From the moment we arrived at Beynel Bitez, the welcoming was warm, polite, and set the tone for a memorable evening. The introduction to the menu was engaging and felt like the start of a culinary journey — the staff guided us thoughtfully through each dish with genuine passion. The specialties are truly authentic and worth exploring. We enjoyed every meal we ordered, beginning with fresh salad, delicious çiğ köfte, and perfectly seasoned za’atar. The kokoreç was outstanding — rich in flavor and absolutely memorable — while the patlıcan kebap stood out as original and beautifully prepared. The signature Beynel kebap was on the heavier, fattier side, which may not suit everyone’s taste, but it is ideal for those who enjoy richer, indulgent flavors. The only part that did not quite match the authenticity of the rest of the meal was the dessert — not bad at all, but less impressive compared to the other dishes. Overall, Beynel Bitez offers an exceptional dining experience where each course feels carefully crafted and proudly presented. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a genuine and flavorful journey through Turkish specialties.

I had higher expectations when I heard Michelin but still it was a nice meal and an incredible atmosphere. We ate kaz başı, yağlı kara and çıtır kanat. I think the best was yağlı kara. One of the best place to have dinner in Bodrum. The prices are very reasonable.

Highly recommend the Lahmacun, Yağlı Kara, Kazbaşı, and Beynel. We ended on a sweet note with the Hirpit Paşa dessert and a cup of tea. Special thanks to our waiter, Jan, for the warm and attentive service.

Found it on the Michelin guide, and it deserves its spot. A simple restaurant with fair prices (€50 pp incl alcohol); offers valet parking too. It packs immense flavours with superb service! Can only recommend if you want an relaxed, yet delicious meal.

This excellent and atmospheric restaurant is well worth making a trip to visit at least once if you are stsying in Bodrum. Excellent wines, superb and friendly service, although some waiters don'tspeak english and the best kebabs in the region. My family loved this place. Great value but not cheap.

Hands down the best meal I’ve had since coming to Turkey! The atmosphere was amazing and the owner was super nice, we had a great chat. You can tell he really cares. Service was excellent and the staff were all lovely. Definitely a memorable experience. Would go back!

Good portions and great mezzes. Atmosphere is really great, good music and vibe. But, and it’s a big but… the meat dishes are… bizzare and bland? How can you make saslik (thin slices of tenderloin ona skewer with onion slices) the softest of the cuts so hard, overcooked and bland? No seasoning at all. Also the signature dish beynel kebap is made with cheese and pastırma (basturma) and as expected it tastes only like pastırma due to high concentration of spices… Good concept. Needs (a serious bit of) work.
