Biak

This place could be a backpackers heaven. It for sure is beautiful between beach life and jungle life. The people are more awesome than any other place I have been to in all my travels. You won’t believe how many people see white and just go crazy, hands waiving, arm hand shaking and hello from every corner and every building someone yelling sayings hello. Absolutely crazy, stunning jungles and amazing waters with beautiful sand and rock. Little hard to find tourist information but they do have here but as a budget traveler it is a little to much. But many places will let you rent a bike and just go like I did. Can rent bikes for 100,000 and can find hotels for around $30 with free breakfast and dinner. So I recommend you come with at least one extra person. The people are so generous just about anyone would let you camp at their home. Bring snorkel and mask and you can see wonders. Also surfing could be fabulous. Lots of good waves. So cheers and enjoy.

Many destination that we can visit in Biak Island. I think we need around 3 days to explore all beutiful places here. You can ride motorcycles here. Find cheap motorcycle rent. I found 50k for one day in Hansel. The food is little bit expensive.

One of the great destination of Indonesia. Beautiful place. I only wish I had more time there. Go to Telaga Biru, Goa Jepang, Kali Biru. cant reach waterfall cause not enough time. Such a adventurous moment to remember with my friend.

I love this place. It has beautiful beaches, magnificent lakes, historical cave, and lovable people. Hope to visit this island a.s.a.p Biak means bila ingat akan kembali :)

Biak is completely underrated or off the radar. The people are incredibly friendly, and there are enough natural attractions to spend 5 days to a week here. I couldn't recommend it more.

There is only one word to say about the beauty of Biak: Wonderful! The beach, the sunset, the island's green feature is amazing! There are some nice hotel in the city that can be of choice. However, there is not many food option here.

Biak is so beautiful with so many options of touristic sites. But you need some locals to accompany you to discover the island itself.

Small island that gave me a million memories, as long as I can remember about this Island I would go back to Biak. All my heart still on this island. As far as my eyes watching on this island I see peacefull and warmfull people. If you ever visit biak, even only one time I bet you this island will never ever be fogotten
