The rooms are very clean and comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff, especially Madam Radika, were very kind and helpful.| The Bhutan Suites is convenient walking distance to downtown. We work with the Bhutan Youth Development Fund and the Suites is near their offices too.|I really enjoyed my stay there.

We were looking for a hotel near YDF Hall Thimphu and we had checked out a few hotels around the area and also spoken to the staff there. While all the staffs of the various hotels were very nice and friendly, Miss Radhika from Bhutan Suites really sold me with her very helpful and informative nature. While the rooms were good to see, she was my first point of contact and sold me on the deal. ||When we got there, the rooms and bathroom took us by surprise and we loved it! It was much better than it looked online too and the best part was that as we were visiting during the winters and it was chilly and cold, the rooms were pre heated for us which was such a delight for a start. ||Our stay in Bhutan Suites was for 7 nights and for a team of 4, we never had any complaints about anything. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It was really what we needed for a business trip where we would be tired by the end of the day. Thankyou Bhutan Suites and Miss Radhika and her team for a comfortable and homely stay. ||The little things like pre heated rooms, room cleaning on schedule, support for taxi services when required go a long way to enhancing a customer's experience and you guys aced it. Also if you love cooking, they have a fully functional kitchen along with a fridge and microwave. We did not use it much as we were travelling and working during the day mostly. I had just come back from a week's tour in Thailand, few days before visiting Thimphu, and I have to say I did not experience or see the quality of the rooms, bathroom and staff there too. The location is perfect with a great view and also in a quiet neighborhood but accessible to many different shops and sightseeing nearby too. ||We are grateful for the hospitality at Bhutan Suites. Also the restaurant/cafe was available in the hotel and although it was leased out to a separate company, they were also equally nice and the food was good too. The cafe also has pastries and good coffee/tea available and thankfully for meat lovers like us, it was not a vegetarian restaurant. ||Until we meet again Dear Bhutan Suites! As I will surely visit again next time I come to Thimphu :)

I was impressed that their room had a proper sofa, kitchenette and balcony , even bigger than a 5 star hotel. The bed was so comfortable and food in the restaurant was good. Chicken dishes were tasty. The staff is so accommodating in preparing our desired breakfast. Special thanks to Radhika at the Front desk for helping us all the way in securing another hotel when Agoda did not honor our reservation. She made sure we were not stranded for the night and even helped us check in to ensure we were comfortable and safe. We appreciate her concern and integrity and service to the max. More than business, it’s genuine concern and help to their hotel guests. Salute!!

My wife and I spent three months enjoying our stay at the Bhutan Suites while working as volunteers in Bhutan. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the city and the mountains from our balcony was spectacular. The location is in one of the least congested and quietest parts of Thimphu with plenty of places to walk and relax. The walk to work at the hospital or to downtown was an easy 20 minutes. Excellent restaurants and bakeries were nearby as well as the ubiquitous small markets.|I would highly recommend a stay based on these observations alone but the true highlights of our stay were with the friendly, warm, helpful and attentive staff, a team that's been together for many years and who became like family to us.|The restaurant unfortunately is now independent of the hotel, no longer vegetarian, and inconsistent in quality and timeliness, but it is a wonderful setting for coffee, dessert or meeting with friends, filled with amazing art, and run by a friendly couple. |The kitchen would be fine for a short stay. If you are planning an extended stay, the rates can't be beat, but be prepared to make some kitchen purchases if you intend to cook. |In short, Bhutan Suites became a home away from home and a place we expect to return to in the not so distant future. We would highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. Do not hesitate to choose this hotel when the local agency recommends it. |This was our first accommodation in Bhutan. Honestly, we were delighted with this hotel already within the first hour after we checked into the hotel. The friendly staff greeted us with a warm welcome and offered us a tea.|When we entered the suite, we were impressed by how perfect everything was. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the space in the suite was heated. From the spacious balcony there was a beautiful view of the whole city. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, which was perfect.|The food served to us during the breakfast and dinner was beyond reproach; it was about delicious traditional dishes. The kitchen staff respected our food preference and prepared a delicious vegetarian dishes for us.|The hotel is located on a hill above Thimphu, and the main town square is only a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Every evening we went to the city center for shopping, drinking in the pub and socializing with the locals.

This hotel is a 5 star in a small 3 star hotel. The rooms are amazing! They include a hall with a huge bedroom! The bedroom was clean and the beds were soft. The bathroom was massive with a huge tub (my kids enjoyed this facility to its fullest😊) The restaurant served good vegetarian food. Dry cleaning is available. Very underrated. |Overall a 5 star experience😊😊
