stopped in and had a quick lunch. The turkey and sprouts sandwich on whole wheat was delicious and so was the vegetable soup. The macchiato was fantastic with maple and my husband loved his mocha latte. Great coffee!

Lady was very rude my 6 dollar Cinnabon was rock solid and was ice cold do not order Cinnabon.

Bev's food is always fresh, the staff friendly and the environment inviting. My husband and I have eaten there many times including for lunch, breakfast, Sunday Brunch and coffee and they do not disappoint. Whether you want to get a meal to go, enjoy some delicious coffee or sit and dine with family and friends, you can always count on Bev's. The special menus are always creative and delicious and Annie's baked goods are amazing!! Its a great place and I'm grateful to have them in our community.

The chorizo burrito was a revelation, served hot off the griddle! It had crispy cheese toasted on the outside. Delicious!!!

I have been lucky enough to have discovered Bev's Cafe during trips through Kennebunkport this past summer. The food is fresh and delicious. The patrons are often greeted by the owners. The professionalism is a key to the ambiance of the establishment. I plan on stopping by every time we're in the area.

My wife and I adore this place: great food, amazing pastries, excellent coffee, friendly service. You can't ask for anything more in a café! Already become our Sunday morning ritual.

A great cafe with excellent ambience, and possibly the nicest public bathroom I've ever seen. The lattes are magic- the eggnog latte is not too sweet, homemade, not artificial. The pork and broccoli rave sandwich was super- nice combination of ingredients. On a prior visit, had the chocolate chip cookie, and it was fantastic. Highly recommended!

I'm a big fan of Bev's and think the ambiance, service and quality of the food is a great addition to Kennebunk. You can go for breakfast, or lunch - even just a coffee or cup of tea. It's walkable from all things downtown and definitely worth a stop and exhale, enjoy!

We stayed in Kennebunk for two days and came both days for breakfast. The quiche is absolutely delicious. We loved the squash baked eggs so much we asked the chef how it was prepared and he was extremely kind and personable. The lattes are great as well with homemade syrup.
