Considered to be one of the Oldest Hotel in the City. Restaurant Should Have Rest Room Options too. As The one available nearby parking and behind Reception is not Maintained well

no bedsheets provided. we have asked the receptionist to give any room for 5 minutes after our darshan at tirumala in the evening for changing the cloth after vacating the room in the morning itself. But without any courtesy he rudely said no. I thought Bhima would have some business ethics. but zero ethics. it is very much disgracing.

We went for dinner and ordered food. The food was above average, but the waiter kept standing beside us and staring at us. He didn’t even flinch when I tried to tell him that we were feeling uncomfortable. Then, we went to pay the bill. The bill was 985 rupees, so I rounded it off and gave a 15-rupee tip. Despite the discomfort we had faced, the same waiter came back and said that 15 rupees was not enough. He kept asking for more. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had..

The rooms are average...sheets are clean...service is good...but found some small cockroaches in the room. That is a concern, which I hope the management will look into. The front desk staff Ramakrishnan was very pleasant and helpful. So was Aruna in the restaurant....

We went for lunch but we were told you the thali contains garlic in all items We wre disappointted so we end up ordering Jain Dhal but that turned to be disaster as it contained more chilly than Dhal. Finally we ordered for curd rice and roti to eat. Very disappointing

We ordered south Indian Thali and taste very nice. They will give some power which we have to add ghee to the eat along with rice. Nice experience

Food was amazing.loved the south indian thali there. Location is little tricky to reach.check the direction boards and reach the hotel.right across the railway station makes the area more rush and clumsy.

We had dinner here. Good for thali preferring people. Food was testy, but price was little bit higher side.
